Ads ruined game,
I’ve had this game on my phone for years and years and loved this game so much, after this most recent update with all the ads popping up and never an ad with an X out option, I have to restart the game to get out of all the advertisements. This makes me not want to play anymore, it’s that frustrating! I got all the way to level 3468 before the game was ruined. I have spent so much time and money on this game. What a trash thing to do pushing ads all of sudden. Shame on you!
Very fun game!
I’ve been enjoying this game a lot, and i decided to play it again after some time. I mostly forgot how to get rid of the Moai somewhere in level 50, (where you start in scene 3). I’ve been having some trouble passing the level. Great game though! Would you mind telling me how to pass these levels with the Moai? Thanks!

Unnecessary game rebrand
I’ve been playing this game for over four years, and the previous match 3 pairs had the most perfect graphic aesthetic. However, this new version just look like a typical homescapes style game and lost all its original charm. I genuinely don’t understand the decision of shifting to a generic AI looking art style instead of continuing to expand the original world. Now the game no longer stands out among all the match 3 games. Ads are fine, I understand the game needs to make money, but I just can’t take this ugly new version and the gameplay that comes with it :/ Please don’t just shift to the new puzzle game and abandon updating the previous match 3 pairs section. I don’t want to say goodbye to my comfort game because of this extremely unnecessary update.

I’ve been playing this game for years and I hate they added ads. 😔

My family & I have loved this game for YEARS! Imagine our surprise when out of nowhere, there were unavoidable ads! It’s literally been my favorite game because it’s been ad free! Now, there are ads anytime you want to play the Anyone’s Tube, you have to watch a REALLY LONG ad first. I get that adding ads brings in revenue, so I understand why ads have been brought in. But, they should be 100% optional- not a mandatory part of game play. We should be able to play the game without any ads unless we opt to watch them. In addition, I completed all of the tasks that use stars ages ago- I would love for additional goals to be added so I can use the 900+ stars I now have! All in all, it’s an amazing 5 star game, but these issues are really affecting my enjoyment.

why would you kill the perfect game
believe me when i say that this game used to be perfect. no ads, wonderful story, beautiful graphics, and the most lovable bears in san francisco. the devs just killed grizzly, panpan, and ice bear. they just killed we bare bears match3 repairs. i can forgive them for introducing ads to increase revenue, but they completely reskinned the main game and stopped running events in the original version so older players get so tired of playing the old version with no support that they have to start from level one in the new version that looks indistinguishable from candy crush. my family has been playing this game for close to a decade, and i have introduced many people to it as a beautiful standard for mobile gaming. after the new update, i am left with grief for the memories made with this game and its significance to my family, and one giant question: why would you kill the perfect game?
Main screen is frozen
The main screen doesn’t show anything except the bears. It just stays frozen like that and I can’t play a new level at all. I tried deleting it and logging in again, but it only let me play for 1 round and it’ll be back at frozen main screen.
They added ads….the worst
I’ve been playing this game for YEARS and I noticed that they added ads. So annoying and unnecessary…the game also basically forces you to spend money to pass certain levels because it impossible to beat without power ups. So disappointing as I loved playing this game for a long time. 🙄
Bug
Have been playing years, today suddenly everything is frozen, I deleted the app and re-installed and played upto level 20 and it froze again, blank screen except background, what’s happening here?

used to be good, bad now
game used to be good, is now super buggy and half the buttons in each event doesn't work. Today, it set me back by a level for some reason so now i have to finish that level again. and there are ads everywhere.
loading issue
good game, i’m over level 600 of homescapes so i’m enjoying this besides one issue. i play this daily and EVERY time i load the game up it makes me re log into apple and also says i need an additional download for the game. every time i open it. it took me like 10 mins to actually be able to load into the game. then i play like 6 levels it tells me i can’t play anymore unless i do ANOTHER additional download? additional downloads every time i open the game plus while i’m playing the game seems excessive and is starting to become annoying. hope it gets fixed or i probably won’t play it anymore.
Why it doesn’t have Kakao connection?
The one in Korean has it but US version only has apple and google links.
Can’t login with Facebook
I was have a score at level 2000+, few weeks ago, I found out I can’t login with Facebook and all my history was gone! Even I wrote the feedback with email, still can’t get any answer for this problem

My son loves this game but today he was not able to log in through Facebook. According to Facebook the “app not active” and that the developer is aware of the issue. My son’s level is 950+ and he’s worried all his hard work will be gone. Please fix the issue. Thank you in advance.

