以前的游戏数据一直提取失败
一直很喜欢玩这个游戏，玩了有很久了。因为刷机又重新下回这个游戏软件，明明数据都保存下来了，再次恢复数据却发现失败了，管理游戏数据一直显示失败连接到服务器，我玩到盖了很多层楼却恢复不过来，请问该怎么解决？？？
Game Malfunction?
Within the last 6 weeks the game has changed, I still earn blue stars but I am unable to actually use them. The spin the wheel part of the game has disappeared which is super annoying. Please fix this.

I love this game but I wish I can pay a small fee to remove these ads.
Love this game but…
I love this game and I a have been playing it for awhile now. I redownloaded it on my new device and anytime I try to login to save my data, it comes up with an error. It says server error. Please fix this so I can have all my data restored. It has an error whether I am logging in with Facebook or apple.
Too many ads… no premium option
Sticky hands as a dev creates great games around solitaire card games… but many of their titles ALL lack the ability to rid the ads away. I would be happy to pay a premium to get rid of the banners across the game board. And a yearly donation of my choosing for the rest… mobile games aren’t trustworthy for kids anymore. It’s quite sad when ads is the only option for impressionable kids. 🥀

Fantastic game
This is my favorite solitaire game I’ve ever played, the graphics are cute, and it’s very customizable which is nice.
Wonderful game, horrifically aggressive ads
It’s such a shame... The core game is an absolute delight. It’s well made, beautifully designed, and incredibly fun. You can tell the devs put a lot of love and care into it, but it’s all for nothing when gigantic trashy ads take over your screen and lock you out of doing anything else. It’s nonstop, and it’s an awful, awful experience. If this game sold a turn-off-ads feature for like $20-$30, I would buy it in a heartbeat. Until then, I’ve stopped playing entirely, checking back in occasionally while hoping that one day this game will stop being a pleasantly scented dumpster fire and instead become the heartwarming pastime staple that it deserves to be. Whenever I see the Sticky Hands logo now, I sigh, lament for what could have been, and move on to find less abusive games.
Great solitaire game
I enjoy this game. It’s a fun twist. I’d played it a ton, got a bunch of restaurants. I took it off my phone at some point so I have to start over and I am happy to do so. However the ad situation and the purchase situation is sketchy. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I tried to spend a buck to get rid of ads and it won’t let me. It’s a bummer because I think that offer is only for a day. But I still recommend!
Cute game, but…
This game is super cute and fun! Unfortunately, it makes my phone get ridiculously hot just after a little while. It’s very disappointing. I have an iPhone 11, so there’s really no reason for the app to be making my phone run so hard. Sometimes the app will cause my phone to glitch because of the strain :(
The game is fun overall
I really wanted to write a good review, but about 2/3rds of the time I get this sound loop of a girl crying “help” and then crying for about 10 seconds. The loop just keeps going over and over. Nothing I can click on changes the situation but muting the whole phone. Not a good look…
Solitaire Ads for Solitaire
Best app I have downloaded. So cute! Only weird thing is ALL of the ads are for other solitaire apps. All ads are dumb. Thanks for the cool game!
It’s ok...
The number one issue I have is the shuffle cards in your deck with the remaining cards. I’ve had this feature do absolutely nothing 10+ times in a row. Or it cycles through a few cards over and over and over. Very annoying. Also the amount of ads is intolerable. I do not recommend this game. Could be fun otherwise.
Cute game but too easy
Overall, cute game with great animation. You could remove ads by paying the smallest amount (0.99) but I found the game to be too easy, every game is finishable within two rounds of deck and a bit more challenging mode would be appreciated
Not working since update
Since the update two days ago, the app won’t open—it just freezes on the “Sticky Hands” screen. Please fix!
Pretty good pre-update
5/5 for the pre update version of the game. It's cute, it's simple, it's casual, and the new update brought a lot of neat features to help you unlock new restaurants faster. The only thing I don't like, and why it's now 3/5 for me, is they nerfed the amount of stars you get from the restaurants. Before it would take a few weeks of casual on/off play to get a few thousand to purchase the next deck on my list. Now I'm getting about 60 stars for all of my unlocked restaurants and it's going to take me waaaaaaaaaay too long to get the 7k needed to buy the last deck. :^) I know I don't need it, but working to collect all the decks was a big reason why I played the game.
Love it
I love that it’s a well made free game. What I love the most is that the ads are not intrusive at all. And when they do pop up, they’re short. I love that. Great game to pass the time.

