Only download if your ready to be super addicted to an interior decorating game. I’ve played every day since I’ve downloaded it.

It was better when you could give color. Especially to the person. So why we can’t be beautiful. Brown African American. I saw on a Facebook post that in order to get any kind of win you got to be as pale as the Color wyt,. Horrible … just horrible. I was shocked when someone said that. It actually hurt my feelings. After the “season “ is over I’m deleting the app. Smh

Love Redecor but it’s Getting expensive!!
Expensive
Too expensive to play much. Items cost a lot to buy and you don’t make enough per design to pay for the next one unless you spend real cash. Not much fun anymore. Unless you are vanilla, your design will seldomly win.

My honest opinion:
I actually really love ReDecor! It can be a little hard to earn enough coins to get started, but if you spend them wisely you can build and keep a steady income. And you can do that without spending any real money! The designing is very fun, as is voting, etc. The only changes I’d want to see would be: 1. A way to search items by name, or filter them by price. And 2. A way to duel with friends, and see your friends without having to use Facebook. but these are both just minor inconveniences/suggestions. And all in all, if you enjoy interior design, I’d highly recommend this app!

Missing the blitz
Have played for a long time it’s absolutely incredible to relax and get creative! I do really miss the blitz games that used to happen. Was so much fun paying entry and being able to meet the challenges and vote!
Use to be fun
I don’t know what happened to this game but now the worse designs win. I assume whoever is spending the most money. Design that look like children did wins. I use to win first place all the time now mismatched threw together designs win. I don’t know who’s judging these days but go back to the old ways.
Could be a lot better
Needs updated algorithms. All designs win by using basic white or beige to bland out designs. Algorithms need updating in voting to reflect the requested criteria for the designs. Way too expensive to lose money on anymore. Used to be a fun game, don’t waste your money.
Entertaining
It’s really fun getting to see how your decorating skills work. Sometimes it’s disappointing other times it’s shocking. 😊

This app used to be a lot of fun but now I can’t even log in. I tried all the options and not able to.
I love it, but…
I spend a lot of money on this game, and I play every single day! I can’t complete my photo album. This upsets me, I spend about $20-$50 a week and can’t complete the album! Not right!

Overall, I love this game. I love designing and I love that they took away the 2 types of currency and just made one. However, it’s impossible to earn enough money to just play the game. Why is everything so expensive? And why can’t I be judged against people my own rank?

Enjoyable game…
I like the creative aspects of the game; the less money you spend to play, the more creative you have to be to do well; as a retired/senior player, I don’t spend a lot to play. It’s a fun game overall but the design judging is very often inconsistent; as we all know, taste is subjective. I’m not talking about personal expectations to win either; player’s can see ( and compare against) the other designs in competition in the live play portion of the game.There are no categories for player’s varied styles and/or personal tastes, or for those who aren’t blessed with innate style. Or when a certain style decor is specified, many ignore the requirements but are judged to have better designs than those who adhere to the requested criteria, only to find the effort wasted; not every international style can be done in only beige and white. Why impose criteria if it won’t be considered in judging? At these (or other frustrating) times, I smile, accept all the aforementioned as a part of the process, and enjoy the game for the personal satisfaction, personal design growth, and fun for fun’s sake that it is, because it is entertaining and fun. Recommend…
Beige
If you want to earn money to continue designing be prepared for plenty of roadblocks. And don’t expect to be rewarded for your creativity; white-and-beige design conformity will drive all the votes! So frustrating.
Was fun
So I got to page seven and the last vote for until the end of the page and now it won’t let me go any further just keeps saying something went wrong. I have tried opening and closing the game. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game and turning off my tablet for fifteen minutes and then turning it back on and it still won’t let me go any further. Has anyone else had this issue and if so can you please tell me how you fixed it i didn’t spend much but i did spend some money on this game and feel like maybe i should get it back if the game is going to continue to not let me play it anymore. If there is a way to fix this someone please tell me how i really do like this game and would be disappointed if i had to stop playing it and waisted some money on it.

