- Tracking info is often wrong.
- Constant server errors and glitches.
- Search function doesn't work at all.
Useless
Tracking is not accurate and you can’t get information from the app. Nonstop server errors. Good race venue, but you need to invest in your information sharing platform.
Bit useless
internal server glitching out, I’m only using it to track my girlfriend, and it simply can’t do that. not fantastic at all
Jailbroken Devices?
When I open the app is gives me a notice that it doesn’t support jailbroken devices. Cool story, bro. This isn’t a jailbroken device. The only thing broken here is this app.
Impossible
Worthless app - no info- can’t track my runner
Pathetic performance during the race
This is my mom’s 27th marathon. This app is by far the worst I’ve ever used. Wrong tracking info throughout the race. Constantly changing her info. How are you showing her at mile 24 then showing her at mile 13? Why is she approaching the 5k and you’re saying she’s waiting to start. Just like the expo, everything about this app and marathon organization is a mess.
Crashed app
Downloaded the app was able to find my niece and received a count down timer to start of race. 2025 Sydney marathon. Once race started information lost. Repeatedly received server error, could not search athletes, deleted app and started over, still not working. Highly disappointed
No Access
Such a disappointment. The app did not work…kept saying server is down…try again later. I tried for over an hour, then finally gave up.
Useless….
Trying to follow friends running the marathon. It won’t search. It won’t track. It won’t do anything…. A World Major and you can’t even make an app work????
Live tracking doesn’t work
It simply doesn’t load the list of participants. Useless app
It doesn't work
It doesn't load the list of participants. Any participants. There's no way of tracking Sydney marathon participants. Horrible experience
