As a user I was very surprised by your previous agent who just vanished without informing their existing g clients. When called the message was the line is not in use. What kind of agent you have. Do you think I will still use Philips products and I am going to condemn this brand. Very unethical and irresponsible agent. As a distributor you have to bear responsibility for the sets you have sold to Singapore users.

702e至少要開放家人都能登app看到日誌，不然只限ㄧ人也太少
建議事項
既然都有台灣公司貨了 建議 1.出廠預設值改成中文 2. 7300 Wi-Fi版 裡面有啟動的序號. 在銷售通路上面要清楚標示,甚至在盒裝上都要標示清楚，不然很容易被施工的廠商丟掉. 2. 7300有指定受訓過廠商施工要講清楚說明白. 而是事後打電話去問如何啟動電子鎖. 才知道自行施工沒有保固. 消費者觀感直接大扣分. 3.公司貨裡面有啟動的序號跟保卡
如果能直接百分比显示电量，就好了
另外电量🔋，藏在菜单里面，不太好找。

Supplier and distributor issue but consumer suffer
Philips scam by their exclusive distributor, end up those who bought during this period were disconnected by Philips apps, those batch was told scam by their distributor! The issue is the consumer spend money to buy the Philips brand, why we are suffering for this dispute btw tmr? Philips can’t find their distributor and end up punished the consumer who pay money on their product! This is unacceptable and unreasonable! You are scam by your own distributor but consumer who paid and bought your products suffer! Don’t buy this digital lock, go for other brand is safe and for sure better than Philips!

I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue with the Philip EasyKey app. Despite successfully pairing my smart lock AlphaWM-5HB with the app, I am unable to load the device within the application. Video Mode not working suddenly and others
My philips lock has a camera and the apps can’t seems to connect to camera today , not sure whether the video call when someone ring the bell still working . Second issue that the door lock need to resetup to connect to wifi sometime and third issue it seems like the battery cover cannot close tightly and I experience that the door is not functioning and I have to ask my family to open the door for me and re insert the battery to the door lock to make it functioning

Scam and thrash company
Do not buy from Philips and easy key til date after I bought the digital lock the app is not working for months already and the company no longer exist. It is a scam buy at your own risk. The shop Technex is facing financial difficulties and has since closed down.
Working fine so far
Can pair the app to the lock easily. Everything seems to be working fine so far. Have not used the one time password function yet though. Will update with review after I’ve used it.
Poor battery life
The Philips DV001 door viewer battery couldn’t be charged beyond 10-20% after 1.5 years of use. Very disappointed.

Use to be on for it but recently suddenly not accept on the wifi video function . It made it very no convenient to me . Please fix it

The app is responsive, but we would like see features like HomeKit direct access and more security aid like stay open alert(sometime door is not properly closed but the door will still send close notifications even it is not locked to the door frame) which is commonly seen in other brand

App don’t work. Don’t buy this Philips product.
App don’t work after 1 week. Can’t do anything since it can’t connect thru Bluetooth. Called Philips help line and they said that they can’t do anything about it as the app developer is oversea base and not sure when it will be settle. I feel cheated as the product sell with Bluetooth features but it don’t work.

苹果不能设置远程密码吗？设置的时候显示请用安卓机器升级固件？
功能很差
能更新一下吗？虽然产品更新了，好歹软件再维护一下吧。通知要么全开要么只能关闭，开关门一下就不停的提醒。又不敢关闭通知。这个最起码的设置都不能实现吗？
Need to register again
Apps working perfectly for 5 months but after update on 27 Sept 2021, I can't login using email, error account not registered. Reregister using email failed. Need to register using phone number but everything need to redo again, add lock, assign name and all logs gone.

One touch function doesn’t work
In general the app work as it suppose to be. However there is one function, “one touch unlock”, it doesn’t seem to work. Followed the in app explanation to set it up but no luck so far.

Work like a charm, so good with 702e, no problem at all
Shows paired but loading fail, please try again
Tried to re-pair the locks but showing failed & showing with a note “paired” and am unable to pair again. yet somehow its appearing on my devices screen list. There’s no app updates, we also retry by restarting the locks and our phones. Still failed!
