Good… Until it’s not.
I’ve used this since August of 2024 and it’s worked great. I love seeing the progress chart, etc. However, for the past month, it’s not been accurate. I’ve changed the batteries, I’ve recalibrated it, nothing helps. For example: 3/14: Lost 7.4 lbs 3/16: Lost 6.2 lbs 3/20: Gained 7.6 lbs 3/23: Gained 4.6 lbs 3/26: Lost 7 lbs 3/30: Gained 11.2 lbs These amounts within these time frames are impossible and there is no way to contact anyone for support. Very disappointing since it did work great when I first got it.

Idk why they are so worried about reviews they need to interrupt me to force me to give one. I have to use this app to talk to my Anko scales. It's fine I guess but I deducted a star for user hostile interruption

New tool to help me in my weight loss journey
Nice scale , price is good. Hopefully all information provided is correct. At night time, I have observed, the display screen flickers for sometimes. I checked to make sure there is no vibration on floor - Few times every night. Is the scale trying to communicate with aliens? Is it faulty ?

I find the is a great way to track your weight and get useful data. Also the scale is great quality and a low price compared the the Weight Waychwrs scale I used to have previously.

The authentication never arrived so they are just glorified digital scale

April 2026 calendar incorrect
Been using app for a few months and works well but noticed today that April 2026 has Sunday and Monday as the 5th April. So now not syncing correctly.

I can’t connect my smart scale to the app after switching from iPhone 12 to iPhone 17
The app can’t connect to my Webber IF2825A smart scale after switching to a new iPhone 17 (iOS 26.0.1). Everything worked perfectly on my previous phone, but now I always get the “Connection error” message when trying to add the device. I’ve reinstalled the app, reset the scale, reset Bluetooth settings, and checked all permissions — nothing helps.

Very Interesting Results
Been using this app with my partner and his son - and it picks up the weight from the scales wirelessly to all devices so each of us and hold the other accountable. Great app. Only improvement needed is navigation - sometimes we end up on screens that the others don’t know how to get to.
Inconsistency of measurements and graphs
The application is great, but after a few days I noticed that the displayed measurement results do not match the data on the charts. For example, parameter “Visceral Fat Index”, when measured during the week, always shows 1, even though it has value 3-4 on the charts. The same applies to, among others: Body Age, Protein etc.
