跟没有资质的培训机构合作，办理教育贷款后机构无证经营跑路了，中银消费不管培训机构，只管催还钱，还把信息到处散播给催债公司。打电话给客服要贷款合同，结果客服给我发了一个空邮件，真给我整笑了，就这还能挂个国字号
