แต่ก่อนใช้งานไม่ค่อยมีปัญหา ตอนนี้ที่มีปัญหาบ่อยๆเลยคือ 1. โหลดเข้าแอพครั้งแรก มันจะขึ้น loading state เราต้องกดรีเฟรชข้อมูลเองก่อนมันถึงขึ้น 2. ทุกครั้งที่สลับไปแอพอื่น แล้วกลับมา หน้าที่เรากำลังใช้งานอยู่ จะเด้งกลับไปหน้าแรกเสมอ ห้ามออกจากแอพเลย แต่ก่อนเคยใช้ไม่เป็นนะ
การใช้งาน
อินเตอร์เฟสของฟังก์ชันเรียกดูยังมีความช้าครับ การเรียกดูข้อมูลใช้เวลาโหลด7-10 วินาที ช้ามากๆครับ กดเข้าดูแต่ละหมวดก็ช้าครับ 5-7 วินาที กว่าจะโชว์ข้อมูลมันกินเวลามากๆเลยครับ
อัพเดทแล้วแย่กว่าเดิมมาก
ไม่เข้าใจว่าทำไมพออัพเดทเป็นเวอร์ชั่นล่าสุดแล้ว interface ใช้ยากมากกกกกก ค้นหาห้องก็ไม่เจอ ห้องน้อยลงมาก ปกติแค่ค้นหาด้วยสถานที่ก็มีให้เราเลือกเยอะแยะ อันนี้ไม่รู้ต้องตั้งค่าอันไหนเป็นอันไหน ฟิลเตอร์เยอะแต่อยู่คนละที่ หาห้องก็ไม่เจอ ตัวเลือกไม่หลากหลายเหมือนเมื่อก่อน ถามว่าแอปดีขึ้นไหม ก็ดี ในแง่ความทันสมัย แต่ใช้ยากมากกกกกก ได้มีการทำ User testing ก่อน launched รึเปล่า ควรจะคำนึงถึง User friendly มากกว่านี้นะ เลือกใช้แอปนี้เพราะค้นหาง่าย แต่ตอนนี้ยากละ งงไปหมด ตอนแรกนึกว่ายังไม่ชิน แต่ใช้มาสักพักก็ยัง งงอยู่ดี รอบหน้าจะอัพเดทอีกทีช่วยปรับปรุงด้วยนะคะ

ลองใช้งานทั้งแอพและเว็บ รู้สึกว่าสะดวกมากจริงๆ ช่วยให้การขายคอนโดง่ายขึ้นเยอะ ลงขายคอนโดแล้วปิดการขายกับลูกค้าหลายคนแล้ว โดยรวมประทับใจในฟังก์ชั่นและการใช้งานที่ตอบโจทย์จริงๆ ขอบคุณแอพนี้ที่ทำให้การขายคอนโดง่ายและเร็วขึ้นค่ะ
กดรายงานแล้วแต่ก้เหมือนเดิม
ไม่ค่อยอัพเดทเลย หลายเจ้าเอาราคาถูกมาล่อสรุปพอทักขายไปแล้วเหลือแต่ห้องราคาอื่น แต่ยังคงกดดันโพสต์ขายเรื่อยๆ งง พอกดรายงานในแอพก้ไม่เห็นจะช่วยอะไร เสียเวลามาก

การกำหนดเงื่อนไขในการค้นหาจำกัด ไม่สามารถหาเฉพาะพื้นที่ที่เราต้องการได้ หรืออาจจะหาได้แต่เราใช้ไม่เป็นก็ไม่รู้ สำหรับผู้ใช้งานครั้งแรกมันจะงงหน่อย search engine โหลดช้า น่าจะค้นหาจากแผนที่ได้ เพราะตอนนี้ใช้วิธีเปิดดูแล้วเสริชใน map เองอีกที ค่อนข้างลำบาก และใช้เวลานาน ข้อดีคือมีทรัพย์ให้ค้นหาเยอะดี ตรงกับความต้องการค่อนข้างมาก เราหวังว่าเราจพหาทรัพย์ได้จากในนี้ แต่ในแอพค้นหายาก กำหนดเงื่อนไขได้จำกัด อยากให้มีเงื่อนไขคอนโด low rise ใส่เข้ามาด้วย เสริชจากใน browser แล้วเปิดเข้ามาดูในหน้าเว็บสะดวกกว่า

Ui ดีทันสมัย แต่การ์ดรกไปนิดนึง ตั้งแต่เล่นมาพึ่งเคยเจอที่หาซื้อคอนโดพร้อมกับบ้านทีเดียวได้เลย เอเจ้นท์ที่ติดต่อจากที่นี่ก็สุภาพ คุยดี เป็นกันเองมากครับ

Version เดิมก่อนเปลี่ยน UI ใหม่คือดีมาก สเถียรมาก Update ใหม่มานี่มั่วซั่วสุด ๆ bug ก็เยอะ ระบบ chat ล่ม Notification รวน ถึงแม้จะมี update ใหม่ตามมารัว ๆ จะแก้ bugs ไปได้เยอะ แต่ App ก็ยังมั่ว ๆ อยู่ดี Notification สรุปแล้วปรับได้ไหม?? เลือกปิดบางอย่าง เปิดบางอย่าง ระบบไม่ได้สนใจ พวกก็จะเด้งเตือนอะไรมานักไม่รู้ โดยเฉพาะ Ads ของตัวแอพเอง จะยัดเยียดบังขับให้เข้าไปเปิดดูให้ได้…. จนถึงตอนนี้ยังไม่เข้าใจว่าอะไรไปเข้าฝัน Dev ให้ update Version นี้… ของเดิมดี ๆ อยู่ มาล่อซะเละเทะหมด…
