In Love!
I’ve never written a review for an app before, but I’m absolutely in love with Class101, its app, and the services it provides. The subscription price for the amount of content you can access is amazing - as someone who is interested in many classes offered, this is a perfect fit for me. I am able to support some of my favorite creators while learning how to hone my skills in hobbies I already have - and make some new ones along the way! Another thing I should mention is how kind and hardworking the customer support services are. I had trouble only once or twice but the issues were resolved with compensation in a matter of hours. If you are thinking of getting this app, I can’t recommend it enough. And if you’re like me, wanting to take a hundred classes at once lol, I can’t recommend the yearly subscription enough, either! Thank you for the wonderful services provided. 💜

오래된 강의가 많아요
참 좋은데 오래된 강의는 업데이트좀 했으면 좋겟어요 세상이 빠르게 변하는데 ㅠ
분명 돈을 내고 보는 강의인데
볼만한건 또 돈을 내야하는 이 무슨 아이러니한 … 그럴꺼면 년으로 돈을 받지말고 무료강의로 풀던지 플랫폼 사용료는 사용료대로 받고 강의는 강의대로 받고.. 그럴꺼면 그냥 보고싶은 강의 돈내고 보는게 낫죠.. 그리고 강의도 좀 업데이트도 좀 해야할듯싶네요 예전꺼 그대로 있고 26년도 다 지나가는데 강의내용은 무슨 18년도 19년도에 찍은거 그대로면… 기하급수적으로 변화하는시대에 너무 뒤쳐지는거 같네요
수업은 좋은데 영상오류가 많아요
재생바 마음껏 움직이는것도 버벅되고요 두번씩 들으려면 다시 나갔다 들어와야 되고요 듣던 수업 누르면 전에 들었던 수업 영상 시간이 뜨고 무엇보다 다시 듣고 싶은부분 재생바 누르면 그냥 버벅이다 멈춥니다. 강의 내용은 좋은데 영상 기본 재생이 엉망이라 수업듣다가 스트레스 받습니다. 클래스 101 좋아하는데요 기본서비스에 충실해주세요. 강의 영상 재생 좀 오류 안나게 잘 만들어주세요.
Great app
Very informative and smooth app. Easy to use with great content
Only yearly option +$150 usd
Not sure where the monthly in app options are for $19 but I certainly would not pay $150 in app for something without even a 3-7 day trial. Perhaps I can do this on the website and if so what is the point of this app? Deleting and trying other learning platforms.
Needs Translation …
I love this app it’s amazing and I love that we get to access more classes on the app version but, we need more languages for the app translation.
Can’t make an Account
When making an account with Apple via insta’s web. It didn’t work, even tried the app for google and same with only emails. Tried said it has it but couldn’t sign in
강의 날짜 제대로 명시해주세요.
Ai관련 수업은 강의가 언제 올라왔는지 날짜가 잘 명시가 됐으면 좋겠습니다. Ai같은 경우는 업데이트가 빈번해요. 미드저니 같은 경우 이전에는 디스코드 통해서 들어갔다면 이제는 웹사이트 통해서 가능하구요.. 그러면 소비자 입장에서는 적어도 AI관련해서는 최신에 올라온 수업을 듣고싶습니다 하지만 그 정보가 보이지 않아 몇십만원을 내고, 옛날수업을 구매하고 말았습니다. 이미 돈을 내버린거 어쩔수없다지만, 몇십만원이 적은 돈도 아니고 생각할수록 이건 미리 제공되었어야할 정보였다는 생각이 계속 듭니다.

Won’t Let You Do a Monthly Subscription
The app and website constantly redirect you to their annual subscription when you attempt to look at the subscriptions. That’s asking for a lot for individuals who have never been able to use Class101 or cannot afford a yearly subscription. There is not even a free trial. It’s a big commitment if you can’t even search all the classes offered. I attempted to reach out to Customer Service but no reply yet.
Missing translations
I hope the app implements more languages to be more user-friendly to international consumers. i don’t understand korean :(
I wish there’s an option for Monthly Subscription
Some people don’t need a yearly subscription. I hope you will make it affordable by offering monthly memberships.