There are too many bugs
When I played the 7599 level yesterday, it was hard to pass. I also used 1000 banknotes to add 5 steps. As a result, I didn't pass the 7600 level and returned to the 7599 level, and the banknotes were not returned to me. Today, the software was updated and it was still the same.
Been Playing for Years (Glitch or Bug When You Reach the “End” Stages?)
A few bugs sometimes but for the most part it’s a great game. I’ve been playing for a couple years, really got into it during 2020 when everything was shutting down, and I’ve been playing it almost daily since. I’ve made it to the “end” so sometimes I have to wait for an update for new levels to be added. Only strange things that has happened is I know there are levels available for me (others on my Team are farther along, I can see what number level they’re on so there are more, or I’ll usually be stuck on a level for a bit, so I know there’s at least that one.) I’ll open the game, get the free daily 30-min of Craboo (or after a Burrito Challenge for Teams, get the 1-hour of Craboo) and suddenly the levels are “closed” and says I’ve “Cleared this Stage” and I need to “Wait for an Update”. That has happened 4 times with the 1-hour Craboo and 2 times with the 30-min Craboo lately... A little bummed when the 1-hour Craboos get wasted when I know I had levels available the day before… but other than that I still love the game. Not sure if it’s a glitch or bug? But it’s continued to happen :o\
Way too difficult to win!
The game has great graphics. It was becoming my favorite match 3 game. Its very unique, fun and entertaining, until you are in the 300s levels. After that you will extremely rarely win a round. Might as well delete the game once you reach level 300 or around that level. They make it so difficult that it kinda forces you to spend real money to be able to continue. When developers make their games this way, thats when i delete them. You should not feel forced to pay to win. I understand you have to make your money but you can try giving optional ads like, when you lose, you can watch ads for extra lives or moves. You will make money from ads, and everybody wins. I spend some money on this game but i noticed how it continuously got more and more difficult. Its not worth it to spend money on match 3 games because you are pretty much only paying to move up to the next round. If the next round is just as hard or more difficult, guess what? You have to pay again. Not worth it. Its not like you’re buying something you get to keep like skins or weapons like in other games. Anyways, this could’ve been the best match 3 game out there but greediness ruined it for me. Uninstalling now!

Whatever they did in the newest update, please revert it back. Played for years and with the newest update, I’m back to the very beginning.
Blurred picture problem
The three bears are very cute, and I also like the game style very much. But as soon as I play in the place where the pond is decorated, the picture will become blurred, and when I change the decoration, I will find that only the background is like this. I tried to redownload, cancel the account and other methods, but it didn't work. I scored once before, but I didn't find it in the scoring area. Maybe I can't see the rating in China? Good game BUT
Don’t get me wrong it’s a good game with an enjoyable side storyline, although I haven’t got to the supposed super grinding stages yet because the app crashes more times than Panda’s relationships. About every 5-10 minutes the crashes which is really annoying. And prevents any decent involvement with the game.

Non stop video ads for other games
All of a sudden, you can’t get to any game play. Every function you touch in WeBareBears activates a video ad for another game. There’s no way to close or skip the ad. This app is now just one giant video ad for other games.

I have played this game for a long time and really like it,but since the latest update the game won’t load and get stuck at 10/19
Impossible To Beat Levels!
I played this game many years ago and stopped at level 141 because it was impossible to move forward without using all of your power ups or spending money. So I deleted it. Here it is several years later and I decided to download it again hoping the developers had some sympathy for their players. I’m still stuck on the same level and it’s actually worse than it was before. I’m a master match three player. If I can’t pass a level then there is something seriously wrong. Remember developers, your players make or break you.
