I love how this app is designed. It allows me to see and order everything so that I can grab and go. Love it
Food truck dewitt
Absolute nightmare. Stood in line at 6:15 to order. At 7:40 they would not take the last two orders, even though they clearly saw standing there in line at the window and they said they never knew that we were in line to order food. They thought we were just standing around. Arrogant little pricks food probably wasn’t that good anyway. Hope they never come back to Dewitt. They clearly saw us standing in line and they started breaking down and let us continue to stand in line.

Always very good! I always go when they are nearby and I get enough for lunch and dinner.
High Hopes
I downloaded this app bc I saw on Facebook where this truck was going to be in my area today & advertised to order ahead. However, after I chose the correct truck for my location to order, it showed that the truck was actually somewhere else in another city entirely. Did not want to order in case the truck isn’t where it’s supposed to be or where it’s advertised. The good thing about the app is that it showed the menu & the prices so I’m at least aware of that before I go in person.
Not intuitive
The app is not very intuitive, after installing the app I tried to order but only catering was coming up. We decided to call instead, well that didn’t work out either. From the message when calling, I did gather that you are only ordering at the event that was current. I closed everything and re-opened the app, SUCCESS! Once I re-opened, ordering was easy and straightforward. I will use the app next time hopefully it goes a bit easier now that the app is installed.
Couldn't have been better
I don't see how an app could've been better designed. My wife shared a Facebook ad for this place and we decided to go. On the way there I asked my wife to download the app since we were short on time. She couldn't be bothered so I did it while at red lights. I was able to download the app, register, order, and pay all while on our way. We arrived 1min before our food was supposed to be ready, we were greeted by very friendly staff, and got out food exactly when we were supposed to. The food was flippin good, too. We'll definitely be looking them up in the future and visiting when in the area!
Does not work
The app doesn’t work at all. It’s been loading endlessly at the start, not even able to get into the app.
Trash App needs improvement
The app needs improvement from all prospectives it’s always crashing and I can never order food from the food truck it’s always asking me to cater. The food here is amazing but this app in the mobile App Store blows. I wouldn’t recommend getting unlesss they provide and update to software on app.
Great app!
I had a great experience with this app! I was easily able to find the location, make my order, pay, and pick up at the arranged time very easily. Absolutely no issues!
App costing the company money
I tried multiple times to order and it kept sending a “refresh” message. Finally gave up. Its 2026, get a working app.

Not super easy to use. It seems like they want you to use the app but I had issues putting my order in

Terrible app
Extremely unintuitive and frustrating
Basically useless
First time downloaded the app because workers said to try ordering through the app. The option to order was never there. Every time I open the app it takes me to the last location. Then to get the app. I’ve yet to see how having the app is of any use except to check a schedule for the week. Seems pointless since it’s listed on their facebook page. Needs help in a big way.
Great food
I love lobster and this was fantastic. The portion was good for real lobster and was perfect.
Simply doesn’t work
You’d sell more food if the app worked and the only option wasn’t standing in a line for 2 hours.
Cannot preorder on app
Don’t even bother trying to order using their app because there is no option to order from the food truck, you can only order catering from a fixed location San Clemente. Tried to contact them, but of course no call back.
The App
The Connecticut Roll is fantastic, as are the Tots. The tots were not greasy at all, which so many places mess up. Well worth the $. Wish they’d come to the Milwaukee area more often.
App Doesn’t Work as Intended
I’ve had the app for a long time. But when I go in it keeps telling me to “Get the App”. Didn’t need updated. Deleted and reinstalled. Recognizes my points. Still says “Get App”. NO OPTIONS TO ORDER ON LINE. I’m going elsewhere for dinner
Spend more money on tech
App is horrible. This is the new and improvers and the grab and go is where?
Great user interface
I love Cousins Maine lobster. This is so much more convenient than waiting in the lines. On top of that if you're a regular user, you get points that could be banked to buy more lobster rolls.
Can’t order
The app would not let me order from my nearest food truck. It would only let me order from a restaurant a thousand miles away
Limitations of the App review
I wanted to order off the app on my way to the food truck, but because the app doesn’t describe the difference between the Connecticut roll and the Maine roll, I had to wait until I got to the food truck to make sure I got the one I wanted!
Useless App Features
No point in using this app to order ahead. Food is never ready upon arrival. What’s the point of the app offering this option if trucks don’t honor it.
First time trying
Well being from Maine and CT I could not wait to get to one of the locations Well I went tonight in Cocoa Florida Struggled to place my order. As English was not spoken very well They still did not Get my order right Anyhow the food was average the lobster roll was small and barely warm They rang up the meals wrong Kind of a turn off for all the money I spent. The clam Chowder was not bad I guess the lobster roll I had in Amelia island last Saturday that was delicious built me up for a cousins one. But just a let down Bummer
All points lost
Great food but this app is terrible. Saved points for years and after update all my points gone.
Doesn’t work
Tried ordering ahead but the app never loaded the map or gave an option to order. Also tried signing up for the extra 15% off but it just kept bringing up an error page.
Reoccurring errors with the app
Repeatedly get errors trying to open the app and then if it opens I get errors trying to place an order. Error states to wait 10 sec or 1 minute and try again but still doesn’t work. Food is awesome and app is the way to order when it works.
