- Radar and news are great
- Local alerts are helpful
What they complain about
- Ads interrupt you constantly
- App freezes up often
- Forecast accuracy is poor
Weather and news
Great up to date weather radar and news notifications
Just ads
All I get is ads. The weather never plays.
Too many problems
Local weather alerts are helpful but having to wait for all the ads to run defeats the purpose. Also, most of the time the update videos just freeze and the sound goes in and out. For these reasons I am deleting the app.
Weather app
Why does TV6 weather app take a while to load ?
Reliable
Works good for hometown U.P. Weather
Today’s weather with Less drama please
Please tell us more about today’s weather and less drama about what MIGHT happen later in the week. The severe weather warning are extreme.
❤️ed it until it started freezing
This has been my go to weather app for weather in the UP and beyond for a long time. It’s losing two stars here because it freezes almost immediately about 60% of the time I open it as of late. I hope an update is coming that will make it function again.
TV 6 weather
I’m out in Phoenix and it’s so nice to see what it’s doing back in Manistique!!! Keep up the good work girls!!!
The previous version was better
Freezes up fairly often. Sometimes takes several attempts to get working.
Keeps tracking me
Even though I have tracking/location services turned off, it obviously continues to track me as I’m getting local weather alerts as I travel. How is that?
Freezes up
Scroll hourly, and after no more than a dozen hours, it freezes. Get it together web dev.
Ads
Would be an ok weather app if there weren’t such long ads before any views!
Too many commercials
30 seconds of commercial to 2 seconds of weather. Not value added to me.
Too many ads
Too any ads. Not enough about weather.
Unhappy
Very unhappy with the change, specially the radar Myself and my fishing and golfing buddies would simply just want to check the radar for fishing and golf outings . I just downloaded the weather channel app because the TV6 weather app is not very user friendly . Please go back to the old way
Shoulda been a weather man
Extremely inaccurate forecasts. Don't look more than a day ahead because anything beyond that it changes a million times. I understand weather is unpredictable but cmon, If it's that unpredictable why do they even try to put an extended forecast out?? Wrong every time. 👎👎
Go back to the previous format.
Maps are too small to see well. WAAAAYYY TOO MANY ADS. Have to fight the freaking ads to see the maps. I very rarely use this app for these reasons.
Clueless weather reports.
Your accumulation “guesses” are so bad !!!!! I just divide it by 4 & it is still so far off. Weather Bug is the best & so much better than this is.
