Сохраняйте понравившиеся варианты в избранном, создавайте запросы с разными вариантами фильтра, и приложение оповестит вас о появлении новых подходящих предложений.
Купить квартиру в приложении легко и безопасно. База квартир исключает случайные объекты — их добавляют только после тщательной проверки и оценки. Каждую квартиру оценивают более чем по 60 критериям, а результаты показывают в карточке объекта.
Ипотека
В приложении доступен удобный ипотечный калькулятор для расчета условий кредитования. Сравнивайте предложения разных банков и сразу подавайте заявку на понравившиеся варианты. Для подачи заявки достаточно оставить свой номер телефона через форму обратной связи.
Жилищная ипотека на квартиру или другой жилой объект сопровождается тщательной проверкой. Каждый банк выдвигает свои требования к году постройки, состоянию недвижимости, наличию документов. Это все уже учтено в приложении.
Продажа и аренда
В приложении доступна продажа недвижимости: квартир, домов, загородной, коммерческой и вторичной недвижимости. Вы сможете оценить стоимость своего объекта, отслеживать процесс продажи и управлять им. Изменить стоимость, добавить фотографии, поправить описание.
Продажа участков, продажа домов других видов загородной недвижимости также легко доступна и управляема с вашего мобильного приложения.
