Great updates
Loving the new layout and recent updates, the app feels cleaner, faster, and the added exercises are a huge win. Super excited about the Apple Watch integration too. One request: please make the Watch app stay open instead of closing every time my wrist turns. That small tweak would make workouts so much smoother.
Great app but buggy
Taken the time to enter all my workouts, but every time i got to view them the app just crashes, so total waste of time

Not bad
Been using it for a few weeks and have been enjoying it. However, the developer needs to add a zero to the exercise count down, also it would be best to add a feature that allows exercise plans to be in a folder. It can be very difficult to search out every exercise even after favoring them. Besides that I enjoy the communal exercise planning, pretty cool.
Could be better
Great app until the latest update. Lost all my favourites after update! Although exercises are well defined.

This is now my only go to app for workouts. Love the new improvements! I love the predefined workouts as well. Great to use as a comparison or if you’re just not sure what to put together with what. I wanted a full upper body day and yep, there’s one in there! Thanks again for a great app!

I have been using this app for years and loved it now I have swapped to an iPhone I can’t move all my data across and can’t login to my account ?? Makes no sense

Pretty useful and good
Fresh new layout
App new layout is great, however the new layout design lacks the ability to rename your workout, you have to switch back to original to rename it, but once you save it, you can switch back to new design , just a small quirk that can be fixed.
google ads
google ads cover up content at bottom of screen and I can’t input or make any of my own workouts or read the bottom of the screen
Simple Workout App
Love this app. It’s simple and to the point. The app is easy to use while working out. My only critique is to make adjusting the weight easier. Other than that this is my go to app when I plan and workout.
Problems either app
The app has started crashing on me and locking up while I’m working out!! How can I fix it? I don’t want to lose my history of workouts and my custom workouts.
New update is AMAZING!
Thanks for the new update, it is fantastic! One suggestion: can you make the calendar editable by start day of the week? My schedule is Sunday to Saturday. Having is start on Monday makes it look really funky to me and chops up my workout. Also, making the streak counter by your work out days, rather than consecutive days would be better. It resets every week on my rest day. I would rather know my streak of how long I have completed my specific work out.
App keeps crashing
Avoid I have downloaded and re-downloaded this app approx. 10 times now. The app crashes far too many times and I can’t use the app.
38 years weight training
I’ve tried 10-15 different trackers and so far I’m liking the simplicity of this one.
Notes
Exercises should have a place to add notes. For example which muscles are being targeted; biceps, triceps and so on.

App restore problems
I’ve had this app for about 2 years now I love it but the only problem is I’ve changed my phone twice I’ve backed up all my custom exercises and my stored workouts both times when I’ve tried to restore all my data including workout logs the app won’t restore it all so for this reason I’ll be deleting this and finding an app that I can log into and keep my data it’s a shame a simple feature like this has let down a really good app 😕

Good free gym app with a few things keeping from being a great free app
I like this app for organizing my workouts and tracking my gym days. The biggest issue I see with this app is you can’t change the order of your workout once started. There is an option to change the next exercise but it doesn’t seem to work. Something I would like to see would be to have the ability to record a 1rpe and then use a percentage in the setup. Something else nice would be a way to record your machine setup info(seat height etc). I have never found an app that does that.

Very good, but one (to me) big drawback!
This app is excellent for a free app but the one thing I can’t get past is while editing in the workouts window, is the fact that you can’t pull down the menu lower than dumbbell curls and select workouts above that. If there is a way round this I’d love to hear it. Would have given it 5 stars otherwise.

Have had a great experience with this up until the most recent update. My phone has been closing the app as soon as I try to open it. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this please let me know. When functional is the best app!

Hi I love this app but can you include option to add list of workouts what we need in separate with menu bar like the first menu with arms , shoulders and core etc in favourites as well not all in one place. So that we can add workouts what we like separately or we need to scroll down every workout daily...?
Error with rest timer
Rest timer does not play a sound at end of rest period when App is open. The App plays a sound about a minute after the rest timer has ended (which is unhelpful) There doesn’t appear to be an option for the App to prevent the screen from Auto locking after the Auto Lock time period selected in IOS settings has elapsed. There is no way of contacting the App developer other than this review function.
Perfect
Just what I was looking for, doesn’t have all the filler and junk that all the other workout apps seemed to have. Simple yet detailed, informative, intuitive, works well even if you stick with the free version (unlike the rest).
Brilliant app but one thing
This app has everything i need but it would be great if I could download all the content to my phone so I didn't need to be connected to wifi in order to use it