Relaxing, but financially frustrating
I love making the designs - it promotes mindfulness and creativity. The only serious downside is that when your status is demoted for not playing enough, you lose access to decor items that you purchased (often with actual money).
Error code
It’s a really fun game but twice I’ve been charged, an error code occurs before submission of the decor, and then to resubmit it will charge again. If you don’t plan to put in real money, then you will only make it so far unfortunately. To me I enjoyed the game enough to put in money but the error is giving me a pause on my next purchase.
Good and bad
This is a fun game to work with. It is a bit costly and you’re limited if you do not spend money in the game. If you care about the voting system and getting awards, then you have to resign to the fact that everything must to be white, beige and tan. Even if the description calls for colorful, bold or fun colors or a theme. So if you don’t care about the voting system and awards, you’ll enjoy it.
Great stress relief
I absolutely love this game. I play it at night when I’m laying in bed watching TV. It’s a great stress relief. It’s super fun very addicting absolutely recommend.

Nice game!
I like most stuff about this game I have been playing for almost a year 210 days The rest is good but one thing has to be changed, past security of your designer status should not apply to your current period.
Issues that don’t get resolved
I have reached out to app support for a few weeks to fix an error where I am not receiving prizes and it’s making me pay for the pieces I have won. It continues to happen and not be resolved, unfortunately this app is turning into another money grab. Loved this app but have decided to no longer spend money on it since they refuse to fix known issues.
User Foibles & More & More Gen-AI
The platform and premise of this app was wonderul for a long time. It allows adequate freedom in designs to make them fun, has relatively fast voting turnaround, structures competition into smaller groups than the whole user base to make comparison easier, has a great interface and ways to progress that don’t require real money. However, over the last year, the app has been adding more and more pay-to-progress options including a ridiculous $18/mo. premium subscription, while simultaneously using more and more gen-AI visuals to replace artwork. The descriptions are all in ChatGPT-ese. They’re clearly cutting their costs and team needs while trying to tighten the thumbscrews for more money. And the gen-AI visual elements are obviously lower quality, especially the “painted portraits” that all have the same teenage-ish wide-eyed AI look. I logged on excited to pay for a monthly pass for the current art deco/nouveau theme, but it’s more Gen-AI theme than anything else. I’m not paying to support that. For a long time the only problem that kept me from paying for the premium pass for months on end was the user base and their unrelenting addiction to beige or grey minimalism. It made every single themed challenge or prompt very frustrating to compete. Consider a recent room whose design title was “Pink to the Brink,” premised on doing room design for someone who loved pink. However, all of the top voted rooms were entirely white or cream or light beige, while rooms that actually featured pink colors tended to score dramatically lower. I’m not sure if the problem is that users simply don’t read, people’s aesthetic sense is horribly bland, or this has something to do with the “uncluttered” look of a bare room on a small screen. I feel for the app team because I think they were trying to gently guide against this - many challenge descriptions will include language like “please include a pop of color!”. But if users /do/ include a pop of color, voting scores are always lower. The only way to keep users who don’t always produce all beige rooms from being frustrated into app vacations, I think, is to add tighter requirements to designs that actually go with the description. This problem has worsened now that voting turnaround is shorter. The reuse of room layouts encourages this bc people approach them the same way every time when they don’t read the description.

