7‑Eleven is yet another company sliding downhill with the rest of them. I placed an order, and it took an unreasonable amount of time just to find a delivery driver. While the system sat there “matching” my order, the ice cream I paid for was clearly sitting somewhere warm. By the time it reached me, it was completely melted — basically a bag of flavored water. To make matters worse, my Slurpee was missing. When I reported the issue, I was told the items were delivered. In the photo the driver submitted, there is no Slurpee anywhere in sight, and the ice cream is visibly liquid. Yet somehow, I’m the one who ends up on the losing end. Lesson learned.
Needs inventory tweaks
I love the app but there’s a couple things to adjust. I understand inventory availability is based off the 711 I’m getting from but I have 3 near me, I should be able to choose which I am shopping at. Adjustments with contacting customer service for improper orders and mistakes should be easier
Delivered is Optional
I order all the time with them. My problem is they sometimes forget an item so who's going to complain about 1 item however it's a consistent occurrence and when I finally complained they made it seem as if I had a petty complaint and dismissed the issue. No I do not want a $2 refund for a $45 order fix the problem and stop belittling your customers!
Let people add to their order!
I forgot to add a sprite to my order and remembered less than a minute later. If they haven’t even completed assembling the order, it would have been nice to add that so 2 people dont have to deliver such small orders.

Cannot delete account in Canada!
In order to delete the account in Canada, it just takes me to a US based website. So I cannot delete the account at all. And why do I need to verify my email to delete an account? It should be simple. It’s not a bank account

I pay for plus service yet still charged 10.00 in fees. Ugh 😩

I’ve used this several times now. My experience has been tops each time. Fast delivery, good food and fresh coffee.
How could the service be worse can’t it’s horrible
I was looking for cigarettes and multiple other over the last three days and I still have nothing except for disputed charges for where you charge me for stuff I didn’t receive including a tip and delivery fee for a driver who never showed up. I am disabled. This app is suitable for no one who has disabilities. It may be one of the worst app for someone disabled I have used since I became disabled in 2020. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of because I’m overly and disabled they keep taking my money and not delivering product or service.
broken mess
app has been filled with weird errors for weeks, promotions don’t even apply anymore when they show up, claiming to be “invalid” even though the app advertises said promo codes. feels like a trick just to get you to spend more
Limited variety
This app only shows a handful of items sold in the store. I noticed this when I visited an actual store and saw more items than in the app. Also some stores are not included on the app

Driver always forgets something and it’s usually someone who doesn’t speak English and sometimes the person doesn’t match the profile.

I ordered on the app and when I got to the store they said they cannot figure it out. So now I have wasted a trip and my time because the app/store system is not working correctly..
App review
Not easy to navigate. Could not pick what kind of slurpee I wanted. And with my nachos no where to write choose cheese and/or chilli. But on skip the dishes I can do that. Weird since it’s there company that has its own app. Figured I would have more choice not less.

711 has a hundred things and your choices are from about 20 why Two chocolate bars to choose from and that’s it??? This is sad and confusing

Why does it pick-up for 5-10 mins instead delivery while trying to order an item for delivery?
When I tried to order Fanta Crimson Cherry Sour, then add to Cart, the continue to checkout, but I see pick-up instead delivery, if this app is delivery version of 7Now, it doesn’t mean we have to pick-up, it’s mean Delivery to houses. Delivery means Delivery, not pick-up!
Frustrating
For the most part this app is super easy to use, self explanatory. But the frustrating part is that many times the coupon code shown on the apps Home Screen does not work! The other issue is that I can either not figure out how to or the option simply does not exist to order more than one flavour of slurpee in the cup. For a treat we will order slurpee for the kids but need to order a full size slurpee in each flavour the kids like. Then pour and layer the flavours from the 2 or 3 slurpees ordered into one slurpee cup for each kid. Frustrating and a huge waste of money.

Pardon My Cheesecake
Absolutely terrible Cheesecake!! I am pretty sure they just heated it up in a microwave. The bun was all rubbery, which happens in the microwave. Hardly any steak, very thin it is just like the size of a hotdog. Definitely not worth $13. Don’t waste your time, there are much better places to get a cheesesteak.
Fees on top of fees!
When I ordered extra items to avoid small basket fee convenience fee went up, making it a ridiculous final bill.

I am not sure what is going on, within the last week or so I have not been able to place a delivery order due to no drivers. Rather frustrating. To make matters so, the chat agents are zero help. I was told the store is closed, in he middle of the day. DO BETTER.
