Easy Access to Courses
This app will make it much easier for courses to be accessible by all employees. Our organization is not currently using this feature (at least not actively promoting it). As an administrator, I can see how the site design work on the back end can be improved to make for better mobile responsiveness for employees; I haven’t been building it out with mobile learning in mind, and now I will.
It’s horrible
Sometimes it logs me out in the middle of training, sometimes it just won’t even load up. I have constantly had problems with this app and no hope for a update for bug fixes
Docebo
The Docebo mobile app is convenient for learners who need training access on the go, and it provides a clean, straightforward interface for completing courses and viewing assignments. It works well for basic training consumption, especially for microlearning and quick reference. However, some interactive elements don’t always translate seamlessly from desktop to mobile, which can create minor usability challenges. The navigation could also be more intuitive, with clearer pathways to recently assigned or in-progress content. Overall, the app is a valuable tool, but enhancing consistency and user experience would make it even more effective for our learners.
Too much crashing
Continually crashing so often I can’t study from it. The only way to solve this issue is delete the app and reinstall as it won’t even load after exiting and reopening. The course design is sleek once you get in but first you have to enter a URL or sign in via QR that can’t be found anywhere. The sign in is glitchy without a native sign in, but rather a diversion to an additional page then back to the app.
Handy but janky
This app is great for what it is. Very handy to have learning material available in this format. However, I’ve had to uninstall & reinstall it a few times in the last 2 weeks I’ve been using it to keep it working properly…….hopefully whatever bug that is will get addressed soon
Transforming Training through Seamless E-Learning
Docebo has allowed our organization to transform our training strategy from primarily manually recorded instructor-led sessions to digital learning courses with powerful insight tools. We are now able to facilitate standardized learning objectives across the company with ease and provide executive leadership with quantifiable knowledge statistics supporting the training departments impact… oh, and it’s all accessible on-the-GO!
Obsolete
Can not log in to account. Easier to just go through company’s website.
Functions well
The app functions well overall. We experience a low amount of lag or glitches. I like that you’re able to check into an ILT from the mobile app. The only issue we’ve had is users getting a black white screen upon login. The users will need to uninstall the app and reinstall the app to have the white screen go away to be able to log in. Docebo wasn’t able to troubleshoot and still is an issue.
Need to log in consistently
Even with the app asking me if I want to keep logged in, basically every time I open the app I need to log in again. Very annoying :/
Learning and Resources On-the-Go 🚀
The Go.Learn app does give access to training courses on the which is great for using Observation Checklists during On The Job Training. Our organization has found its biggest value add access to job aids on the go! Our Field Techs are able to access process flow and animation supporting their work flows directly on their phones which is how they mainly access content. This is an incredibly valuable tool to us for this reason!
Doesn’t work
I have changed my rugby explorer password multiple times and not able to login through the app
Mobile learning
Helpful to have this app to support mobile learning!
App won’t lock in
After a day or so the app goes blank and won’t load I have to offload it then re load then it won’t recognize my password or email.
Improvements are helping!
Docebo is making great enhancements to help improve the mobile learning experience and meet learners where they are. Out sales team uses this app in the field for references and it help eliminate excuses for not completing training on time.
Logging in issues
I’ve tried logging in multiple times with my credentials and still couldn’t login also tried uninstalling it and reinstalling and logging back in again and it still would not let me to login saying I have the wrong credentials, but I am able to login in just fine when I go to google but the app will not let me login.
Intuitive, always evolving
A great mobile option for learning and development with Docebo. Continued updates and implementation of user feedback ensure that the app will continue to improve.
Not fantastic
This app looks nice, and loads quickly. Some features are intuitive and easy to use. But I found when I navigated away from the training when options such as “bookmark this form” or “read more about this topic here” were offered, there was no option offered to navigate back to the training. I tried everything…looked for a button, swiped all the possible ways… and ultimately would have to restart my phone in order to reset the app. This happened several times during my training. Not the end of the world but it was time consuming and annoying.
Useful app for on the go learning
Docebo has done a great job to make learning easier from your phone. Our internal audience uses this to reference training documentation while simultaneously watching e-learning videos. The app also allows videos to be downloaded. This is essential to us as our customer base does not allow internet access from within their sites.
Hate it!
I am required to use this app for work but I hate it!!! It crashes on me all the time. It won’t recognize my username and password even though it has never changed for the last year. The app will freeze on me and the only thing I can do is delete and redownload and that is when it rejects my login until all of a sudden it takes it. No rhyme or reason. Worst app ever!
Great app for our LMS
This app is easy to use as a learner. It makes it super easy to browse available training with the ability to pause and pick up where you left off! As an admin for an LMS, I do wish you could access admin functions through the app.
Ok
Ok
GoLearn Go download it…
It has a nice intuitive interface. All of the discover, coach and share assets display correctly and function properly. The courses look nice and everything loads quickly. The widgets look good and I receive phone notifications as well in app notifications. Overall a great add for our learners.
App is slow
App was working pretty well at first, but I guess the more you use it it stays on the home screen it doesn’t move it glitches have to continue to uninstall the app and reinstall it
Reliable learning app with strong ILT access
The Docebo app makes it easy to stay on top of training while away from your desk. Accessing and joining ILT sessions from mobile is smooth and straightforward—great for remote or hybrid teams. eLearning content loads well, and tracking progress is simple. Some desktop features (like customized pages) don’t always carry over perfectly, but overall the app is stable, intuitive, and keeps improving. It’s a solid companion to the full platform and gets the job done for most use cases.
App Crashes
It is an inconvenience having to log in each and every time I use the app. The app crashes once I have the content up and leave it for 5 seconds undisturbed. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app; same issue. Not a productive app when trying to study. Using iPad 6th Gen for reference. Works fine on phone, but screen is much too small.
We have used the App since day one!
We launched our Learning Management System with emphasize for our learners to use the mobile App and we haven’t look back since. Respecting the different generations and learning styles within our company, using the app has made learning diverse for all. We continuously maintain industry leading training results by implementing a mobile freely opening to our learners. We love Go.Learn and the branded app.
You’ll be more successful, writing your own app
This is one of the worst recommendations buy a reputable and certified company in the learning industry
Getting Better
Do Cibo is putting a big focus on improving this app and they are a company with a solid history of iterative improvements over time. Dysfunction is well to review basic courses in a Doche learning platform and provides a solid experience for our team members to use on the go. It's not perfect for sure, But a lot of the problems from older reviews are no longer relevant.
Unable to login
I want to access rubrik learning content What is the patform url for this
Excellent training app
I’ve used this app with my company for a good while. I’ve never experienced any issues with the app but it is unfortunate that others have problems. I’ve excelled being a salesman with the app and the training it provides. I encourage others to explore this and attempt to integrate it into their company if not already.
App hardly works
I have to constantly delete and redownload the app to get back into the system I use for work. It glitches, removes me from the system while I’m using it. Awful all around.
Convinient but needs tweaks
A great app for leaning on the go! Offline access is nice but is can me a bit unresponsive at times, looking forward to improvements.
Save Log in Details Please
It is so frustrating to have to completely type my email & password EVERYTIME I have to log in. Why can’t you have a save password button or use Face ID? I would even settle for just remembering my email address. So time consuming.
Great app for learning!
Really helpful to be able to move content offline onto my phone. Helpful to take training anywhere.
Wasted Time
Crashes soo much. Have to redownload each time.
A Solid Experience and Continuous Work in Progress
Significant improvements have been made to the UX for the Go.Learn app that have been encouraging. Look forward to seeing future developments!
Not able to login
