Great Game - no ads!
This is me editing my 1 star review I originally rated it 1 star because I lost my account even though it had been backed up. But I reached out to support and they were able to restore my account. As for the game - I really enjoy it. It lets my brain play logistics queen for a bit. You don’t have to spend any money to actually move ahead in the game and there’s no forced ads. Both a huge win in my book.

You can no longer use facebook to log in. So 40$ worth of in app purchases and hours spent lost. Customer service is a joke.
How to link my android account to iOS?

Great until later…
This has been one of my daily go to apps for a few years. Once all areas have been unlocked, there is still a reason to play this great game. Mainly, the weekly event that allows the player to earn tickets that can be traded for new trucks that help build a powerful fleet. However, over the last few months, the event has not been functional more often than it has. Even worse, I spent real money for, “Infinite Fuel”, which comes back after an update, only to disappear again after 2 weeks. Overall, this is an unreliable app at best. I wonder if the lights are still on. Don’t spend money on it.
Do you even think?
Is the company planning a big exiting update? We really need some major improvements in our all-time favorite game. Please don’t disappoint us. Thank you!
Buggy game
A buggy game. I tried to let them know about 2 bugs, described them, took pictures of the bugs, didn’t bother showing any effort to fix the bugs. Wanted a video that will not show anymore info than the pictures. Got tired of them not showing that they are interested in fixing the game. In the meantime, two more bugs happened and I lost the points I was supposed to get for my team. I’ll delete the game after this.
Need Chinese language support
I strongly request developers can add Chinese language support UI in this game. That will be more fun. Thank you.
Developers are struggling
After waiting moths for an update it came. Now it doesn’t even start. Hope they fix it someday. It used to be a good game. Update: It starts now but is still pretty glitchy in the rewards.
Problem with the infinite fuel
I like the game. It’s interesting and will keep me pretty interested. However I paid 299 of the dollars to have infinite gas for a week and it didn’t go through. Thinking I needed to do something else I accidentally paid for it again. But I still don’t have the gas although the dollars are definitely gone. It would be a 4 star rating if it wasn’t for that.

Subscriptions not working
Fun game, bad subscription bug
Been play TK:T now for about a month and really enjoying. The pacing is good and I love the transport puzzles and upgrade system. Downside though is I signed up for the gold pass for the nice boosts and no ads but I lose benefits constantly, often mid game session. It will eventually start working again but can be annoying when you’re stuck watching ads or have too many drivers deployed and you can’t adjust them cause you’re over capacity. Seems like a long-standing bug as looking at the help articles it’s been a known issue for at least 100+ days. Otherwise a great game barring the aforementioned bug and it’s the only thing keeping it from a fifth star for me.
Game reset
Loved the game and have played it daily for months, come on today to find game reset itself. No warning and straight back to level 1. Not impressed and definitely not working back up to high level just to worry it happens again.
Fun Game Terrible Support
I had any issue with events and alliance contracts freezing after a week of waiting with no response I just reset my account and started over from level 43.

A step backwards
Been playing this game for a long time and really enjoyed it but, they have done a recent update and the game has become hard to get around, goods are not easy to produce and the game no longer tells you what components are required to make each product. I now find it very frustrating, hard to play and quite boring now. I will see if the developers change anything in the next few days and if not, unfortunately I will stop playing and delete the game altogether

Been playing for a few years and can’t get enough! I did have issues with my account at one point, but the developers were extremely responsive and fixed everything quickly. I love this game and their team. Thanks for making such an awesome game.

Game was fun until all my purchases was lost after being a way from it for a while.
What’s Next?
Like most game apps these days, after about a month or two of playing and climbing levels, the levels become fewer and farther between, the prizes for achieving a new level — despite achieving it now 100x harder than earlier levels—are disappointing, and game play becomes routine and repetitive. It’s not just this game but most games of this genre. So, I have some suggestions for anyone who cares to listen: 1) after level 40 how about you unlock some train routes where by you could fully automate delivery of the lowest level ingredients — higher level ones still only by truck. The trains could be expandable by number of transport cars and they could be routed above ground — elevated trains to carry thinks like oil to the paint factory and various ores to the various factories as rates of 100s per car. This would really take the monotony out of something which used to be fun but now is just annoying. 2) How about busing people to other places such as the diner? City to city instead of just stops to city? 3) New places to sell could be built in cities such as shopping mall: which could hold a big standard orders (like 50) of 10 different things and when the city needs those things they could be taken from the mall first. Just ideas! Thanks!
Used to be brilliant
This was my favourite game and I played it everyday since it’s release. I have now deleted it after the new update. The new fuel system is horrible, I can no longer gift fuel so that I’ll be forced to buy it. I gave this game 5 stars when it first came out but now it’s good for all of 10 minutes until you realise that you can’t fuel ur trucks anymore. I’ll miss this game. Another great game bites the dust!

When trying to load the game at level 4 it keeps trying to open but does not. Maybe a big?
Broken
I was playing fine last night and when I hopped off then tried to come back, it doesn’t go passed the loading screen. Update so I decided to delete and start over again and this game is completely BROKEN! Somehow I unlocked level 4 but it’s still locked. The calendar is still locked. What a shame I’ve played this game when it first came out and came back to a complete mess.

I honestly love this game so much! But today, January 25, 2022, the game stopped loading. It loads to 40% and then just stops and continues to buffer. I have uninstalled the game and re-downloaded it. I have tried it on wifi and data. The game updated two days ago I think and was working great until today. Nothing is working. Fun game but too stingy with vehicles
The game is pretty addicting and similar to other transport games where you collect vehicles, move cargo, and earn parts to upgrade the vehicles to load more cargo. The problem is that the game is very stingy with the upgrade parts, especially since the vehicles break down and eventually need parts just to get them moving again. By the second stage of the game, my vehicles aren’t really moving more than 10 items at a time, if that, making for very slow progress. Eventually I just got frustrated and deleted the game.

Great game however!!!!
The game itself is really good but I have found a glitch which is a pain. When tapping the free cash button it freezes the game completely. First time I tried it it took 2 days before resetting and I was able to continue with the game. I have since accidentally hit the button twice and the same outcome. It’s been frozen now for 24 hrs and I’m contemplating deleting the game which would be a shame as I quite enjoy it

Not digging the latest update when swiping a truck to do the work, it zooms in and out. It’s hard on the eyes when it auto zooms. Please revert back to how it was please.

Please Don’t purchase any in app purchases. I be played this game for years and it restarted twice and I was unable to recover the previous game. So the money spent was a waste. Don’t waste your the game will freeze and if you delete it you're starting over. It will never load the previous game.