This is a great game and app to play.I just don’t want to update it over and over. Can you fix that?
What happened?
I came back to find all my items are now locked and app wants me to spend more money to reopen what I already paid for before! This is train robbery at its finest. You are disgraceful. Ii am afraid I will no longer play. This game has become dishonest and greedy. You cannot possibly ask old members to repurchase what we have already purchased and unlocked previously. It’s thievery !
Lags a lot…
Love this game for the most part. I’m really loving the Boho theme for August! However.. the game keeps magically lagging when it’s time for me to receive my prizes. So that’s annoying because I don’t get my prizes without it crashing half the time. I also don’t like all the themes for the last months. It seems like we’ve only been doing “luxury “ and maybe I’d like to design a farmhouse or something…just saying.
Getting harder to play
I’ve been playing this game for a few years now but I haven’t been enjoying it lately. I buy a season pass each month but it’s getting harder and harder to play it as the game is giving you less and less coins and product to play with. I think I won’t be buying another pass next month and I’ll try some other games instead
Miss the OLD Redecor
I’ve been on this app for a couple years now and I just miss how things were before, it was an enjoyable designing game now it feels like I have to do soooo much just to design. It’s kinda exhausting taking the joy out of things for sure.

Favours paid users
It seems this game favours people who spend real life money on the game instead of people who earn their coins through the voting service as I seem to come 10th place every time, yet when I’ve bought a season pass I get higher scores.
Interior design game
This game is perfect it you want or like interior designing.
To expensive
It’s impossible to maintain or make any progression. Previously when I first started it was 5* star. But now it’s got all these games that give you cards terrible not worth any reward. I would not recommend this game. Shameful. It’s to expensive and voting is a joke. I’ve never had my review posted and the ones on here are when the game was fun to play.
Needs a better system to secure wins for free items.
This app can become expensive. In order to participate in all designs it will cost money to unlock. There are opportunities to play for free with upgraded items, but it depends on others to vote on your design. Other players are encouraged to vote by receiving coins. Wins are not based on your talent nor for for following design challenge rules. It’s clear that other people just click on any design to obtain coins. The coins are needed to buy items. You cannot unlock items with coins. You need to purchase a separate coin to unlock new items. It’s a fun game. I’ve played for years, but I don’t like the newer top off version. It’s a money frain and you don’t get anything in return.

I adore this game. It is both relaxing and satisfying. It is simply beautiful and actually helps me with my own interior designing. I have played Redecor for years.
Pricing
Would be an amazing designing game but the price of items are just way to much and when it all adds up at the end it’s just crazy amount that I can’t afford. If you made the prices like 50-100 each that would be more doable but 3470+ on items is stupid

Gone downhill
I used to buy the season pass every month for a couple of years and really enjoyed this game but even with the season pass I’d have to spend at least another £10 every month. Seems impossible to save up and decorate more than one picture a day. I don’t like just using random bits from my inventory just to be able to submit it. Takes the joy out of it. Unfortunately the makers have jumped of the bandwagon of trying to scrape every penny out of its users and give very little back
Used to be better
This used to be my favorite game. Unfortunately, it has become almost impossible to play, unless you plan to spend a lot of money. The only way to earn coins to design with, is to rate designs submitted by other people, however, there is a limit per day on how many times you can do this and it’s not a lot. Most designs have a required item selection to use, however, it feels impossible to obtain those items so that you can actually submit a design. Until there are more opportunities created to earn additional coins, it is no longer enjoyable to play.
Amazing game!!
This game is amazing. It has awesome graphics and textures and colors and is easy to navigate. This game is so fun and easy to use and relax and just unwind. I would definitely recommend. There are no ads so there’s nothing to distract you or get in the way of your game.
Getting disappointed
I’ve played this for a couple of years now. As of this last years changes have found my rating drop and drop which is disappointing. The highest I got was nine before the changes. The fact also you can spend a fair bit of money and for what. So maybe this will be my last month playing.

You ask for certain details and ones that ignore colour schemes ect get top places in designs and you follow instructions , but then you get low votes , it’s very disheartening
STOP LOGGING ME OUT
UX/UI needs work. Sometimes the app requires login, sometimes does not after restarting. Even sometimes logging in doesn’t even save entire progress either, you gotta start from beginning, until the app decides to work correctly again without asking to log in with your old progress still set. FIX THIS.
