Excellent, a true life saver!
Amanda’s workouts are truly the best! I’ve been following her for about 8 years, since her downloadable pdf program days, and have had the app since the early days. I’ve loved watching it grow and consistently add new features and categories of workouts. I started out looking for HIIT workouts but have grown to love all the styles from Yoga and Pilates to Mobility and Weight Training. I appreciate that you can find classes based on time or on category, and the recent addition of the program progress tracker for the 2-4 week programs. Amanda’s knowledge of physiology and anatomy has grown over the years too and the recent classes are packed full of helpful info on the benefits of various moves. The mindfulness exercises and nourishing plant-based recipes are awesome bonuses as well. I’ve tried out other various apps for workouts and flexibility over the years but nothing comes close to the robust content of FBFM and the actual effects of the workouts for me. Most of all though, Amanda has such a great encouraging attitude as a trainer and seems to just know the moments in a class when you need a little motivation or extra push. I love being a part of the FBFM community and feeling so healthy and mobile! Amanda and Adam have done an awesome job with this app!
Can’t sign in
I just downloaded this app and signed up for the 14 day trial. Every time I try to sign in it says there is no user with my email address and yes my iPhone app clearly states this app under the purchased section. What do I do?
Nice Variety
There are plenty of work outs to choose from but honestly they are too challenging for a beginner or someone who is getting back into fitness. I’m post partum and trying to get fit again and find the exercises difficult to do at this point. As I gain fitness, I’m sure I will find things more enjoyable.
Buggy
App is buggy when trying to resume after a pause rewind and fast fwd
Strange
Videos are not uploading. Good that there is a trial period. The price is rather high for application like this.
I adore this app!!
I simply cannot say enough good things about this app. My husband and I both absolutely love it! I have used it in times of great fitness and also in times of injury. It really has so much variety and Amanda does a great job with all the classes! i’ve had this app since it first launched and can never imagine not having it.
Misleading
I downloaded the app expecting to be able to use it.? Nowhere does it say you’re just getting a preview and have to sign up- even for a 14 day trial. Not interested in dishonesty. Prefer to know these things before downloading. Kinda like click bait
I love Amanda and all of her creative workouts!
The possibility to skip the explanations in the beginning and before each circle would be a real improvement for people who train with Amanda regularly and are familiar with most of the exercises.
Best program to be a part of!
I’ve been a part of the FBFM for years now. Amanda works hard to provide quality content that suits every part of whatever fitness you want to get into - yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and dumbbell exercises. The best part is, you don’t need to be at a gym to do most of the exercises, you can do them anywhere! I use this app pretty much every day to follow along with her classes. I also love the plant based recipes - they’re delicious!
I love this app!
Amanda’s fitness and yoga routines are the best. It feels like having your own fitness coach without the price tag. I actually gave up my fitness trainer since covid and I don’t miss it because of FBFM. I love Amanda’s voice and cheery personality...she does an awesome job reminding, correcting and refining your posture and poses as you go. My husband is now joining in the yoga classes with me. Thank you Amanda for sharing your knowledge :)
Impossible to get out
After the trial is impossible to connect to get out and unsubscribe
Perfect for the gym, at home, and everything in between!
I am loving using this app! Amanda has workouts and yoga videos that help you tone, shape, stretch, or relax the whole body. The videos are very easy to follow, and her encouragement and direction help you push through. Definitely recommend for others!
Trial or sign up wouldn’t load
I could not get my screen to load past the sign up page, I would enter my details and click get started, then the loading bar would spin around forever. After 40 minutes of trying I gave up. Looks like a great app, wish I could use it 😂
amazing 🙌🏼
Amanda has created something so awesome!! She offers a little bit of everything so you never get bored or tired of a workout. She’s always coming out with new workouts and challenges, and I love every one of them. People pay $100+ a month for access to classes like hers, so I would say it’s completely worth every penny. And she has this sweet, positive energy that is contagious! So happy I found this app.
I’m sad
You can’t do anything without pay:(
Love Amanda and her work outs!
I’ve been a long time follower of Amanda’s and love her workouts. I still have her PDFs and use them often. The app is a wonderful as well and has the addition of yoga workouts, stretching routines and challenge as I find it very easy to use as well and never had glitches or issues. Love Amanda’s style and encouragement through the workouts too.
App
I’m was super disappointed to find out that each video was TEN DOLLARS. That’s a really high price to a video I don’t even know is worth it...and for every single one. It’s kind of ridiculous.
Completely worth it.
I love that I have yoga classes and workouts at home, whenever I need them. The app is easy to use and I love Amanda’s style. 100% worth the money. I would love to see more workouts with light weights, too. If you tried the yoga ebook craze or various poor quality apps, ditch them and use this one, like I did. You won’t regret it!
I love Amanda’s app
The app and the classes are great. I love that Amanda keeps on adding more videos to the app. I like how she explains the poses and even gives tips for beginners. One and only thing I wish was in the app, is the ability to go full screen on an iPhone X so we can utilize the bugger screen. Keep going Amanda ✌️
Lifesaver!
I’ve been following Amanda’s fitness empire for a while a was pretty excited when she announced a new app focused on yoga flows. I have shoulder issues from boxing and the Focused Shoulder Warmup has been a lifesaver— it really helps loosen and stretch out the joint, which I couldn’t do anywhere near as well on my own! I love the varied flows and how much focus on specific areas for stretching and strength there are. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to do yoga more regularly as well as guided stretching for wellness!
