Lots of information
It’s very helpful and you can search for more information. I like being notified the day before
Doesn’t work
Sent email while ago and still doesn’t work or got a reply
Good resource, needs tweaks
Needs a general overview of what’s allowed in each receptacle, not just a search function. Other than that very helpful.
Helpful
Great app but the notifications did not work after I changed my address.
Great reminder!
I’d be lost without this app! It’s very useful 👍🏻
Not helpful
There has been multiple instances where my appartment has faced missed garbages and recyling pick ups. The garbage days suddenly changed for 2025 and no notices has been given yet?
Convenient &helpful.
My garbage day changes so often that it makes this app. A must!
Would be lost without it
I’ve lived in many cities, never one that has different pick-ups for different things, on different days of the week. This app is absolutely necessary to know what to do when!
Does not work
App cant find my address. Invalid_parcel id error.
App Review
Very helpful for reminder, especially when there is a change on my garbage pickup days after holiday
Great app
Easy to understand and use.
Great App
Very useful App. Thanks
Tells me when garbage day is
Works better than any software I use at work
Waste Wise
Love the app and especially the reminders. Helps remind me of which waste is applicable which day
Great App!
So far so good. App has Left the guessing out of what was being collected? Was very frustrated with the old calendar system and Stat holiday changes.
Confused by waste
How can garbage be so confusing? The app has been super helpful for indicating the days of when garbage or recycling goes out. Plus I really like the app for finding what I call garbage, goes into which container . A very big help.
On the right track
Hopefully this app is using searches people have submitted to expand its answers. All in all it’s simple to use and updates you on what you can and can’t put in certain bins.
App use is great
However in a situation where there are special needs adults where there is more garbage to be disposed off ,clean up materials and waste diapers etc ,the once every second week garbage pickup isn’t sufficient Having a larger box or can still fills up each week! So what’s a person to do with the excess garbage? Maybe this is a problem for city hall to deal with and sort out!!!
GREAT APP !!!
Super easy to use!! Very Helpful!! Thank You!!
Pick up
Need to have recycling picked up ever week and have organic pick up every second week , same as the garbage pick up.
Good App
Very useful
Keep up the great
Keep trying to make it useful and convenient. Well done!
Very helpful
Love the reminders of my collection day & the direction of what to put out :)
