I have to manually enter my credit card details every time because the card it used to remember it won’t accept any more for some reason, and my other bank card it forgets every time and won’t save it.

Food for me is consistently good. Better than its rival by a long distance. It’s probably value for money taking into account the competition. What I would suggest would be instore and definitely on the app there should be a daily offer that changes. It would give customers an incentive and feel like they’re getting a bargain while also keeping the app relevant. What I found is I have no need to check the app regularly and in modern marketing it’s like a free advertisement having people look at your product daily.

Apple Pay not working
Very frustrating that Apple Pay didn’t work. Luckily I had a card with me!!
Only payment method is card
As the title says, I could only pay by card. I don’t like adding my card details to websites. I’d prefer to pay by Apple Pay or Google pay.

Give driver GPS details
Should have GPS location like Uber eats, Deliveroo etc. no reason this can’t be used to see where/when your food is going to arrive. Until then, 4 star max. App UI is ok, a little cumbersome.
Vouchers not loading
The supermacs vouchers wont load when needed. There out of date the 30th of November and today is the 29th of November and they just completely disappeared. I’m very dissatisfied with this and this glitch needs to be fixed asap.
Just put some money into the app!!

Easy ordering process but €5.25 for delivery is mad.
Invisible Menu
The menu literally doesn’t load. Had to build my order by going through my old orders on the app, cobbling it together. God help new customers.
They should allow ordering coffee's in the app too!
I can only order soft drinks with my meal.
Pick up and Delivery Payment Feature Very Poor
Ordering starts off easy and then the payment option kept bouncing back. It took twenty minutes. This is the second time this happened in a row. Needs some tweaking.
Very clunky to use
Too much forwarding and backing to try to find what you want. Slow updating in the app also. Didn’t order everything in the end. Drove me nuts in the end to use. Would have been quicker to call.

App is smooth until you try to checkout will not allow my checkout you wait for payment prosessor to load but it doesn’t. Shame because ui is good and I like all but what good is an app if it fails at final hurdle payment.

When collecting you must enter card which is inconvenient, auto fill card number does not work so it's quite a pain.

Tried ordering online at Ballinasloe Main Street and was showing payment error which was tried with Apple Pay. Not want to miss the offer code but the customer support was poor. They would do over phone without the offer. Had similar issues before with the online payment.

RIP off getting worse
You have now changed online delivery orders to further rip off customers. You already charge €4 delivery as well as €0.50 for the pleasure of you having me order online and save you staff answering phones. On top of saying you were increasing food prices for all because the minimum wage was raised. But now you have added a minimum order purchase of €17.50. You should be ashamed of yourself as a supposed supporter of local communities. How on earth is that fair to elderly or needy people having to pay €17.50 for food for just themselves. Pathetic company, management and owner.

They finally updated their app, this is a joy to use now and makes it easy to find my local Supermacs and order delivery. Please make sure you support this new app over time. Makes ordering chicken burgers really easy now!
