Notifications
Ever since updating your the new version notifications cannot be configured on mobile. It brings you to settings, but no settings are available
Love it with one issue
I love the flexibility of the app and the ability to see real time feedback. I do have one issue where as I am scrolling down through all the customer comments, going in and commenting/tagging others, when I go “back” to the list of comments, it will auto-scroll back up to 30-40 comments backwards. It’s frustrating to have to scroll back down to get back to where I left off. Is this a known issue or something that can be fixed?
Recent update
Seems like the application is broken as I have all notifications turned on and I still do not get notified when there is a new survey please fix this issue it’s an important application for my job. Thanks
New bug?
This week it has started asking me to set up a new PIN every single time I open the app. Every time. Even if I set up a new pin and closed the app four seconds ago, if I reopen the app, it asks again for me to set up a new PIN.

Filters don’t carry over between tab switches. Push notifications intermittently work.
Good but issues
Good app, but keeps logging me out every couple of days. Makes it quite useless when I can’t get notified when logged out.
Why no notifications any longer
I love the app, but it stopped giving notifications weeks ago. Is this going to be fixed?

Bit frustrating scoreboard
My score board keeps disappearing; frustrating that I take time to make different score boards then have to keep setting up. Also it continuously logs me out each out and have to keep signing in.
Unreliable
Data does not update with accurate results for several weeks at a time. I would expect better performance, unless I need to update software or use a different version.
Not mobile friendly
New update is the desk top version just on a phone. It is hard to read, difficult to filter questions. The last version was much better.
Update Didn’t Fix Issue
The app was just updated on 7.5.2023, yet I still can not go in and reply. I made mention last week that once in the app and you press on the middle icon, once it shows you all of your responses it doesn’t allow you to reply. It only greys it out as if you were able to enter the response, but actually you did not. Please fix this bug issue. Thank you. If it wasn’t for that, the app would be working just fine.
Not reliable, login issues
I have to delete and redownload this app several times thru the year and I missed an important notification and ended up paying hefty penalties for not responding in time due their notifications issue
Previously loved the app…but now I’m missing notifications
The app automatically updated a week ago and ever since then I haven’t received a single notification. I’ve checked all my settings and toggled off/on but nothing has resolved the issue. I need to see if there are new reviews easily and now the app is just a sitting duck not giving a quack about smarter productivity. Frustrating!

Can’t toggle between filters
*Still having trouble toggling between dates I have set up for filters. Click the filter 7 times in a row and maybe it will load that data.* The last update has caused issues toggling between filters that I have saved. It just keeps loading the default one provided.

Why did email forwarding get taken away? Very frustrating
New version has bugs that need to be worked out
Recently released versions is buggier that prior versions. Would suggest making sure everything works before releasing newer versions.

Access forbidden error 403
I used this app for long time. Now it won’t let me login, “Access forbidden error 403” Wyndham tech support has no clue. Funny thing is that I can access their my laptop. Please fix what’s causing above error
Cannot log in
App is great when it works but cannot log in. Have tried uninstall and reinstalling, nothing works
Needs app support for larger screen devices
Currently on iPhone 12 Pro Max and the buttons are properly adjusted for the screen. They sit right on the bottom slightly out of the way and inconveniently too close to the home bar on the bottom of the screen.

I like the ease of using the app when I am not at the hotel. I just don’t understand why I get the notifications twice.
Unable to save settings in score card area.
Unable to press “save” in the add your score card section. The mobile app is useless so far.
No New Reviews?
The app used to notify me when there were new reviews, and I have not received a notification since early September. I have to log in to Medallia from a laptop or desktop now up read and respond to reviews which is pretty inconvenient a lot of the time.
Cannot remove notifications
With latest updates even once clearing notifications it doesn’t clear the red icon in the app logo with notification numbers ....

They really nailed it with the connection between mobile and the experience cloud. Love the Living Lens feature as well. It is great to see/give video feedback.
Almost never works
I open the app and login using an SSO. It then opens an in-app browser page, that acts like it’s loading but literally nothing ever loads. Its only ever worked twice since I downloaded it a few months ago.
Compile list with Average
I tried all different angle to bring back the dashboard with average score for each individual sales and it doesn’t seems to be available. I have also requested contact for the desktop display. Still don’t know how to receive assistance from Medallia as they do not offer any customer assistance other than communicating by email.
Subtle changes
Like MM3 compared to MM2 but why can't I forward a survey response anymore? I can only reply to survey One of the most used features of the app in my organisation, very disappointed.

Takes forever to load the results
When sharing results with team, I have to wait for the results to load. Also, it doesn’t give the notifications.
Give us back the features
The newest update has the worst mobile feature for the dashboard. It is clearly not meant for mobile, it is impossible to even see anything on it, especially the ranker, and no good way to filter to see what you need to. Also, Please put the scorecard options we had with the old version back. The ones we have now do not allow you to filer out and save the same way, with multiple locations, it makes the app nearly unusable for anything other than reading a response, everything else I have to get on the computer to do now since the app doesn’t do any of the things it did before.

It logged me out and when I try to log in it gives me error http 500. I deleted the app and reinstalled and nothing.

Notification do not work when new surveys come through despite having all notifications turned on for the app.

I am really disappointed with the APP. At the last version, I could check the response in Chinese until now. Even now, the several mouth later, English Version only.
