App states needing update but is already updated
I need help with this app so I’m reaching out to the developer, could you please update your contact information so I am able to contact your support team. I have been a files protection user for quite some time and have all my information, pictures and ext. stored in the app. Everything that is great value to me with my pictures that I can’t restore. I keep getting a pop up telling me to update to the new version but my version was already up to date and your app accidentally got deleted from my phone. I contacted Apple support to try and retrieve and restore all my information and get back all my files but because you are a third party app, Apple support was unsuccessful. Now I have tried to contact the developers and it takes me to a Facebook page and not the developers web site please I need help to get my information back. This app was useful until I lost all my information. I will be writing a review if i don’t get any help from the developers. Thank you

I used this app to keep my passwords and important info safe. I used my passcode to unlock it, but it keeps kicking me out. Not worth it anymore.

Not Easy to Use
The platform looks great, however I have problems with getting the features to work. Can’t import/save pictures although I’m following the in-App instructions. Many of my pictures are inaccessible to import.
Loved the app
Just loved the new update. Hidden folder feature and security features are so useful.
Still not fixed
Binh, Although it’s a much better product, it still has major problems for a place to hide ones secrets. Now, not only does it still retain and show the last screen (photo, video or menu) when returning to app but it just never seems to close and one click and anyone is straight in without having to use password. Have tried to be helpful but I don’t think I will waste any more time on this app Best wishes
Good
It’s very useful 👍
