Love app-please update
Love the app but it keeps on crashing every minute please release a new version that actually works
App keeps failing
App is keeping reloading and it is loosing connection all the time.
Good product but improve communication
I am very satisfied with the product. I am dissatisfied regarding communication with the company. For example, my subscription price increased in May from $6.99 to 9.99 - and I got no notification in advance of the increase.
Great library bad app
Library is great, but the app needs a lot of work. It does not come any close to other streaming apps I; the space
great idea. bad performance
the app is crashing and theres too much bugs.
Thanks
Great enjoyable thanks fir all your effort !!
Up in price down in performance…
Since it's gone up in price the performance has become terrible
Constantly crashes
Deleting this app. Too many crashes and now it stops playing after 45 minutes unless I want to upgrade and pay for it. No thanks.
Nope
App is always extremely slow and will freeze randomly. Very difficult to get your way around in this app in general
App crashes
Concept is good, but the app crashes and buffers way too much, I’m gonna ask for a refund on subscription
Keeps on crashing
Can not open the app at all as it keeps on crashing.
No human support - no new music added
When reaching out via WhatsApp for support you communicate with a bot that’s poorly programmed and gets you nowhere. Barely any new music Added recently. Canceling subscription.
Zing
It’s not a bad app but has many bugs and clashes if it would’ve worked as well as Spotify or Apple Music it would’ve been amazing Also it’s very annoying that every time I want to hear music it takes two minutes to reselect everything again because it’s not like a regular mp3 whew it just continues from last used
Fixed
Just a tip. I put the app off-line and then back online it started working again
Great but needs a revamp
I really enjoy the app but for the betterment of the product and usability, please make the app a faster and smarter. The site takes a while to load and keeps crashing. The search engine yields far fetched results first and the content that matches the search are listed on bottom or missing entirely.
The Yiddish music app
I've been using this app for about half a year and I'm really enjoying it every day that I use it
Buggy
Extremely buggy and no algorithm
Good app
Overall, this app is a very good app however, there are a lot of crashes bugs, etc. sometimes it can be very annoying if you are trying to stream music and it won’t work properly.
Good content bad performance
I would give this app a zero star rating - since I pay every month, but I hardly get to listen because of terrible app performance. We have the best of Verizon service, and yet 90% of the time - the app won’t work properly. I have a lot of little kids, and having music and stories is crucial for us, and it’s so disappointing that it never works. You have amazing content, and great playlists - and we would love to be able to use it properly! PLEASE FIX YOUR APP.
Great App, Very slow system
I love this app due to its great content. But, the system is super slow and can become frozen randomly. Please fix this problem
App stopped working a few days ago!
What’s up with Zing! I rely on it for my music and now it’s been down for a couple of days. Anyone know what to do about this??
The app always shut off and doesn’t work
The app is filled with bugs every time I use it

Could be so much better
App is constantly crashing and when not it freezes up. There’s so much potential here. Also the whole podcast system needs work it barely works. However when the app is working it’s great and exactly what I’m looking for in a heimishe music app but the thing when. So just some big fixes and fix up the podcast this will def be a five star app.
It keeps on freezing since the last update
The app became much slower and it keeps on freezing since the last update
Best Jewish and Heimish alternative to mainstream players
I have been on Apple Music for many years and before that on google music. Finally there is an app that can replace it. Works flawless has all the music u expect and more. Very friendly and simple to use. They have great customer service and they are interested to hear and improve with many exciting features to come.

Great app but could be so much better
I got this app looking for a Jewish music only app. Zing is a great heimishe app but the thing is the app randomly crashes and the whole podcast system needs some work. But other than that great app.
Best kosher music app
Better then 24six
DOESN’T WORK UNLESS 10G WI-FI

When will the app be updated on Apple?
it has a lot of music
The best out there
Not working 77 dollars garbage
Crashes every time I open it
Hmmmn
2nd time I’ve updated and 2nd time it won’t work! Such a shame as it’s an awesome app when it works properly!
Excellent Selections
Zing is a fantastic Jewish music app with a sleek, user-friendly interface and a rich selection of music for all tastes. Its standout feature is the children’s section, offering engaging stories and songs, especially in Yiddish. A must-have for families and music lovers!
Not working properly on my iPhone
App needs lot’s of improvements What are we paying for an app monthly and it’s not even working properly
This was my go to app for music
Since the latest update, it doesn’t work.
Best and cheapest streaming option
This app is best for a specific music audience, but good for everyone, getting better on each update, the developers efforts is well noticed and appreciated.
Still Buggy
Player still buggy as of Feb 23 2026
Not fit for iPhone XS
The menu, search and repeat buttons are covered by the top of my screen that has the time battery and service bars which blocks me from being able to click them
