I bought this bc the ads were annoying and disruptive to learning and when I went to use on my iPad- STILL ADS. There Is no way to contact the developer about this and the “website” is a joke to say the least. Will be contacting Apple for a refund.
New to Hebrew and this app helped me learn so fast!
Very good app! I like how it makes u practice the letters over and over again it makes me memorize it it’s not like Duolingo were it just makes u start learning words and not even actually learning the letters, this app is ACTUALLY ACCURATE I finally found a great app thanks just the only thing I wish is that it could do like mini games to help u learn even faster! Great app tho would recommend!
Super basic with minimal practice
You’re better off with paper. This doesnt offer the opportunity for lots of repeated character writing with feedback on forming the letters correctly. Not compatible with ipad pencil (It works but it’s scaled for phone and finger).
Written Hebrew
If you are learning the cursive (handwritten) Hebrew, this app is making you trace the printed letters and not correct. This is what I do not like about this. But if you need to get familiar with the printed letters (what you will read in text), it helps but it is very limited.
Simple and effective
I love how focused and easy to use the interface is. No nonsense, pure memorization through repetition. No better way to learn besides pencil and paper. Writing the characters engages your brain in a different way than rote memorization alone. The main Write It app is equally bare bones but features quite a few languages. It is a bit buggy but solid.
Kauf und Werbung umsonst
Ich habe diese App vor einiger Zeit gekauft. Nun bekomme ich die Möglichkeit zum Upgrade ohne Werbung. Für die einfachen Funktionen dieser App lohnt sich ein Kauf nicht abgesehen davon dass mein Kauf nachträglich wertlos gemacht wurde.

Language stuck
I was using it to learn Hebrew characters. After a couple of weeks, it switched to Klingon and would never get out of it. While it worked, it was a good product. But it no longer is.
One and only
Really the one and only app that actually teaches you how to write in no time. I've tried so many apps but this one is definitely my top five
Not Hebrew
There’s not Hebrew learning. There’s Klingon instead and I can’t switch it
It needs some improvement
I’ve been learning the Hebrew alphabet on my own. I just found this app and it has already helped me memorize the letters but Ayin doesn’t seem to work for me. No matter how close to the instructions I trace the letter, it still shows as if I did it wrong.

This app is amazing!
My bat mitzvah is coming up and this is helping me so much alongside b’nei mitzvah classes! This would also be great for anyone who wants to learn Hebrew just for fun as well! The only thing is that I don’t know how to make an account, because I only see a sign in option, but I can’t sign in because I don’t have an account. So you kinda have to remember where you are, but that’s ok because if you’re practicing often, it shouldn’t be too hard to remember where you are. 😅
Keeps changing to Klingon
Every time I download your write it Hebrew app when I open it it’s actually Write it Klingon and there is nothing I can do to change it.
Awesome App
This app is awesome. There is one exception though, when you get to the Ayin it won’t let you write it or get past it. It locks you up at this point.
Lesson 5 of app
The app is great except for lesson 5, it won’t let you write all the letters and freezes up, therefore you can’t learn them. Please fix and I’ll give a 5 star review.

This is an easy way to learn the alphabet in a fun didactic way.
KEINE Handschrift
Diese App lehrt NICHT die Handschrift, sondern die Druckschrift und diese dazu oft mit falschen Schriftzügen bzw. Schreibrichtungen. Sehr enttäuschend. Für Arabisch war diese App eine große Hilfe. Um die hebräische Schreibschrift zu lernen, ist zu komplett unbrauchbar.

Love using this app to learn Hebrew. Only wish I could use my Apple Pencil instead of my finger.
Why was I charged $25?
I actually really like this app, so I decided to upgrade. It told me $6.99, then $4.99. I hit ok and was immediately charged $25! What’s up with this. I can’t figure out how to contact the developer for a refund as their website basically has nothing on it.

Funktioniert sehr gut! 5 Sterne gäbe es, wenn die Tests nicht immer nur auf die einzelne Lektion, also wenige Buchstaben beschränkt wären, sondern sich auf alle bereits gelernten Buchstaben beziehen.

The character “Ayin” is too unforgiving. Character should be left-to-right, top-to-bottom. Not left-to-right. But I love this app. Very good method.
Perfect for learning Alephbet
I was having hard time memorizing Alephbet and this app saved me.

It looks the complete opposite to the add on the App Store and when I do it right it says it is not right and takes points off.and your supposed to press the letter and it is telling me to spell it out it’s sooooooo annoying 😡👅
Simple app for writing in Hebrew
I’ve been trying to learn Hebrew on duolingo, but the Hebrew course on there doesn’t focus much on writing out the letters (or being able to speak it, but that’s another issue) however this app is good for learning to write out Hebrew letters if you’re not sure how It is very simple though, even the premium is just adding a way to test all that you’re learning easier But overall it’s good for writing which is all i need it to be
App needs fixing
I would give this app five stars if it weren't buggy. The letter Ayin won't let me trace it and advance past it so I can't complete that lesson. Very frustrating but even with that the app has been very helpful for me. If the developers would update the app and fix this problem I would give it five stars.

Hello, There is a mistake in your aleph ber. Bet has a niqqud in the centre of the character. Without it it would be the vet character.

Very simple to do and the tests are great for memorization! This is very basic and does not get into the full Hebrew language. A very good app for absolute beginners.

Needs to tell what the final (sofit) letters do or if they sound the same. Also to have an English sound value under each letter would be better. Awesome practice app!

Adult learner
It was the best Hebrew alphabet intro learning app I’ve found. Perfect when you’re just starting out. I use it in conjunction with a couple of other language apps. However, at lesson it started to have technical difficulties. Not my end, it is the app. It’s become almost unusable. Interesting it happened after paying for the upgrade. I will update if something changes.