I love this app that allows me to continue learning wherever I am. Class101 has been one of my growth resources where I’ve been able to learn something I wanted everyday, such as digital drawing, fitness, music, language, baking… you name it. Videos not working/ 영상이 안 보여요
Subscribed for a yearly plan but most of the videos show error and it is not working. Tried to reach customer service but nothing has been fixed either. 연간구독했는데 영상 오류가 너무 자주 일어나요. 문제가 있어서 연락 드리면 답변은 빨라서 감사하지만 고쳐지는게 없어서 답답합니다
Good! But..
The app is great and usually works pretty well. It is in Korean, but there are English subtitles available once you get to the lessons. I know enough to get me there. Recently, the videos on the app don’t show up at all and I can’t do anything to fix it- hopefully this gets fixed soon! Otherwise, just use the site on your browser
I finally gave the yearly subscription a shot
Honestly, im a bit disappointed. The majority of the classes that I was excited to take don’t have English translations. The auto translations are very bad and make it practically impossible to follow a course. There are definitely some good courses in English, but I also found a lot of courses that were poorly made. The best courses for what I’m trying to study (digital art) are the ones in Japanese- and I can’t watch any of them because the captions are translated to English gibberish. Class101 should hire translators for their courses if they are going to charge $200+ a year for a subscription.
Need Help: Chinese Phone Number Can’t Get Verification Code to Register
Unfortunately, I used a Chinese mobile phone number to register an account but haven't been able to receive the verification code, nor can I get in touch with customer service. As a result, I can't complete the registration. I really want to register successfully because there are courses on the platform that I'm eager to take, and I hope the developers can fix this issue.

시대가 바뀌어서 미국에 살면서도 이렇게 온라인으로 클래스를 들을 수 있다는 것이 얼마나 감격스럽고 행복한지요!! 오래도록 막연하게 디지털 드로잉과 모션 그래픽을 제대로 배워보고픈 마음이 간절했고, 유튜브로 공부하는 것은 뭔가 발품 팔아 퍼즐 맞추듯 혼자 동동거리며 제자리 걸음하는 것처럼 답답했는데, 이번에 클래스 101에서 벌써 수업을 3개째 듣고 있습니다. 선생님들의 코멘트도 큰 도움이 될 뿐만 아니라 다른 클래스메이트님들의 과제들을 보는 것도 실제적인 도움이 되어서 정말 좋아요!!! 요즘 클래스 101 덕분에 행복합니다!

English version
I’ve been a big fan of class101 and enrolled to a few of their classes. Really good course structures. This app will really help me alot in terms of accessibility to the modules and to easily browse on their upcoming courses. However, I have the same enquiry as the other reviewer, how do I switch to an english interface version?

해외에살면서 온라인강의를 들을 수 있어 만족합니다 코로나 때문에 집에서 지내는 시간이 많아 졌는데 온라인강의가 아주 도움이 많이 됩니다 그리고 정액? 그런거 신청하면 평생수강도 가능하다고 하니 수강신청기간끝나면 신청하려고요~~ 클래스101 덕분에 여러가지 요리도 배우고 취미생활도 생기고 감사합니다👍
Can’t play videos
The videos don’t work. It’s all in Korean, so you have to play around a lot to even get to the actual class page.

