Charged
I was charged multiple times when I tried to extend my parking time. I had no idea until I checked online.
Décalage paiement / durée trop long
Le décalage entre le temps effectif (si arrêt du stationnement avant échéance) et le paiement est trop long. Si je prends exemple sur PayByPhone (que j’utilise sur Nantes) le paiement du réellement dû est instantané. De plus je reçois le justificatif de paiement instantanément également. Là j’ai deux stationnements (2 jours différents) et je n’ai même pas les factures dans mon espace personnel (après plus de 48 heures concernant la premier). Peut-être des choses à améliorer.
Application á moderniser
Ergonomie inadaptée a un iphone SE Obligation de saisir une carte de credit -> ApplePay ? La selection du parking est geolocalise comment faire si pas a cote de la voiture pour selectionner le parking ?

Par rapport à paybyphone un gros manque de facilité d'utilisation.

Des améliorations à faire
Une fois qu’on a pu créer son compte et compris l’app ça peut aller! Mais c’est long… La fonctionnalité « me notifier avant la fin du stationnement » ne fonctionne pas , très pénible !!

Ho avuto modo di testare l’applicazione ed a mio giudizio andrebbe migliorata per quanto riguarda i servizi: primo non c’è possibilità di cancellare l’auto inserita ; secondo nonostante abbia optato per essere avvisato prima dello scadere della sosta , non ho ricevuto alcun avviso; terzo dovrebbe esserci la possibilità di stampare un tagliando per avvisare gli operatori addetti al servizio di controllo che stai usando l’applicazione in oggetto per la sosta; quarto a termine della sosta andrebbe inviata una mail con il riepilogo di quanto avvenuto, con data ed ora di inizio e fine sosta targa dell’auto e di quanto pagato.

This is the worst app I ever used. Had tried to extended the parking twice and came up as an error. But it actually had already charged my credit card twice. Also there is no English when you went into the sub options. Don’t use this app if you don’t know French.

UX à revoir…
Très pénible à utiliser. On est obliger de créer un compte et on doit fournir des informations inutiles. Il faut s’inspirer de la concurrence et faire beaucoup plus simple. Après 10 min de configuration, je termine par voir qu’on ne peut pas payer par twint ou Apple Pay !
Non proprio valida
Ho provato a contattare assistenza ma non riesco a parlare con nessuno, dal mio account non riesco ad eliminare una targa e non riesco ad aggiornare la mia carta di credito

Not a very good app. Whoever developed this app. Did very poor job. Not impressed at all.

Ne vous préviens pas à la fin du temps de stationnement, Ne vous propose pas de reprendre du temps de stationnement PLANTÉ lorsque vous n’êtes pas dans une zone de stationnement ( ex vous êtes à la plage donc vous devez retourner près d ‘une zone de stationnement)

Surprisingly easy to use
Utter rubbish
Terrible app. Doesn’t work. Literally stopped working. White screen when it opens and that’s it.
Not always clear
Great time saver but it’s not always clear how much you will be paying or how long you are allowed to to park. Some of this is local regulations of course but 8 hours will be 5 euros but add a half hour and it becomes 30 euros. So just use cautiously

Non si riesce a comprendere come estendere l’orario di PARKEGGI e non si comprende come mai rifiuta la carta di credito che è stata cambiata da 8 mesi..presto Park non funziona più.. da sola questa App ha deciso che la mia carta( perfettamente operativa per sette Mesi) non è più buona e ha deciso di non farmi PARKEGGI are online.. mah!!!

Non è graficamente utilizzabile come le app concorrenti. Ma la grave mancanza riguarda forme di pagamento più pratiche come Apple Pay, Google Pay e PayPal.
Awesome app
It helps saves time looking for the pay box when I’m in a hurry and even when I’m not in a rush it is so convenient. My phone I always have on me sometimes I forget my purse.
Never works
Can never get it working. Deletes payment options. Comes up with blank screen. Says connection error when logging in after it kicks you out.

If it wasn’t the only way to pay for parking in rotorua we defiantly wouldn’t be using it

Says transaction error but takes money
I needed to extend my parking and the app said there was a transaction error. I attempted three with the same error. Turns out the money was taken from my account all three attempts.

This app is great and monitors your car if you have paid using a machine but i cannot add a card for payments which is why i gave it a low rating