Please add new decks!
There hasn’t been any new decks in 4 years, please add new content! Otherwise, very fun but without new updates, there’s not much to gain once you get everything.
Game was a 4/5 pre update but no longer
The amount of stars gained passively was nerfed to about 30% of what it was and the introduction of blue stars is unnecessary and really doesn’t make sense. The game was fine before.
Nice alternative to straight solitaire

Fail?
So I downloaded the game, and as I opened it after download, I believe it came out in German ?? Bearing in mind I do not speak German, never have and don’t have such a keyboard on my phone either so that is not an explanation, and there was no option in the beginning to choose language either. I’m not sure whether that’s a download fail or?? Otherwise I know the game is good as I have downloaded it on another device with no issues.
best themed solitaire game
recently i’ve gotten rlly into solitaire and trying out different games and this is by far my favorite of the themed types. it’s visually appealing, fun, and incentivizes you to play by upgrading menus and getting new card decks
PLEASE CHANGE BLACK LABEL DECK
I am really loving this game, but I was SO disappointed when I saved up all my stars to buy the Black Label deck, only to realise how TERRIBLY DIFFICULT it is to play with. The cards are so difficult to read and it is not pleasant to look at. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE change the look of them and I will change my review back to 5 stars!

Crashing
The game keeps crashing before I’m able to finish a level. It’s up to date but this is ridiculous.
Tedious
The game is getting slightly tedious now. I’m on the 7th restaurant and it’s literally going up by 1% and 2% per game I win. I understand solitaire is repetitive but theres starting to become no reason to play. I think the percentage of the menus need to rise faster to have the sense of progressing.
One of my favorite solitaire apps!
The graphics are super cute and the animations and progression aren’t overwhelming. Mid-game a little bear guy shows up that you can click on for power ups for ads and where other apps make their “watch ads for stuff!” animations obnoxious and annoying, I kinda find the bear cute and super chill even when I don’t feel like watching ads. The gameplay is super relaxing and low stress for me. I can literally play for hours!
Lots of problems with ads
The game is fun, but they make you watch more ads than the game is worth. Also the ads play sound even if you’ve restricted the app from playing sounds, and the biggest problem with the ads is they seem to override your phone from going into sleep mode after the ad is finished (I’d say that infringes on privacy) Also many ads don’t close with the close tab trying to force you to click their link

good for solitaire.
the actual mechanics of playing solitaire in this game are great! very polished and very fun. the 'combo cards' give a good incentive for playing faster, which i've never cared about in solitaire. but the actual gimmick of the game, building the restaurants, is boring and pointless. you use the points you earn playing solitaire to fill up a progress wheel, which unlocks icons of food. once you get all 5 icons for a restaurant, it gives you a few stars every hour. it doesn't feel like a reward at all, since you get more stars just playing solitaire and doing the combos. it feels like there's no point to progressing. i think you could just remove the top half of the screen, have no restaurant tower at all, and the game wouldn't be hurt at all. it would probably actually be improved. the power-ups are also way overpriced. (actually everything in the store is overpriced! it's $5 to turn off ads. sorry but this is definitely not a $5 game.)
Fun twist on solitaire but annoying music
This is a fun way to play solitaire whilst building restaurants and developing menu and the normal music is very relaxing and calming but the music when the bear with balloons comes into the picture is SO ANNOYING!!! Please change this music and this game is a very good time passing relaxing game when you have a spare few minutes

Great game, a lot of fun! Ads aren’t too bad, they pop up pretty much after every other game and when you exit out of menus. The mandatory ads that don’t let you skip are a pain though.

