Great Investment tool
This is a great app to help people invest in diversified options. Easy set up and user friendly... recommend this to anyone just wanting to start small with minimal outlay
App has been abandoned
Don’t download, app has been abandoned - should really be taken off the App Store.
Login Error has been fixed
I had the same loop error with not being able to access my account, just emailed support and a “reset” fixed it
Can’t get past the set-up
When I was first setting, I had to change my password (I’ve had an account before but was never able to get into it) and the same thing happened this time too, except my password was wrong…so I changed it…and it still said “oops something went wrong”. I then created a whole new account with my second email and the same thing happened but except this time it said “oops something went wrong” when I was putting my birth date in the app. For some reason it won’t let me past the sign up part where you out in your birth date, I’m 22 years old so there shouldn’t be any issues there at all. I don’t understand why anytime I try to use Douugh, it seems to be near impossible to get past the first stage which is literally just signing up… First my original account never let me log in, so I changed the password and it didn’t help. So I created a second account and I wasn’t able to s finish signing up because..well I’m not sure..? I’ve never had luck with this app. And I honestly don’t think I’ll be returning to try again.

You download the app you put your mobile number in and then it says opp something wrong go back ... there's no support section nothing like it doesn't work
Needs wallet funding via payID
I want to start investing but having to link my bank account is a barrier.
International Passport support
Could you please provide a timeline for when International Passport as an ID will be supported, or alternative means to provide said ID (including other government issued IDs for those who don’t have an Australian drivers licence or passport). Can’t wait to give Douugh a go though!

Impressive App
Extremely impressive and perfect for new investors or investors that just want less stress when investing. I’d love to see spending tracking integration with banks so I don’t have to manually track my spending. Great start though. Onwards and upwards!

Amazing idea, more people to invest
This is one of those companies like what happened with Amazon, PayPal and internet before, there was 100 of them and only 2-5 survived the market. Hoping it survives as it is nice and easy to use using some great ideas to maximise your portfolio. It will either be here for a long time or die out in the next 5 years

You can’t log in, you can’t reset ya password this app is not good. Don’t bother with it.

Simple interface which makes navigating stocks easy. Solid portfolios. Will only get better as it evolves
Login error
Like others have mentioned, having trouble creating an account -telling me I already have an account. Use same email and reset password and keep getting error message
Looks good and is just what I wanted
The app looks good, works well and has some helpful advice on it. I can’t wait for more investment options like, Australian shares/ crypto, they should be along soon I’ve been told. It’s a good start and a thumbs up from me👍
Poor execution on a app run company
So many errors with this app constantly failing and always having to reset when everything only runs through ur app you would think u would at least try to have it work for everyone

Amazing app and easy to use
FREEZES WHEN SUBMITTING IDENTIFICATION
CANNOT LOG IN. App completely freezes every time I try to submit all my personal information. I can’t go any further then that.
Have been waiting for an app like this
Finally something that has been thought out
NOT taking new subscribers
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. They collect your data and scan your bank statements but do not tell you they are not taking new customers. Apple needs to remove due to misleading conduct and I have advised them of same today.
