Great app
App is bad
Not sure why Osaic can’t fix their app like vanguard or fidelity did. In this day and age a good user interface can be the difference between where clients choose to hold assets, and Osaic is quickly falling behind.
Limited User Tools
As a new Osaic client used to better service in a brokerage app,the Osaic app provides no options for a user to physically print any of the statements or documents presented in the app. Everything is locked into a review only status without any way to produce a printed document for further review or filing.
Cannot download documents
The app works well for checking your balance. However, there is no way to download your monthly statement or your tax documents. I have to go to the website to do that.
Antiquated
Every piece of this app feels antiquated, but the rest would be tolerable if we could just have biometric login. If my other financial apps and grocery store can allow me to use biometric login I feel like this app should be able to figure it out!
To many steps to do one thing
Feels like it needs updating. Four steps to login retrieve password then receive text then copy text then paste then finally you might get in. Then you have to search every where to find what you want.
Stopped working in iOS 26
The App now just crashes and doesn’t seem to work on IOS26. There hasn’t been any updates to it for sometime now either

Boomer technology
Login technology is decades old on the mobile app. The Web application login isn’t as analog, thanks to Google Chrome, but still they go out of their way to make the login unintuitive. Their systems seem to be constantly unavailable because of maintenance, but they certainly are not making any improvements. The presentation of data is as interesting as oatmeal. The graphing presentation is simply embarrassing for a financial institution. The only data points are monthly data points, but it’s impossible to tell if the data points are the beginning or end of the month. Simple data integration with Credit Karma takes no less than 2 minutes to complete and always requires manual intervention. No matter how many times you update your phone number, it will reset to your old phone number the next day.

App has been crashing on startup for months. Multiple reviews say the same. Does Osaic read these? It appears not.
Doesn’t save login
How do they update an app 1 week ago and don’t fix the biggest problem. I have to sign in every time. It’s so annoying . Starting to miss my previous investment company

This app is crashing on launch for days! Log in only available with a web browser. Please fix! It’s been days!
