Worse weather app
Idk who they have working for them but they will say it’s cloudy and it’s snowing 3 inches out of no where it’s never accurate anymore it’s ridiculous I depend on the weather in the morning before I leave and it hardly ever matches. It was snowing hard one time and when I looked at the radar there wasn’t anything so I was very confused
Visibility!
While the CO background is pretty, and blurred, it is still difficult to read the weather information pages. Could the font be made bolder, larger or the background muted in color? It is difficult to read!
Horrible Choice for Notification sound
For some reason they have a person speaking as the sound of their notification. It scares the daylights out of my family, which means I have to turn notifications off. Which means the app serves very little purpose for me of I can’t get severe weather warnings. I don’t know who thought that was a good idea, but I’ve switched to another app because of it. To be clear, I WANT the notifications, but not someone talking! Also, I think it’s the voice of a meteorologist that doesn’t even work there any longer. lol

It’s great when it’s working, but does not open daily as I’d hoped. Needs tweaked!

I know Mr. Bryon Bloodsaw I know I can trust what he says and have worked with him for over 25 years. Bryon was raised in that same way. He grew up on a ranch so he knows how important having the right weather means the difference of life and your livelihood!!!! Because Bryon knows how important the correct weather is to his family and community not only is he truthful but he studies the weather and how it acts. Therefor you can depend on his tells you about it but he makes sure the people who work with and for him work very hard to learn how to understand what they are working with!! They also work just as hard to bring what they’ve learned to the people who depend on their forecast to us in a way that we can understand, and have faith in their forecasts!! Unreliable. Generic.
This app used to be my go-to for forecasts, but the latest iterations have been wildly inaccurate. Not sure why that is, but it says something when the app’s forecast doesn’t match what they’re saying on the TV broadcasts. The only useful aspect of this app for me is the radar.
Good App; could be better
I enjoy using this app; however it is hard to read. I would change the background, so that it brings out the info in the foreground. Solid color would work.
Was impressed at first
But the more I use, less I trust. Seems like rain is always 15%. As in 15% = 0% which isn’t helpful. Defaulting back to WeatherBug
Irritating
Ads are obnoxious and in wrong place. Color backgrounds are to busy and hard to read.
Not as good as it used to be
I used this app for a year and now the past 2 weeks it's giving me crazy readings for our area. Even deleted and downloaded twice and the same thing. No more KKTV Weather
Sad
A disorganized, dysfunctional, AD riddled attempt to hyper-monetize a public service. I get it. You’ve got to make money. But, this is sad. I am deleting the app and will find my weather and traffic elsewhere.
Too many ads and no add-free option
I wish they offered an add-free paid option of the app. The forecast is pretty accurate though.
Videos rarely play
The ads always play, but the forecasts don’t most the time.

Please please please get rid of the voice or give an option to opt out but still get notified. Super annoying!
Videos Time out and close app
I hope they get it resolved but the app has trouble playing videos. It acts like it’s loading but then closes the app. I get good weather updates from the KKTV new app though so I’m not too worried about it. Ads come with free apps so I have no complaints there.

Most annoying and spams with everything but weather and difficult to get rid of.
15 sec ad for a 1 min update?!?
It is completely ridiculous that I am forced to watch a 15 second, irrelevant ad just to get to your one-minute update! Prior to that I did use this app. Now I hardly ever use it. I can get to a weather web page faster and without some loud ad that I din’t care about. I will probably just delete your app since this hasn’t gone away.

Cluttered with too many adds
I was excited to try the app, but found too many adds showing up as you scroll through. Not what I like or need.
Started good, but ADs galore
This app, like many others has gone by the way of ADs. It started off good with a few unobtrusive ads in areas that would not interfere with content. However, this recent update is riddled with ADs! Good luck attempting to watch a “breaking weather” video; you’ll end up with an AD, front and center, and you’ll be lucky to see the weather video as the AD stays on screen. It either stalls and fails to load or stops altogether and you will never see the “breaking weather” video content. So, if you want a great weather app, check out the KRDO app... At least this station hasn’t sold out to this garbage! Goodbye KKTV, you had great apps (news and weather) until you polluted them with this crap.

Every morning first thing I check this app and I look at the hourly to make sure I’m going to have the right clothes for the day the right plans thank you so much☃️🌺
Super Annoying
When your pocket starts talking because this obnoxious app keeps notifying you of lighting. You start to miss the old dings. The voice is super irritating. Hope they remove the app from the App Store. The ratings just keep dropping. Now we all know why. KKTV use to be cool and not crush you with adds. Those days are over. Poof gone just like the app on my phone. It’s a shame we can’t give negative star ratings. This app break records.
