Order not delivered and no support
There is no way to contact support which might be intentional. Fish seemed fresh though it was delivered very late.
Product quality
These days very often various items found foul smelling and were thrown away. I, therefore, always fear to order because of this reason. The return policy is so cumbersome that you have to keep the product with you for a few days till it is collected. It is so unhygienic. The FTH should pick such products within 90-120 minutes.
Delivery
Please teach the delivery guys in Abu Dhabi some respect especially the morning delivery guys, the quality of the product is top notch but failed delivery timings is a concern, don’t promise th time if you can’t deliver

Do not download this app. They are the worst when it comes to sending your orders. You place an order on the app which says 15 mins instant delivery, but its a total scam. You cannot expect the delivery even in 2 hours after they take money for instant delivery

App is very good. Works always. Give an option to give a contact number for delivery. Write now I send a separate email to customer care saying while delivering use this number as I am away I cannot give my number
2 bad experiences (seem like mgmt is sleeping)
1- ordered chicken via the app and received expired chicken ( it was o bad odour that I have to throw the entire Cooke chicken) , got refund but bad experience and post that stopped ordering online. 2- store visit, they using plastic chopping board , complained mulitiple times , called store manager , manager says informed to mgmt but they not addressing the concern. Both incidents from Bengaluru. See how careless it is.

you order fish at 9:30 am and it arrives only after lunch time. which sort of defeats the purpose

If you want to eat Hormones, Antibiotics Free Clean Chicken & Fish then this is the right place to buy. If you prefer Indian Mutton, you get it here. Also available are reasonably well marinated varieties of various kebabs. You can also buy good quality greens, vegetables & fruits. Always received very fresh foodstuffs.
Late Delivery
I am a fresh to home client for long time . I was completely satisfied with your product and service . I am completely disappointed about the service now . Last few orders I received very late . I couldn’t take food for work because of the late delivery . This is my last mail for you . I won’t be ordering from you if you won’t improve your service . Thank you
Online Payment does not work
The service is nice but I ordered twice and both times could not pay online. Has to choose the option for Cash on Delivery which is not always convenient.

⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely terrible customer service I ordered fish from FreshToHome, but they delivered the wrong fish. Because of their mistake, I couldn’t use the fish at all. This was not a mistake from my side—it was completely an issue with the order fulfillment from FreshToHome. What is absolutely ridiculous is that they refunded only the fish amount while deducting/retaining the delivery and handling charges. Why the hell should I pay delivery and handling fees when the wrong product was delivered because of your own mistake? I did not receive what I ordered, and I couldn’t even use the fish that was delivered. On top of that, I have called customer support numerous times trying to get this resolved, but I have received no proper response, no meaningful update, and no satisfactory resolution. I shouldn’t have to keep calling repeatedly for a problem that FreshToHome itself caused. This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable customer service. I expect a full refund, including the delivery and handling charges, because the order was incorrectly fulfilled by FreshToHome. If this is not resolved properly, I will share my genuine experience and review across relevant review platforms and social-media channels so other customers can make an informed decision before ordering.

Bad Experience
There is no option to Edit or Delete or Add a New Address. The whole Adding a New Address is very cumbersome. It should be made simple & straight-forward. Also the way Customers are asked to enter the Address is confusing & the Delivery Executives deliver the orders to wrong Addresses. It happened to us today. Please improve the App, so that people can edit or delete any existing Address & add a new Address with ease. Also, there is no Payments or Saved Cards section & we cannot find or delete or edit our saved Cards. This App needs major improvements, if it wants to compete with competitors like Licious which have both the above features & it is very easy to perform both the above tasks in that. Thanks !

Very good experience ordering groceries online . Highly recommended. Best thing about this what I felt is we can get many items similar to what we get in Kerala . Delivery is on time . I have only suggestion about the delivery charge which I always felt not affordable . If you could work on it overall ot could be a very good platform for a Daily grocery needs . Quality , package and delivery is on point .

Best service , quality products .. lil unhappy with the pricing , I have been buying fish from FTH from past 5 yrs before prices use to be pocket friendly. These days fish price seems to be very high middle class people who use to buy before r not able to afford

You clean and freeze spoiled meat before order delivery. Can’t be more clear on this.

The app is quite stable and well-made. They have features on the app not available on the website. The app is not optimized for iPad, which I think is needed for a certain part of their user demographic. They’re just one star short of being more awesome!

Quality of items and timing of delivery is great and one improvement area will be on delivery as sometimes the partners don’t get complete address whereas it is updated in app and they struggle to deliver items on time
Deteriorating Service
Earlier your was a great service but I find it slipping downward day by day. Your App gives numerous problems about which I have complained by call and email however still not resolved. Your inventory is not displayed showing updates, so only when one orders one is informed that the item is not available. Such problems can be expected with a start-up but you have been in business for a long time. If this continuous it will be adios from me.
