Waarom zou je mensen in de schouwburg willen krijgen? Ze in een electronisch gruwelhuis sturen is veel grappiger. Ticketmatic. Dank je wel schouwburg.

Fijne app, handig om alle kaartjes op 1 plek te hebben. Zou fijn zijn als nog meer theaters aansluiten. En zou fijn zijn om historie te kunnen blijven zien, als herinnering wat je gezien hebt.

Ben zeer ontevreden met deze app. Ga vaak naar theater. Elke keer sta je bij de ingang en jullie app is down. De Apple wallet is 100x meer betrouwbaar dan deze app.erg jammer dat veel theaters kiezen voor een product zo onder de maat
Add to agenda button would be great
Is it me or is this app missing a button to add tickets to your agenda. That seems basic behaviour for an otherwise great application.
Impossible to get the code for activation
Worthless activation. The activation code is sent by email at least 20 minutes after requesting it and you get max 10 minutes to activate the app. Tried 6 (six) times before giving up. Waste of time.
Kaartje kado doen
‘Dank zij’ de koppeling aan het mailadres van de besteller kun je niet zommaar een kaartje kado doen. Als er bij de bestelling een ‘kado-adres’ kan worden ingevoerd kun je daarmee het ‘opnameadres’ van de tickets aanpassen.
Hele fijne app
Door Ticketmatic hoef ik nooit meer naar mijn jaartjes te zoeken. Ze worden hier automatisch ingezet

Tickets gone after update
My friend had send me a ticket for a show in april. They were visible in the app. Updated today and ticket is gone. Still have the link, but claiming ticket puts me in a loop. Working on iPhone iOS 17.4
Handig!
Fijn overzichtelijk systeem, heel handig dat het ook direct in je agenda gezet wordt.

Tickets niet zichtbaar op iPhone
Ik heb Ticketmatic geïnstalleerd op zowel de iPad als de iPhone. Op de iPad verschijnen wel alle tickets, op de iPhone ontbreekt een voorstelling.
Top app
Werkt top. Super makkelijk en gaat vaak al vanzelf. Ook als je zelf een datum van een voorstelling wijzigt, staat het er meteen al automatisch in. Ben grote fan!
Waardeloos
Zinloze app die vastloopt terwijl tickets a 180 Euro ook prima via e-mail of website beschikbaar te maken zouden moeten zijn.
Handig op te zoeken
Kaartjes komen meteen terecht in de Ticketmatic. Je hoeft niet de hele lijst te doorzoeken, heel handig
Ronduit slecht
Tickets zijn niet toe te voegen, niet te vinden op klant- of ordernummer, gebruikersinterface is niet logisch en/of functioneert gebrekkig,taalgebruik overduidelijk niet uit Nederland afkomstig. Het is voor mij een raadsel dat zoveel organisaties kiezen voor dit ‘houtje - touwtje’ product.
Simpel en doelgericht
Gewoon een app die doet waarvoor het is bedoeld. Geen gedoe met reclames of onnodige push berichten.
Mail continu aanpassen
Enorm irritant dat als je bestellingen doet met een ander mailadres dan je ooit als inlog hebt gebruikt bij TM, je je kaarten niet ziet/hebt. Aanpassen van je mail zorgt weer voor ellende bij de oude bestellingen. Kortom: 1 ster.
In één oogopslag
Vlot en overzichtelijk zijn de bestelde tickets terug te vinden.
Verschrikkelijke app
Tickets niet zichtbaar, geen communicatie. Knap hoe je je enige functie zo kan verknallen.
