Suspended accounts after payment
They suspended my account after I bought a subscription I’m reporting it to apple and to my bank account for a scam you what $33 could do in this economy if I don’t get my account back I’m reporting yall for a scam and I literally have proof to back up my statement

Honestly the app it’s self is wonderful so many people but when you match with someone you can message them right away you have to pay personally I just want to find my person I don’t want to pay to find them i want to be able to see who likes me and all that other kind of things but can’t unless I upgrade sucks but there’s amazing people on there
Worth the Subscription
When I found out I was HSV positive, I had many of the same thoughts and concerns that most people probably do: What will dating look like moving forward? Will I be accepted? I remember feeling uncertain about the future and wondering if there was a place where people could connect without the fear of judgment. That search led me to Positive Singles. While I didn’t limit myself exclusively to dating within the community, this app gave me a supportive space to meet people who understood my situation. In 2022, I met the woman who would become my wife through Positive Singles. Today, we’ve been together for four years, married for three, and have a beautiful baby girl. Looking back, joining this app was one of the best decisions I made during a difficult time in my life. If you approach it with genuine intentions and are clear about what you’re looking for, Positive Singles can be a great platform to build meaningful connections. For me, it truly led to a blessing I never could have imagined. ❤️
Free profile review
I made a free profile, but the things we can do is so limited. I can hardly message anyone. I can’t view who likes me I really can’t do much if anything. Where is the love for us who aren’t wanting to pay a high rate just to connect with others. Their base would increase if there were more options for the free accounts

Good app in my opinion…Before I was able to put emoji in my profile, now I can’t . Was there a reason for this change?
Doesn’t keep the user in mind
I’m grateful that someone thought about creating an app for us but it doesn’t feel genuine anymore. The app has been around a long time with little to no updates for the user or features to enjoy. Using the reason of “keeping the user safe” isn’t a good enough reason for putting everything behind a pay wall. The app is not user friendly. It’s preying on vulnerable people to profit off of them. The creators use an already small population who feels limited in opportunity and gives them the bare minimum when it comes to dating apps. Matching with someone usually gives a chance to connect on other platforms but here, you have to pay to talk to someone you’ve already matched with. Yes there is a section where you can talk to strangers about what you’re going through but it’s not executed to be personalized or meaningful for everyone. It’s an excuse to keep allowing the paywall elsewhere. The entire point of creating an app to help connect people with similarities is to give them that chance to speak to one another but unfortunately you can’t do that until you pay for it. Very unfortunate being reminded that our community doesn’t get a break on stigma and we have to pay to feel normal
Good number of active users, but SW bugs and catfish exist.
SW bug is that people can message and no notification pops up. The message or voice message don’t pop up until you open the conversation, which is frustrating if you have lots of conversations going. If a person catfishes you and blocks you, it’s difficult to report them, the user is only provided the option to delete them. Lots of obvious fake profiles, it seems PS could do a better job policing.

I dont understand why this app is very expensive? you cant chat with anyone after one reply.. you cant do anything and the fact that it’s supposed to help people who are looking for support in the community, I think it’s hindering it more.

Not bad… not good. The app has a paywall for you to practically do anything. Women have an overwhelming an amount of guys to choose from… on the guys’s side, it’s pretty slim pickins! They either don’t reply, reply a few times and stop, or they’re way too far out of range/distance (unless you’re willing to travel).

This is only a good app if you’re paying for it. Otherwise it makes no effort to show you profiles in your area. Also, don’t be baited by all the “likes” you are getting if you haven’t paid for membership yet. A good majority of them magically disappear once you pay. It’s a better app for friendship and pen pals

I can’t upload certain photos of myself due to guidelines, but half the profiles I’ve been seeing don’t even have any photos whatsoever.

i noticed it’s mostly the USA on the app and i hardly see any other countries and the same people popping up, i hardly see other nations, the cost is too high not to be seeing enough of the ppl and countries on the app, sometimes i wonder if it’s just only a few people on the app

I thought you would be able to see more but you see less about people. It’s great to see who’s online, but when someone sends you a message you can’t see how old they are even when you go to their profile. It doesn’t even show all of their profile info. Better off staying online than using this app.

Membership $$
The membership is expensive and not worth it. It’s the same people- around 20 - in my area- which is a large city. So unless you want to lower your expectations, or have a long distance relationship, then don’t pay for the app. Chat rooms and profile comments are free.
The search function doesn’t work correctly
Paying $30 a month for this is a ripoff. The search filters which are part of the premium features you pay don’t work. I put in the age range and search by distance. It shows people out of the age range and in other states.There are other members in my area that don’t show up. I have messaged customer service about this but they don’t reply. If you are paying for features those features should work correctly. This is a scam and they don’t care about the customers whatsoever

This app has frequent problems with search locations in the filter. Is very frustrating. I have very limited interest in women located thousands of miles away, yet the “current location” filter often does not work. The site is too expensive for the service provided. Do better.
It’s okay I guess
It’s not really good for lesbians. There’s not many WLW girls at least in my area and if you want to message them you have to pay for the subscription. I suggest putting your socials in your private album and only accepting people you want to have your socials. A lot of fake names for obvious reasons. And even if you put interested in women men can still interact with you.

I just downloaded this but my first complaint is that it’s not LGBTQ+ friendly. It assumed I was into men and I still can’t find the option to switch.

The concept of the app is fabulous.. to help people .. The downfall .. you are taking advantage of people that need an app like this .. so they can find the right person for them without stigma attached which the main steam don’t understand or it’s a straight rejection or worse cruel insult!! Could u do another form of money making.. add an ad line at the bottom of the screen so u will get paid .. the longer people stay on online .. a lot of people like to message back and forward

I can’t believe how much money they are trying to make off people who are just trying to be honest and open about there conditions rather then using free ones and lying about it. Like it’s not cheap to do a month. And it’s very clear that not many people stay on it long if at all because of the way it’s designed. Plenty of people hide there face so it’s hard to match and you can’t adjust setting enough for free to even see if it’s worth paying for I appreciate at least there is an app. But so much distance between you and people you match with. It’s just unpractical

It’s pretty much like tinder, it’s great in that aspect. My issues lie in the tech part, I have notifications that can never be viewed. There’s always a notification that I know where it’s from but I can’t close it. Also there’s a place to throw bottles and pick them up like bottles in the ocean but I can’t do either even though there’s a free member allowance.

This app is dry to say the least. There is nobody on there and the people that are on there are hours away from you. They expect you to pay $33 MONTHLY to be able to send messages and if you don’t pay that you cannot send messages. That is unless somebody who has paid the monthly $33 talks to you first. You can just use tinder or hinge or bumble, if you actually want a real dating experience thats not long-distance . Those other dating apps have a larger/closer population. Also, if you add. “ add me on Snapchat/insta” to your profile or use this 👻 emoji then positiveSingles staff will go into your profile and delete that sentence, because they expect you to either pay what they want, or not talk to anyone. This is the only dating app that I’ve been on that’s done that. Again, this app is not worth the $33 if they had more people on the app then OK but I’m not paying $33 A MONTH for this. I’ve met one person in four years and they were 36 hours away from me. Again you’re better off with the other dating sites. Hope this helps.🥰
Not fake at all, would highly recommend but a bit buggy
Although the app has been poorly developed (making it quite buggy) and it’s a bit expensive, the app is real with real people. I’ve met some lovely people and had relationships through this app, it was a saviour to me. I would recommend the app for the connections and concept but execution of the software is pretty poor
