Not in English
Even though the app says it’s available in English in Spanish, it is in nothing but Spanish , so if you’re in real trouble, and you don’t speak Spanish, you can’t get help through this app. Worthless.

Cannot find a way to get this App to appear in English. Default is Spanish. No option upon opening App and no menu with the word English I can see, but I don't read Spanish.
Falla constantemente
La app de Allianz Salud es muy deficiente. Casi nunca funciona cuando uno necesita agendar citas médicas: se queda cargando, saca errores y muchas veces toca terminar llamando. Esto termina afectando el acceso oportuno a los servicios de salud. Deberían estabilizar la plataforma, mejorar el rendimiento y la disponibilidad, o considerar retirarla hasta que realmente funcione de forma confiable para los usuarios

Descargué la app, me registré, tuve que llamar a la línea de atención para completar datos, luego intento ingresar con mi cuenta y siempre me saca de la app. He intentado el ingreso por cinco veces y siempre el mismo resultado: se cierra la aplicación y no ingresa.
Spanish=Wrong app downloaded
After some time on the phone the technical support agent finally figured out that I had the wrong app downloaded for travel insurance. The app to download for travel insurance is “Allyz”. I entered some basic information and my policy populated and now I’m set to travel.

There is no where to change the language in the app. So it’s unusable if you don’t speak Spanish

I do not speak spanish so I cannot find where to switch to English. Worthless the way it is. I just bought the coverage but cannot use the app as an English speaker. 🤬

Pues tiene muchos fallos, adicionalmente el directorio médico debería dejarlo buscar por texto por que es muy grande y no está organizado alfabéticamente ni nada.