The reason why this 5 star game isn’t.. (Have a seat,I have a lot to say) (◡‿◡✿) My rating will not change unless the developers change the following... Unlike the farming card game you guys have, this one as well as the city builder don’t have quests! It gets so boring without them! PLEASE ADD QUESTS AND MORE CARDS AS REWARDS! The next issue is where I get upset! I do not like coming into the game everyday to collect my bonuses and the “Lucky card” bonus doesn’t show up!Since you don’t have quests,this is what I look forward too when coming into the game. WHY in the world does it show up randomly. One day it’s there, the next 4 it’s not, and the next day after that it’s still not there! Lucky card should be there every single day for you to try after receiving the daily bonuses. I get my bonuses everyday at the same time, it should be there if the rest of the bonuses are there right? Please fix this! PLEASE! I’ve bought a few cards from the Wizard of Oz & Alice & Wonderland, as well as a few packages for stars. I don’t like being ripped off! You want to charge $20 for 500 stars but cards cost a lot more than that as well as other things. You have updates that take foreverrrrrr! Why? When you have people watching videos for extra coins, people paying for cards and extras like I do, updates shouldn’t be that far apart, you’re getting the funds to update more. Where is the money going? I don’t appreciate the comments the little people have to say when you tap on them to get more coins. Why in the world do you have them saying the things they say? I wouldn’t age to tap them if there weren’t a reason too. The very 1st restaurant, the “customers” walk sooooo slooowwwww, But the other customers walking thru the other restaurants walk normal or fast. Lastly, Why do you think it’s okay to give us 1 (ONE) chance at getting the 3 stars for each restaurant? You’re making us play memory with 16+ cards and if we get 1 wrong, regardless of how many times you got the right cards, our turn is over?! Unless you’re one of those people that have a photograph memory, you’re not going to make all the matches in a row. Give us a few chances each time we try to get a star for each restaurant. Having a 1, 2 or 3 star restaurant is required to obtain certain cards. If we don’t get it right, give us another chance, not everyone has the memory of a genius! Like myself! I had to use up all my hints just to get through it 1 time bc you give us 1 stinking chance! This needs to be changed! You also are suppose to let us try the 1st time for each restaurant for free, however after completing several restaurants, I go to try for a star and I have to pay 300 to 500 stars? For 1 try? And if y’all don’t already know, 500 stars will cost you about $20. AGAIN, REMEMBER, IF YOU GET 1, ONE, match wrong, you lose! You lose all those stars, because you touched the wrong part of a card which was not the right match. This is absurd! Why would anyone let this happen in their game? Haven’t you heard of the phrase 3 strikes and you’re out? Not ONE, esp for 500 stars. Please fix this! What I do love about this game is, Most Every hand, you CAN WIN! I am NOT a card person but I’ve won 98% of the games I’ve played. You don’t have to spend money to win, unless you’re like me and have zero patience! Unlike other Solitaire adventure games, this one does NOT add those crazy challenges like freezing certain cards, or putting a chain on a card and make you use the card twice to get thru the deck. It also doesn’t charge you 5 or 10 coins each time you have to go through the deck in 1 game, like they do in their other game. This is a nice, non stressful solitaire game, that once you acquire enough coins, you build a restaurant. Once the restaurant is built, you’ll acquire coins to buy a menu item. Each restaurant has 5 menus items. Once you’ve completed the 5th menus item, the next restaurant will open. You can tap on all the customers and they’ll give you a few coins and a smartass comment 90% of the time. If you bought cards with real money, you’ll unlock characters that’ll give you more coins than the normal customers. I bought Wizard of Oz and now Dorthy, Lion and The Tin man will make an appearance and will give you 100 stars if you tap on them. What I don’t like is, once you tap the board to play a game, you can’t get any stars from the customers. Only when you’re not in a round of solitaire? Why? If I see one of the big star givers, I want to be able to tap them even if I’m in a round at that moment! So this 5 star game, in my opinion is a 3.5 star game until all the above is addressed and fixed promptly. Hopefully you won’t make us wait another 3 months for an update. I do wish we had more card games like this one and Sticky Hands farming card game. I love playing these 2 games. Once they fix the lucky card bonus game, and add quests to this game, Solitaire Cooking, I’ll change my rating from 3.5 to 5 stars. I want to point out too for all of you that complain that a developer took money out of your account, or won’t give you a refund. Too long to get anywhere
I love solitaire. And I love tower games. I thought this would be a brilliant mashup of the two, but the amount of games you have to play to unlock a new food is ridiculous, I’d expect a whole new restaurant level for that many!!! I’m only on restaurant 2, but each game of solitaire is only raising my level by around 2%, meaning that I have to play 50 games for a new menu item, 250 for a whole new restaurant level! Just feels like you’re grinding for no reward. Solitaire isn’t THAT fun a game that you’d want to play it 250 times just to gain a level!!!

Should be updated better asap
1. Too much ad. Sometimes 2 15minutes ad pops up within 5 secs even if you are not playing. And even it doesn't count on achievement. 2. It takes toooo long to build up. I'm on first floor and spending time on opening third menu and seems like I'll have to play a game 100 times. Only for one menu!!!!! So you can tell how it will take to get next level from second floor. Gets me fed up playing. It's just a solitaire. There isn't other game. 3. Most of deck design looks not easy to read. J or 7 looks very same on some deck. Too small letters. Especially flower deck. And not everybody plays game on the big screen iPad. Some people still have got 4s or 5s. 4. Nothing different or to gain after you open menu. There should be something new visual to get motivated like a more customers or more coin from what we just sold. 5. Reward is so cheap I've got to tell you.

I really enjoy this game and wish I could give it 5 stars, but it is insanely draining on my battery life. It limits how often I can play as I’m worried about my phone dying suddenly
