Good game gone bad
Developer has clearly abandoned this game. Too many bugs to name, and I’ve invested a lot of time in this over the years. Most annoying change is the one where all team names are now made up. I understand why, and it takes a long time to rename everything correctly. What I do not understand is that sometimes (not always), when you start a new save, they all randomly revert back requiring you to rename everything back. Finally given up on this waste of time - developers should do better.

Won’t load
So I have played this game on my iPhone and it works perfectly but I downloaded it on this iPad and no matter how Many times I downloaded the app it will not go further then the background I have the latest update and I have lots of storage so overall 2 stars ( because i have played it before and it was really good)
Finances
As one of the other reviews said, I start with a new club and they’re already losing money every month even if I sell the team for parts. According to dev response the answer is to watch the ad for money or pay real money, which isn’t unfair, but it feels more manipulative than just having ads with no opt-out, if the bottom line is that I have to watch the ads anyway. Your way forces the ads to be part of the game, in the sense that not watching the ad is a bad strategical choice, and in the sense that it puts the lie to the whole fictionalized finance aspect, to some extent. It also just doesn’t make sense—presumably this club was not leaking $200k/year before I bought them. Oh, also. I spent like an hour playing the game for no reason because I didn’t figure that the optional ads were in fact required. Generally I don’t watch ads for in-game currency as a matter of principle. I’m not exactly eager to pick it up again, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who this has happened to.

The game is simple and easy to use, you can quickly work your way through the leagues and build some great teams along the way.

I’m quite far into the game and want to do another season but carried on with same team and it won’t load and kicks me off is there any fix because I don’t want to restart
Simple fun football manager lite.
Enjoying this a lot, quite addictive. Great UI and just good fun to play. Feels like an interesting story to tell along the way. Will upgrade to full game soon.

The game gives you the opportunity to add funds to your club by watching the ads. But then doesn’t give you the close x on the add that allows you close the ad and you have to close the whole app to get you back in to the game. I’d suggest taking the game down or work on the bugs that are in game.
Fun and addictive but…
This game is really fun and addictive and I would highly recommend it for those looking for a non-complicated and easy to understand football game. However, there are a few flaws. 1. After about 10-12 seasons as manager of a National League, we were around higher League 1 lower Championship but it is basically impossible to sign any players as they either cost too much or scouts are bad. 2. Most of the time is lost by watching ads just to have enough money to keep the club afloat. Need to fix finances. 3. I dont know if it’s a curse but every playoff final I literally lose. Other than that really fun game!
A decent game. But it has issues.
It’s a good little game except for a few things: 1. Your economy is almost impossible without sharing or purchasing the “business income” option. 2. AI clubs offer barely above a players value 3. The same AI clubs regularly want double the listed value of their players. 4. The scouts bring you players well out of your price range telling you to sign them. 5. You’ll never get a team to loan you a player. Ever. 6. Player contracts. The obscene jumps you have to make in wages to keep them between seasons kills your economy. (One player on 5k refused to sign again for less than 35k)
Fun but game lost my saved file
Great game and was enjoying it a lot. 4 seasons in and I’ve won promotion to League One. Went to sleep, woke up, and the app says I no longer have a saved game on my device. Lost all my data.
We want the licensed teams and competitions back
The game was so much more better when it had real teams and competitions I used to sit there for house and play this I still do now but wish they had it back to how it was before

How do I play a match ? It’s a shame because it seemed really good and then I tried to play a match How do you play ?

…I started all over again since I deleted the app after 25 seasons, and now after 35 seasons with the same team I basically win all the games, some are ties, with the results that I finish every season with a minimum of 3 trophies, including champions league, and first on Italian league. Now that I developed my team to the top and having not opponents, what do I do? Starting with other teams to win all the trophies of all the tournaments in every league sounds a mere repetition with the only difference of teams’ names. Said that, the game works very well. Few more options on navigating around each screen (mail, players list etc) or to see the opponent’ s team, would have been appreciated. Anyway, thank you developers for the fun. I paid you $4,99 for your efforts, well deserved. I also tried the tycoon manager. Good job!

Fun for a very short period
If you play for a few weeks this can be fun but after a while it’s just a random result generator. A full team all at 100 might lose 4/5 games a season but one probably averaging 94 might go unbeaten. You will beat top 4 teams 5-0 then finish the season with 3 defeats, all against teams in bottom 5. If you get a team in L1 in league cup then it’s 50/50 for the win. As I said, it’s entertaining enough for a while but don’t expect to see results make any sense after a while. I guess it’s a low development game made to play briefly.

