Trop de bugs
Je vous assure que les bugs sont décourageant. On est obligé d’essayer d’ouvrir plusieurs fois parfois sans résultat. Ça ne fonctionne pas, l’ancienne version était plus fluide

Depuis la nouvelle mis à jour c’est une vrai catastrophe dès que je veux me connecter sa me fait une page blanche, je doit attendre des heures ou le lendemain pour pouvoir accéder à l’application

I am writing to share my concerns and provide constructive feedback regarding the customer service and delivery processes of Chogan and Essence Tribe. There have been several instances in which product orders were not delivered within the expected timeframe. When customers seek assistance by submitting a support ticket through the application, as recommended, responses are often significantly delayed or not received at all. In some cases, replies arrive after one to two months and are routed through an upline, which can further slow down the resolution process. Essence Tribe also offers group platforms intended to provide support when direct assistance is not immediately available. While this is a positive initiative, these groups do not always function as intended. Participation is sometimes limited, as group administrators may restrict communication by allowing only selected individuals to remain active, which reduces the effectiveness of peer support. Chogan has strong potential as an international company, and improving direct and efficient communication with customer service would greatly enhance customer confidence. Timely, transparent, and accessible support is essential for maintaining trust, particularly given the company’s expanding global presence. Reliable customer service plays a key role in building long-term relationships. Delays in communication and unresolved delivery issues can unfortunately lead to frustration and financial loss for customers. Addressing these concerns would significantly improve overall customer satisfaction and strengthen the company’s reputation. I respectfully encourage Chogan to review its current customer service structure and delivery procedures and to consider implementing improvements that ensure faster response times and clearer communication channels. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I hope these concerns will be addressed constructively and lead to positive improvements.

Top Performance aber mit Luft nach oben
Liebes Entwickler Team die App funktioniert sonnige es sie soll, allerdings gibt es leider ab und zu Probleme als Beispiel die Seiten laden nicht oder sehr langsam Produkte landen nicht in den Warenkorb und die Seiten frieren ein. Bitte behebt diese Performance Probleme und macht weiter so bis zur Perfektion.

Bonjour ! L’application est bien mais elle ne s’ouvre qu’à la deuxième tentative (a la première on ne peut pas aller plus loin que la page d’accueil). Quand on constitue un panier, la petite poubelle rouge pour supprimer un article de son panier ne fonctionne pas. Alors pour un article isolé ce n’est pas trop gênant, on peut se servir du - … pour supprimer un bundle… bah vous n’avez plus qu’à supprimer votre panier entier et tout recommencer…

Es gibt immer wieder Probleme bei der App, seines bei der Bezahlung mit z.B. Apple Pay, Suche von Produkten, Formatierung. Außerdem wird da angemeldete Profil nach kurzer Zeit ausgeloggt. Schwierig, mit der App effizient zu arbeiten.

Bonne application cependant beaucoup de bug. Je dois à chaque fois quitter l’application et la relancée pour qu’elle fonctionne. De plus j’ai des pubs dans le bas c’est très gênant.

Ich hatte mich ursprünglich für Chogan entschieden, um mir ein weiteres Standbein aufzubauen, da ich im Bereich Gesundheit tätig bin und dachte, Parfüm und ähnliche Produkte könnten eine gute Ergänzung sein. Leider war meine Erfahrung mit Chogan enttäuschend. Die Versprechungen bezüglich der Produkte und der Handelsspanne klangen vielversprechend, aber in der Praxis war ich sehr enttäuscht. Besonders problematisch fand ich, dass Chogan Gesundheitsprodukte vertreibt, ohne klare Angaben zu den Inhaltsstoffen zu machen. Das passt für mich überhaupt nicht zusammen, vor allem, da ich großen Wert auf Transparenz und Qualität lege. Es ist nicht akzeptabel, solche Produkte zu verkaufen, ohne zu wissen, was genau darin steckt – und dann auch noch mit Marketingversprechen zu werben, die nicht gehalten werden. Es wird viel mit der „kein Druck“-Philosophie geworben, aber in Wirklichkeit muss man entweder selbst Produkte kaufen oder verkaufen, um den Status zu behalten und nicht gelöscht zu werden. Wenn man keine Verkäufe erzielt, muss man die Produkte trotzdem kaufen, um Punkte zu erreichen. Das empfand ich als äußerst belastend und nicht mit meinen Werten vereinbar. Zusätzlich hatte ich mit hohen Versandkosten und langen Lieferzeiten zu kämpfen. Der Mindestbestellwert und die Versandgebühren waren ebenfalls alles andere als kundenfreundlich. Was mich besonders störte, war, dass man erst dann passiv verdient, wenn man zwei eigene Partner ins Team geholt hat. Selbst wenn jemand unter einem erfolgreich ist, verdient man nichts, bis man selbst aktiv wird, was die ganze Struktur unfair macht. Die Qualität der Produkte führte bei meinen Kunden zu wenig Begeisterung, und einige Artikel wurden teurer, während die Inhaltsstoffe reduziert wurden – das fand ich unverschämt. Ein weiteres Problem war die schlechte Kommunikation. Nachdem ich mich eingeschrieben hatte, war mein Sponsor kaum noch erreichbar, und ich fand es merkwürdig, dass ich in einem Team von jemandem war, den ich nie persönlich kennengelernt habe. Das ist einfach nicht die Art von Geschäft, die ich mir vorgestellt habe. Letztlich hat die Zusammenarbeit mit Chogan nicht nur mein Geschäft behindert, sondern auch dazu geführt, dass ich wertvolle Kontakte verloren habe und mein Image darunter litt. Ich kann diese Partnerschaft nicht empfehlen und würde anderen raten, sich gut zu überlegen, bevor sie sich für eine Zusammenarbeit entscheiden.

Mais bug au niveau du bouton de connexion. Impossible de se connecter malgré mes nombreux essais et plusieurs personnes ont le cas. C’est assez embêtant. Sinon l’interface est agréable.