It’s a great app but it’s all in Korean, I’m not sure how I can get it in English
Customer service is wack
I love the classes here but the customer service is wack. I contacted them to ask how much I will get charge starting next month and they didn’t reply. Turns out I got charged for $169. I asked for refund and texted them multiple times still they didn’t respond. Feels like I got scammed because I can’t even contact them via email which I tried!! Just be careful
No English translation for app’s interface
I’ve read some reviews from a few years ago where Class101 has updated reviewers of an English translation, however I have yet to access that option. I would try changing the language in settings, however everything is in Korean (I can’t read Korean) so it doesn’t work. It would help if I got instructions or a pop up with language options…
Love the app, just wish that…
We could actually watch the videos or download the notes on this app. The only real thing you can do is check the comments in class. Also some options are in Korean so it’s a bit complicated to navigate the app at times
Videos don’t work
The videos in the app do not work. They don’t even exist. I don’t know if it’s my class or the app but the videos just do not show up. In the browser version the videos show up but they are such low resolution that I can’t see what’s going on because everything is so blurry. I’ve used to different iPads and my phone and each has the same issue. The browser versions on the iPad also do not have the option to change the resolution so I cannot even set the resolution to 1080.

I couldn’t go to my Pilates class in person cause of COVID-19. However I didn’t need to stop my workout. Thanks!
English version
Claims to have English version when they are promoting but apparently not the case. Not user friendly. I also was unable to load the video. I thought my class ended and try to extend it. But on app they say I still have 35days left.
Fun to draw and learn new things.
I love these classes available. Nice website design too. However, will an English version of the iOS app be released?
Needs English translation!!!
the videos are good for the most part but there are no english translations available in the app so it’s difficult to understand anything if you can’t read/understand korean. also, the camera in one of the classes i’m taking sometimes goes out of focus, which makes it very difficult to see what’s going on (it’s an art class).
English version
I use class 101 on my ipad and it works in browser but I would like to use the app and stream it on my tv, hopefully it gets updated soon or they come out with a class101 english version.

Good content but bad app
I usually take my class on my laptop but since the videos suddenly stopped running on chrome and safari browsers I tried watching the videos through the iPad app. The app is in Korean and there are no English translations anywhere. Makes it hard to navigate even if one is familiar with the platform. Lastly and most importantly, the videos do not have English subtitles making it impossible to learn.

아래 후기 남겻던 유저인데요...강의 수강은 되는데(이것도 몇번씩 기본으로 튕겼다가 들어가야하지만 뭐..그럴수 있다고 칠게요...ㅠㅠ화가날 정도는 아니라서...) 미션하고 포인트받으려는데 로그아웃 되고 로그인이 진짜 계속 절대 안돼요, 제가 캐나다에 살아서 그런건가요? 진짜 답답해서 속이 터져버릴거같아요. ㅋㅏ카오톡으로 3초안에 로그인하기 화면만백번도 넘게본거같아요 이거 왜이러는거에요...? 어쩌다 한번 로그인되는정도에요... 30일 연속수강하면 1년 연장해주는거 너무 기가막힌 생각인거 같아요. 왠만해서는 리뷰안쓰는데...첨에는 온라인강의 신청하고 안들을까봐 (수많은 돈날린 경험을 토대로) 진짜 엄청 망설이다가...일단 저렴한 강의로-!!! 듣고싶었던 건 많지만 하나만 신청해봤는데 출석할 수록 포인트주니까 재밌어서 하게되고 7일, 30일 연속수강 보상이 있으니까 오기로라도 계속 출석하게돼요... 넘짱이에요 그래서 지금3강의 더신청했어요ㅎ돈 안버리게 해주셔서 감사합니다번창하세여
어라 아이패드 앱 레이아웃이 영 별로네요
아이패드 쓰는데 앱 레이아웃이 원래 이랬나요? 그냥 아이폰용 늘려놓은거 같기도 하고 전혀 타블렛 쓰는 이점이 없네요. 아이패드 사파리로 그냥 사이트 열어서 사용하는게 훨씬 사용하기 좋은데요? 아이패드 화면에 맞게 디자인 해주시면 좋을듯

Really could use an English version
Since I don’t read Korean, I can't understand anything. There’s no way to translate into English in the app. But I can still see the comments, and be able to up my Points.
