Mr Lowe
Very happy with Trend Micro VPN and the security that it offers me
why didn’t I know about this?
For years, I have been battling your VPN because it seemed to interfere with ‘every other piece of softwarqare.. I

Kathryn
Very happy. Best thing about it, screens unknown phone numbers. The caller has to identify themselves and reason for call.
Worked for a week
Worked well for a week and then I couldn’t even load internet pages.

Reliably reliable
Much needed these days. It’s great to know there’s a program going in the background checking the veracity of the claims of these unknown sites, shops and sprukers
VPN doesn’t even work
I paid almost 400 dollars for this connected with my laptop at the start of last year, i’ve been trying every since to use the VPN but it always disconnects right after connecting. And when it DOES connect when I try to go on websites nothing works and it says theres ‘no internet connection’ it doesn’t work on my laptop nor my phone. This was a waste of my time and money, tried reaching for assistance and the website is on ‘high demand’ didn’t even get a response.

Internet protection
Trend Micro has protected my family and me for decades from those accessing the internet to commit evil acts - their VPN - Secure Proxy product is one of the tools used and recommended
SLOW
This service is consistently slow. My download is under 1mbps across multiple country selections making it unusable. My normal internet connection download speed is above 50mbps. Avoid this service.
Great protection
Having been a user of Trend during work life, decided to continue using.

I find this App very good but I wish it would scan emails.
Great App
I have full confidence in this App with regard to added security for my Anti virus software installed on my phone.
Trend Micro VPN version 6
Trend Micro VPN version 6 Have an issue with connectivity stability. It come off by itself
Great but missing one thing.
I love everything about the app! Except when I opened it the first time the screen didn’t rotate to the way my iPad was sitting, the way the home screen is and the way every other app that I have does. Please make an update for this that makes the screen when I open the app rotate to the right position, please thank you.
Great
Great!!!
Have to check often to ensure it is on
VPN is good when it works, but I often find it had turned off for some reason and I had been on the Net without a VPN! This is made worse by the fact that VPN sign does not stay at the top right corner of the screen (within seconds it is replaced by either the WiFi or signal strength logo. I have set it to be always on and set it to auto reconnect it something fails, but I have lost confident in it’s ability to provide protection and I find myself having to load up the software every time I use my phone to check VPN is on. It is basically useless in providing peace of mind.

Does the Job
Clunky transition for new devices
Software writers need to smooth out the bumps. The system keeps wanting to charge me when I have a credit to add up to 6 devices.
