Not able to recognise invoice or trader or not even manual information
Easy to use but with some bugs
It's easy to use. One problem is that when you buy the ticket, it's already activated and you can't choose when to use it. I bought it once and it gave me an error. I closed the app and bought it again and noticed I was charged twice.
Servicii indisponibile
Este utilă aplicația, dar mă deranjează faptul că atunci când este în mentenanță/ când anumite servicii sunt indisponibile, durează extrem de mult această perioadă.
Sometimes cities disappear
The app is good most of the time, but like 1-2 times a year there’s a period of several weeks when you can’t buy tickets for certain cities, which is bad becomes for Cluj for example, you can only buy time-based tickets from this app.

Erori, lipsa orase
Se intampla sa nu afiseze regiile de transport pentru toate orașele in mod normal inregistrate (desi ar trebui conform regie si site propriu 24 pay) si sa te trezesti ca depinzi de o aplicatie care nu iti permite sa achiziționezi bilet sau abonament. Zilele acestea este una din situațiile respective. Si erorile nu se rezolva in cateva ore sau chiar o zi-doua. Acum, spre exemplu, persista o eroare de aproximativ 4 zile.

I prefer the payment method through apple pay. Too many steps if you want to make a payment and especially if you have a different card

După stricăciunile din toamnă când am dat o stea revin cu un update: aplicația și-a revenit și în consecință rămâne cea mai simpla și eficienta opțiune de plată a transportului în comun. Succes în continuare!
Unable to log in
For 3 weeks until now, I am not able to log in the app. It always shows error. Help pls.

Ar fi util daca la abonamente ar exista si un camp la chitanta pt a trece codul CUI (pt decontari la serviciu).

Why do you keep removing and adding cities in the app? Why can't the cities remain accessible to the users once the system has been implemented in it?

Efectiv nu functioneaza aplicatia pt nr straine
Daca esti roman venit din strainatate si iti este dificil sa stai sa gasesti statie de reincarcare STB si sa stai sa iti faci card pt o vizita in tara, am vesti bune ! Nu exista alta varianta. Aplicatia da erori daca incerc sa pun numar din UK, spune ca am atins limita sms si sa incerc iar in 6 ore. Nu mai am nr romanesc ca sa am o "a doua varianta" sa imi accepte mai departe sa intru in aplicatie. Este foarte neplacut ca experienta sa stiu ca in 2023 cu atata tehnologie cu STB singura varianta sa pot folosi si eu un amarat mijloc de transport este sa ma duc FIZIC la statie ! In 2023 😕😕 ceea ce pt mine ce ajung la ora super tarzie in tara cand clar nu mai e nicio statie deschisa si DEPIND de transport in comun, sa risc amenda ca sansele sunt oricum 50/50 sa nimeresc un autobuz cu plata cu card. Minunat, ce sa zic !
Usually great but lately doesn’t work
It is usually a great app that I use every day, but lately it gets stuck in the payment processing window, loading, without charging me. I wrote to STB and they told me to update the app - I did and have the same issue.

E ok aplicatia dar azi a luat banii si 0 bilet… Cum fac ?
Necaz cu cardul
LLE: ultimele updateuri au corectat erorile, aplicatia merge smoothly again. As vrea sa pot achizitiona si pachete de cate 10 calatorii din care sa pot activa biletul la nevoie. LE: ieri mi-a luat de 2 ori banii de bilet pentru ca mi-a dat eroare in timpul achizitiei. Ba apare cardul cand vreau sa cumpar bilet, ba nu apare. Cardul e salvat, sa ne intelegem. Eroare de database communication primesc de fiecare data.
Useless for tourists
As no sms texts arrive to international numbers, impossible to set up and use for tourists…. Why offer to accept foreign mobile numbers if you have no actual support for them?? Disappointed

…esti limitat cate tranzactii poti face. Adica 4 o data la 10 minute deci daca suntem un grup de 5 persoane nu pot plati decat pentru 4, pentru biletele de transport in comun. Ar trebui adaugata o optiune unde poti cumpara mai mult de 1 bilet deodata

It all worked just fine for several years until a smart.ss though it would be cool to collect feedback. And now it’s imposible to enter the app with or without feedback. Don’t you test these releases?

Why bother adding dropdown for international numbers if the SMS is never sent out? Useless without local number.
Not great for international numbers
I was able to use the app previously with an international number, but this time around I received the SMS with the code the second time I tried, and then I couldn’t see the Continue button. Then when I went back and tried again I got an error message saying “SMS limit exceeded, please try again in 6 hours (for Romanian phone numbers)”. So what do I need to do if I don’t have a Romanian phone number? I tried again in more than 6h, but got the same error message
Verification
I downloaded the app today and entered my Ukrainian phone number, but the verification code never arrived. I tried several times. Am I the only one having this issue?

Merge bine si e f ușor de folosit
Ușor de înregistrat credit card Autentificarea cu amprenta si opțiunea de direct scan fac aplicația f ușor de folosit. Nu sunt comisioane in plus fata de prețul biletului clasic, dar in plus vine cu avantajul ca poți schimba mai multe mijloace cu același bilet in 120 minute.
Bad user experience
Tried to use the app to pay for public transport in Iasi but it won’t accept an international mobile phone number (despite having a country selector and UK being listed there. It doesn’t return any error, so uninstalled the app immediately.
