The whole sleep algorithm is broken with the latest update
The watch worked perfectly till July 1, that update caused all the SWS numbers like Deep Sleep to cut in half, the update from last week, August 25, completely broke the watch, and now registers five minutes of deep sleep on an eight hour night. With an RHR of 50, and a sleeping heart rate of 45 to 48. It is scientifically impossible to only have five minutes of deep sleep, given the heart. They've completely broken the software, and this is a worthless watch. It was never 100% correct they never are, but it was relatively wrong consistently, which made it a good tool, now it's just junk. The update also deleted two years of prior sleep and exercise data. Hauwei need to get to work. I'm fixing this app. Trusleep function is just broken.

华为运动健康App刚开始还很好，升级到新版本后就废了，联系售后说是我苹果手机的问题！我隐约感觉到这是品牌方在互斗！拿着一个运动软件来刁难使用华为手环的未免太小儿科！app几乎一半功能不能用，一半功能不稳定，要不打不开，要不打开是白屏！我手机上唯一一个垃圾app。早知道就不买华为手环了！
Great app but missing some small important features
I love the app which works really well with Band 11. But there’s no smart alarm? Apparently this was in earlier bands but not this one? One of the main reasons I bought this watch was for sleep. Please include the smart alarm as a feature for this watch. It’s kind of dealbreaker for me.
Excellent Health App & Smartwatch Experience
Huawei Health works perfectly with Huawei smartwatches. The tracking accuracy, workout features, heart rate monitoring, and health data analysis are impressive. The app is stable, smooth, and easy to use. The Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro is truly one of the best smartwatches in its price range, and in my opinion it is almost unbeatable compared to other watches in this category. It offers excellent build quality, accurate health tracking, great battery life, and a premium user experience.

I have a problem
The Huawei app is working great on the android phone, however when I downloaded it on my iPhone many features are missing. Watch faces is one of these features, so I can’t control adding more wallpapers or selecting pictures from my phone. I hope you fix it in the next update soon, thanks.
No ECG or many features
I bought this because there were claims by tech reviewers that it could be an apple ultra watch killer but, it has no ECG in india, the stress measure device is no longer available, the music sync is terrible. In all there are watches that can do the same thing half the price as it has only basic features in india. Fry cry from other premium smart watches!

看到记录睡眠（梦话鼾声）功能点进去，以为只是记录梦话鼾声，结果没注意到还附带了默认7点唤醒的闹钟功能，第二天被吵醒，这里设计的问题很大，第一是用记录睡眠功能我没想设置一个闹钟，很容易注意不到，没有提醒，强制默认安排了一个，并不是所有人都需要闹钟，默认7点也太早了。第二是发现有唤醒功能后，不想用这个功能第一时间还关不了，反正我点进去这个唤醒功能后没看到有关闭，后来发现还有一个很小的设置按钮，要关闭作息计划才能关闭这个唤醒功能，设计者是多爱闹钟啊。这种强制安排一个额外功能还理所当然让我必须用的设计太影响体验了。

This app needs an update to install watch faces in order to change for custom faces and online software faces. This is a feature in the android app but not the iPhone App Store, please add soon. Other than that, I’ve had an amazing experience with my HUAWEI Band 10
Huawei clovers not working
Hi, Clovers previews are not showing and not visible in dashboard also for iOS. Settings properly done but not showing
Need dual phone connection
Please add support for connecting to two phones simultaneously… one plus watch lite has this function and it’s really useful for professionals and bussiness owners. Being a doctor I have to carry two phones and there are not many options for the dual connection

Невозможно указать питье воды
После обновления приложения в задачах невозможно выбрать потребление воды, нажимаю и окно со стаканом не открывается
Locked eco system
It’s not user friendly, things locked and no easy integrations with reputed apps or even Apple health. Like calories, nutrition etc can’t be fed from app like snap calories, can’t keep doing same thing for each app. Don’t design apps for yourself do it as per user’s requirements.

В целом, нормальное приложение. Разные интересные режимы, удобное отображение результатов. Из минусов – плохо синхронизируется погода, раньше нужно было включайте и выключать эту опцию, чтобы погода появилась. Теперь и это не помогает. И при вводе значений веса или проценты жира приходится ловить циферки на шкале при прокрутке

I have iphone 13 and i don’t know why but i am not getting any notifications in my band i have checked everything and also saw videos but still not receiving notifications in my band

Полнейший бред: я раньше не замечал, а сейчас это трудно не заметить: я проходил с телефоном и часами одинаковое расстояние, примерно 15т шагов: задолбало когда из этого он посчитал среднюю арифметическую 22т шагов, зачем? Я же всё время с часами, уберите эту тупую функцию, она бесполезная, да и человек в итоге может запутаться!

Не работает
Не подключается к часам. Скан кьюара ничего не дает, телефон часы не видит. С левыми приложухами таких проблем нет. Вроде АйТи гигант, а приложение не могете сделать нормально

The app is very good i recommend it strongly but make sure of one thing . The free wallpapers aren’t that good ( the good ones is paid) that the worst thing
HUAWEI band 8
Band 8 was working perfectly fine for last 2 years. With latest update the battery life has gone for toss and doesn’t even work for single day . Have tried reset and app clear but no luck

Нет графика расхода калорий
В подсчёте калорий нельзя посмотреть отчёт о расходе и наборе ккал за прошлую неделю месяц и т.д. Все настолько плохо что отчёт за текущую неделю отображается с понедельника. То есть если захочешь в понедельник посмотреть результат за неделю а сейчас понедельник то ты ничего кроме понедельника не увидишь

BP data not able to sync with Apple Health app
I got the D2 Watch and so far so good. Only issue is it does not allow syncing of Blood Pressure data to health app Update 7/9/25: looks like Apple Helth synx has been updated. Thanks One more think I notice in health glance report shows my weight wrong. i set it as imperial, and on my profile shows correctly as 187 lb, but in health glance report showing 412 lb Update Apr 2 2026, BP sync to health apps does not sync all the time. I have to open both apps and be in HUAWEI apps daily BP view first to sync it. Also it would be great if there’s is BP trend report to export
Band 9 issues
Im using band 9 from 2 days, cycling activity its not even to record at all, gps sync doesnt work, steps count far from real count.

My TruSleep stopped working May 30, 2026. I updated the firmware and software. It is enabled but not working.
Great device overall, especially the Huawei Watch Fit 3.
Great app! Feature suggestion: please add a simple in-app event reminder system (without relying only on calendar sync), where users can create custom events with a set time, and the watch shows them clearly with a large, visually appealing notification and smooth animation. This feature is very important to me—I currently use Amazfit mainly for this reason. If added, I would fully switch to Huawei. Thank you for your continuous innovation.
