Choosing sleeper cabins
My friend and I are traveling together with small boys to meet Santa. We bought tickets separately. There was no way that I could see to change the cabin to be next to my friend and her son, not even the same car. On the regular train it's very easy to change seats, but not the cabins.

The app crashes
The interface is very well thought and user-friendly. However, it keeps crashing systematically after 1-2 seconds which makes it impossible to use. I am using an Iphone 12 mini.

Good overall app
I only have one suggestion. Sometimes a family member can buy ticket with someone else . We tried to share the ticket but the person who hasn’t bought the ticket gets error that the ticket is already connected to another account. Please make it possible to share tickets across account as well

Juna tuli ajallaan, kiitos, mutta ei VR ollut huomioinut Susipeliä ja Pasilasta juna tuli ihan täyteen, kun ei ollut kuin 2 yksikköä vaunuja.

Useampi matkustaja
Annoin jo asiakaspalvelijalle palautetta aiheesta. Mutta olisi hyvä jos kaikki jotka matkustavat samalla tilausnumerolla olevalla matkalla pystyisivät lisämään sen omiin matkoihinsa. Tällähetkellä ainoastaan yksi sovelluksen käyttäjä voi lisätä lipun.
Edenredin käyttö hankalaa
Minulla on työnantajan tarjoama työmatkaetu, jolla voi maksaa junamatkoja. Mutta maksaminen on tehty todella hankalaksi eikä Edenred-korttitietoja voi edes tallentaa sovellukseen, toisin kuin muiden matkaetujen. Lisäksi kun ostan itselleni ja seuralaiselle, pitää klikkailla alusta asti tiedot uudestaan, koska edulla saa maksaa vain oman matkansa, eikä VR Matkalla taivu siihen että olisi eri maksutavat saman tilauksen eri lipuille.

Jos maksutapahtuma menee pieleen, olisi kiva, jos sovelluksesta löytyisi numero, johon voisi soittaa ja kysyä neuvoa. Jostakin saisi myös löytyä tieto, kuinka kauan tällainen epäonnistunut varaus on voimassa ja milloin paikka vapautuu. Yritimme saada kaverin kanssa vierekkäiset paikat, mutta mönkään meni…

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ VR:n sovellus on yksi parhaista käyttämistäni sovelluksista! Selkeä ja helppokäyttöinen sovellus tekee junamatkojen suunnittelusta ja lippujen ostamisesta vaivatonta. Suosittelen! 😻
Mobilepay maksaminen ei toimi
Kun yrittää maksaa mobilepaylla niin siirtyy flowbird parkkisovellukseen. Kuulostaa varmasti erikoiselta ja sitä se on minunkin mielestä.
Hyvä mutta vaikea löytää tällä nimellä
Sovellus toimii hienosti mutta nimi on todella hankalasti valittu : jos etsii rautatie-hakusanalla tai VR (virtual reality…) ei mitään mahdollisuutta löytää. Pakko hakea ensin netistä appsin nimi. Olisi kiva jos Valtion Rautatiet tms löytyisi ? Ulkosuomalaiset kiittää.

Yöjunien liitäntämatkat
Yöjuniin on hankala ostaa liitäntämatkoja. Lipusta ei näe eri asemien saapumis-ja lähtemisaikoja, ja yhteydet ainakin Jyväskylän suuntaan ovat huonot pohjoisen makuupaikkajunista. Esim. Maanantaiaamuna juna Kolarista saapuu TRE 7.13 ja Jyväskylään lähtee juna 7 min aikaisemmin ja seuraava 2 tunnin päästä.

The railway system was a bit confusing since its new to me. But the app made purchasing and changing tickets pretty easy.

Nicely designed app. The only thing is that it’d be nice to be able to change the seat for a booked ticket from anywhere in the app where you can see your assigned seat. Instead of the blue pop saying ‘change in Change Seat section’ which is impossible to find in the app.

I had to cancel the booking due to incorrect data and I just used the chat interface for help and it was addressed quickly. The app is better than any call center. Service response is next to none.

Can’t sign in
I had this app on a previous phone. On new phone (iPhone 15 Pro Max) downloaded the app and tried to sign in and just get an error message every time. Tried creating new user with different email - same result. An error message every time! I was hoping to purchase tickets before arriving in Finland so disappointed!
Can’t add tickets
Can’t add a ticket purchased through the website to view on the app- there should be an option to input a confirmation number to view website bought tickets on the app.
Super app
A great app. Can buy tickets, follow route, change your seats, cancel and edit and even buy meals. App like this makes it much smoother to travel by train.

Downloaded. Tried to register but none of the links were responsive.
Useful and Precise
This VR app makes commuting between cities and towns so easy! It has a nice layout and it works really well. You can check the different timetables, buy your tickets (normal, student, +pet, +bike, etc) and be wherever you need to be, on time. Very reliable. I use it daily.