Addictive game love it but with a few flaws 1: being lack of money when winning competitions 2: very easy to go into debt when in the top leagues as wages can get high quick for top players 3: I usually sell my top players once they reach around 30 to get out of debt and buy young as sometimes players retire in their early 30’s Also would love an up to date version of this game with a few tweaks as this is my go to game after Football Manager! Maybe giving 5 star is too high considering the few issues but I still love the game so it’s worth it :)

Decent game, needs small improvements
I really enjoy sports management games, and this is my favorite for soccer. It rarely crashes for me and the amount of teams to choose from is pretty good. It would be nice to have some team customization though. You can’t alter kits, or sponsors, or much about the stadium other than size. Also, at times you play against some foreign teams that aren’t actually options to choose as your team; which is strange. This could be great with some more work!
Great football manager game
I’ve been playing this game daily for over a year. The best way to start is choosing a national league team, players you buy for £1-10k will be worth anything from £500k to 20 million. It’s essential to have high quality coaching staff.buy players 17-19 from level 47 to 75 with the right coaching team they can reach max level 100. I have completed all trophies around the world ( 64 ). Great tactical / strategy game. I started with 1 million I now have 76 billion and all rewards

It’s a good pass time. Has real kits, team names and badges. Your players don’t really matter. For example, if you play a 433, you can have 6 defenders and still win, you don’t need an actual GK in your team at all either, still manage wins and clean sheets. 30 second ads for a free cash injection - £4.49 to remove them seems a bit high. It’s more than decent overall.
Bugs galore. Feel robbed.
Went from national league to championship paid for ads to be removed, then it kept crashing at 12% loading the next season, after many attempts I was forced to start a new save, and it’s asking me if I want to remove ads again, having to pay to remove ads on a game every time you start a new game is terrible, shame as the game is alright, nothing puts you off games more than bad practices and poor bugs though.
Fun but ultimately frustrating.
Saw this as it looked liked a quicker fun version of similar games. To begin with it is fun, but only to a point. To progress in the game you are constantly looking to improve the team while generating more income to further invest in players. Starting from the bottom you can progress fairly quickly as you learn a bit more about the nuances of the game. This isn’t though a game where you tweak tactics and mange the team other than by choosing your manager and coaching team. This is where ultimately the game becomes very frustrating and leaves you with the feeling that it is loaded against you. I saw a review where a player had developed a world class team in a England but yet couldn’t progress to winning trophies. The developers responded that it is possible. However, this is my experience. I started with Wrexham, progressed to the PL but was yo-yo back and forth between the PL and Championship. I sold up and bought Bolton using the profit to improve the team and facilities. Took Bolton the to the PL and kept it mid-table but in able to get further. Generated enough value to buy Everton. Developed the squad to qualify for Europe. This is when the game becomes loaded. Against you. Seven seasons running I had a world class player in every position, rated higher than all the big six. World class staff in every position, and the stadium upgraded to 65000 every home game. Despite being in a comfortable Champions league place in 5 out of those season with about 6 games to go. There is is suddenly a run of defeats knocking me back down out of qualification. You cannot do anything about it because you don’t pick the teak or tactics. Decided to seek and bought back Wrexham, banking £750 million to invest in the team. Guess What? The next Season the Everton team I had built wins the league. That says to me that the developers have built in an unfair disadvantage to the player. So what is the point? Unless the only way is to purchase coins to get valuable free agents. Not for me. This could have been great

I really enjoy this game and have done since I started playing it, one thing I would say though especially after the new update, I wish there was a way to start a new season without having to overwrite existing data, can there not be an option to start a new career without having to do this,so I won’t lose all my history,also could you think about doing the Scottish football lges, Swedish etc please.also could you make more nations available for editing please as it’s very limited…. Also can you include Scottish lges in next update

Great just one thing.
I really like this game.It is fun there is a lot to do and as I said previously I like it very much.However the game has 2 downfalls. The first one is that the players are not real.I would like it if the players were real as this would add a lot of realism to the game.The second one is that I would like more detail in the negotiations for example sell on clauses release clauses signing bonus. Things like that.also maybe player faces however I understand that this is difficult.But overall a very fun and addictive game.

It’s not fair when your opponent gets more chances then you. For example i own a team from La liga and I lost against a team from 3rd division in la copa del Rey.
