Actually useless. There are 6 pharmacies within 3 miles. It shows me 1. 20 miles away.

All prescriptions ordered don’t go through!
I have had several times when I reordered 2 or 3 different prescriptions and only one gets ordered. The app says 3 prescriptions are being sent to the pharmacy, but not all go through. Frustrating!
Exceptional service from start to finish!
No matter how many times I come in, the service is always excellent. The staff are friendly, professional, and truly care about their patients. They take the time to answer questions, explain things clearly, and make sure everything is right before I leave. It’s comforting to know I can always count on the same level of kindness and reliability every visit. I’m grateful for their consistency and highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for trusted care and service.
Not good
I was told once i put in one medication the rest would automatically load. It doesn’t
Simple and Easy to Use, though it sometimes flakes out
This app works well with my pharmacy and makes it easy for me to keep track of my prescriptions and submit refill requests. It is designed simply and is easy yo use. However, the app is a bit unreliable and sometimes just doesn’t work. But it’s good when it is up and running.
OK but not great
Provides basics but needs to add functionality such as alerts when prescriptions are ready, out of pocket costs, etc.
Disappointed now
I have loved the app. But the last couple of prescriptions I have ordered on this app didn’t get to my pharmacist at Michael’s RX corner in Lovington nm. So I have to call now and make sure they refill my prescription.

This app simply does not work. At all.
Super easy to refill meds
When I need a refill it’s so easy just to check it off and hit send. I never need to call knowing it’ll b ready right away. For urgent meds it’s filled instantly. Very personable Plus it’s nice that they know my name

It would be better if along with Rx number, the NAME of the med was listed on the selection menu
Needs work
This app needs work. It doesn’t seem to work with Apple passwords. I had to generate a password and from the password app, but that wasn’t sufficient. I had to add an additional special character to the generated password to be accepted. Then adding a medication was problematic. I entered the number wrong, but couldn’t easily find a way to correct it or delete it. I scanned the barcode next and this didn’t work either. It was rejected when it was submitted. I finally did find a way to modify the number and add a leading zero and remove a trailing zero. I hit the resubmit button and it displayed the same error. I backed out and tried again. This time it worked, but looked like I had submitted it twice. It needs work.
The app has been working great!
Nothing to complain about, everything works like it’s supposed too, and I’m able to put in my refills a couple days in advance so they are ready on time. I can even leave a note for the pharmacist for any special request. I will continue to use the app with all my reviews.

App is good but…
The app is good, but the pharmacy I use is closing the local store. How do I change pharmacies? I don’t see how to change pharmacies.

Site colors
The yellow color on this site makes it very hard to read, especially for older persons. I like to use this site to order my refills, but trying to see the words through the yellow makes it harder to change the RX# when needed.

All of a sudden, this app is wanting me to redo all my credentials is kind of ticking me off, plus I have to redo all my medication’s
Onboarding is difficult
Account creation when using a password manager is frustrating and rather broken. I can’t generate a password within the password field, the password requirements are unclear, and unstated until after you make an attempt at generating one. No way to link the account to the password manager. Please adopt best practices for account generation and password generation. I also wish I could change the icon to match my pharmacy, as I can never remember the app name.
It would be great if
It would be great if the drug store were part of this pharmacy app so it could be used to purchase other items that are off-shelf items that are in the store inventory I guess this is something to think about for the near future. You could start by adding a few of the most popular items to this app for testing purposes. Otherwise, the app is good for emergency conditions like refills and new prescriptions, and anyone or anybody else wasn’t able to contact the store by home landline phones.
Severely lacking
This app will not list the medications that are currently waiting for pick up or pending pick up. I get text messages that my prescription is ready, but I don’t know which one and it doesn’t tell me.
Not the best
This is what my pharmacy uses so I have no choice. The app is kludgy and fails often on the first attempt to do something. When asking for acceptance of their privacy policy the link to said policy doesn’t work, so no I don’t accept. After signing up so I could renew my prescriptions I received a few scam text messages. The first for this phone number, although I can’t prove they have already leaked my information, it seems pretty suspicious.
Great when it works
Some days it works great, some days it takes forever to actually complete its submission- or (like today!) it just doesn’t load at all. Very frustrating
Awful app
Not user friendly, can’t find anywhere to confirm credit card details. What is Novant using this poor app - no way older folks are fingering this out. really -Zero Stars
Buggy!
This app has its issues. It always has an internal server error. 😔
Multiple error messages
Every month I have to cross my fingers and hope my medication requests go thru. Most of the time, when I am requesting refills, a red box pops up saying “internal server error”. Using the app is not convenient if it doesn’t work. It might be faster to call the pharmacy and request refills by phone. If the glitches could be fixed then it would be a solid 5 stars.

Okay app, but….
I like the convenience of the app, but it is difficult to perform certain things in the app. It is difficult to delete previously used addresses and to try to get technical help. My account has an e-mail address associated with it, but when I try to request technical help, the app says that I need to have an e-mail account associated with it. So, no bueno!
WAY Too Many Issues
This thing is just awful. I need to re-choose my pharmacy every time. Most times it won’t take my refill requests for some reason or another. I call the pharmacy and use their automated system, works 1st time.
