I have asked a question and then they take the payment from me and then you ask question again n they ask you for payment so then I complained through email and they refunded me back 10times but sometimes they don’t give u a free question and they don’t answer to ur email for a week n by then you forget what to ask, it was never like this but idk what has happend to the app and the replies are also very vague

Customer service can be slow at getting back, in some cases. However, i’m glad the predictions are well done. Most of them have came true! It’s less in price as well compared to other apps.

Payment option is not good for iPhone users . Purchase trough Apple store but not accepting and cancelling in hora app and money getting deducted from my account

This give insights on natal chart and the astrologers who are involved in this app predict pretty well and give insights how to tackle situations for positive progress
Double charged for one question
They double charged me for one question asked and then when I wrote to customer support they say they can’t do anything about it and it’s apples fault. Though they double charged me still I asked them to give me a free question to compensate for that amount, they clearly denied. Thughs! Yodha is better app atleast what you pay you get!
