Difficult to navigate
I am pretty capable of using technology, but this app is difficult to navigate and use. The categories don’t make sense and the add to wallet function does not work.
Outrageous fees
I just paid my HOA fee for the first on this App. I was quite shocked and irritated to see that there was a $15 platform fee included in the charge! That fee was for using a credit card payment method, however there is also a fee for using a checking account. OUTRAGEOUS!

Won’t open
I have set up an account and tried to sign in. It won’t do anything. I have tried changing password with one sent to me. Still won’t open! How do I get it to actually open up to use?

Difficult to Navigate
The app is difficult to navigate due to lack of pull down buttons that actually match the information the user needs. I believe that it needs to be redesigned and updated by using actual users to beta test.
Awesome customer service!
I recently bought a new build and have been in contact with Jessica Kirk at AAM All Access. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I am all set up and have everything that I need to get started in our new community! Her communication has been fabulous and I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience as sometimes getting set up in a new home can be difficult!
AAM app sucks!
This is one of the most archaic and hard to navigate apps I have seen.
Atleast 15 -20 year old design :(
I find it’s very difficult to use, I had no clue how to cancel and add a new direct debit. The fonts are in such a way that it’s easy to miss than understand. High time they invest something to upgrade it.
Web site freezes
The website freezes while making a payment. Also difficult to edit sections such as bank info.

This app and hoa add ton of fees making the price for the actual bill 20-40$ extra
Underwhelming
The system is as basic as it gets, and payment options/arrangements for autopay are far from clear- both on the monthly app and website. Two stars because if you spend enough time with it, technically is able to get the job done- but let’s face it: you download this APP if you have to.

Performance, customer service and other important variables are overlooked

Scam alert
What a scam! The fees to use this app are outrageous.
lousy software
If you login and click on a page, don't complete and come back later, it won't open the same page, it just loops! Logout and come back in, still looping!
Set up auto payment
The system is easy to understand and set up.
Payment failed in December now I have a late fee
I paid my dues with the app in December and it said payment success. Obviously the payment failed as I now have a $65 late fee. No email was sent indicating that I had not paid so I thought all was good
Platform fee outrageous and absurd
Charging such a large platform fee just to pay your bill should be illegal.
Paper statements
I have tried several times for paper statements that stopped coming since July 2025. Instead of any response I end up getting hit for a $25 late fee. The phone is always busy, the website is very difficult to navigate and no matter what I try and can’t get a statement. I have had HOA management before but this is the worst I have seen. I don’t expect a reply as I never can get in touch with anyone to help me. Oh I almost forgot to mention the pay online site wanted $9.99 to process my payment! Are you kidding me?
Negative review
I got kicked off the auto pay and now it won’t let me set it back up. Also the $2.95 fee is ridiculous
