Tama Club Subscription Broken, Stealing Money For MONTHS!
BUYER BEWARE - TAMA CLUB IS BROKEN, do not subscribe! The Tama Club subscription has been broken for months. From what I see on Reddit, it’s been at least six months of this app taking people’s money knowing users will not get the advertised benefits. Devs have responded to users acknowledging that they’re aware, but haven’t done anything. I’d argue this should have been a top priority fix as it’s revenue impacting and surprised an org like Bandai Namco isn’t doing anything to intervene.
Great game in general
I’ve started playing for like a week and I got to say . This game got me hooked in the first few days. After a few days , it starts to get slightly boring because the tasks are repetitive , your tamagotchi keeps needing sleep and it takes forever and the adds are extremely long and annoying . But overall a great game!!
入れてすぐは良かったのに。
広告が多すぎる。ご飯を食べさせようとしただけで出てくる。しかも、スキップできないやつが多くてイラつく。 まあミニゲームがあるからまだいいかな。でもそれすらもするのにたまごっちを寝かしつける必要があってマジでイライラする。 がち逆に笑えるわ。

Tama Club BROKEN after ios 26 update
Tama Club subscriptions are not detected, and before the update every log in I'd have to click the subscribe button to get perks. Now, this doesn't even work, because the new update puts you in an infinite loading screen when you try this
Good but…
I don’t know why but so far it won’t let me unlock new characters but other than that.. really good game :) Also I suggest a good update is for the school to be more interactive like a whole day of classes + lunch and you could get freinds.

ゲーム自体はいいのでサブスクのたまクラブに入ったのに広告が出てくるしたまクラブの特典アイテムが貰えない。再起動してもなおらない。
Great game but will have problems
I love this game they keep it updated all the time. I love to play this game cause it reminds me of the actual one I had as a kid. One thing you have to watch out for is the problems you will have playing this game. The only problem I’ve have I think this on the 2nd time I’ve had this problem. The problem is I’m having trouble opening the game, like I can’t get passed the opening screen where all the tamagotchi are with the big egg in the background and all the tamagotchi are all together . Hope they can get this fixed.

What is up with ads in games
Can we tone down the excessively long unskippable ads. Its ruining gameplay.

Good with a side of adverts
I am a tamagotchi super fan since I got my nano (a tamagotchi model) and it also goes with this game too. The gameplay is simple, you feed and play with your own tamagotchi to make it evolve into a new character until it’s an adult so you have to give it a job by playing games with it and giving it a costume etc so you can get a new egg rinse and repeat. Which is a good idea, if it didn’t have so many ads, from pop ups for cheap game websites to video adds for royal kingdom, this game is ad central. Want to feed your Tama corn? Advert! Want to go home after going from tamatown? Advert! Even when you load up the app you get an ad that says things like “get Tama club!” “Get the welcome pass!” “Get this outfit for your memetchi!” And things like that so it takes 5 more seconds to get to your Tamagotchi itself. Overall, this game better for money spending like games like Roblox and my little pony, but has just a lot of ads

Why can’t we have customised Tamagotchi?
The fact that we can’t even customise how our Tamagotchi looks like isn’t great. I’ve got some weird looking one that frightened my child. Not happy about that. The game itself is fine. The mini games are fun for her just would like some customised Tamagotchi so it can look how she wants it to look.

I love this game it is nice but I bought the UFO and it vanishes when I look at it. But this game is great you can change the tamagotchis costumes and play games and your tamagotchi can get a job and go to tamatower.❤️♥️❤️♥️
Tama club doesn’t work
I was enjoying this game just too many ads though, so I purchased the Tama Club monthly subscription for $4.99 Within 5 minutes the benefits stopped working and said my subscription was invalid but it still took my payment. not very happy.
Make an app to play the original retro toys!
It’s ok. If you could please make an app where you could use the retro toy itself and also the choice to have a v1,v2v3,4,5,6… all of them. along with the games each had. Also the connect option. Please I would buy it 100%

Too many ads
Game bring me back to my youth , on the surface it’s an amazing game but like so many mobile games today it’s next to unplayable either way the amount of ads needed to watch just to get a handful of gems and even when you choose to watch the ads it gets stuck and then you get no actual rewards for watching or it only credits if you install a million apps . So for this reason I give 2stars game could be amazing if for that , doubt developers will read but if they do then I’d rather pay a one time purchase for a full game than micro transaction ad filled rubbish

Best Adverts on iOS
I love these adverts! it’s a bit annoying that I get interrupted by a game, but you only have to play it for 5 minutes before you get more ads, so it’s not all bad. Hopefully they update it soon with more Royal Match ads, as they are the best and definitely don’t make me want to pull out my eyes and stick them in my ears so I never have to see the kings gormless face or here him say “Yay” ever again. One of my ex mates said he wished he could put a crown on the Royal Match lead developer and pour molten lava on his back… I thought that was out of order considering he’s never even downloaded this Tamagotchi game. I’m not mates with him anymore.

I really love this app because it’s like having a tamagotchi but upgraded! It’s so cute and I love caring for my Tamagotchis. The ads are a bit annoying but overall it’s a brilliant little game and will definitely bring back the nostalgia for anyone who has ever owned one of the original Tamagotchis! Thanks 🥹🤪👍
Subscription not registered and no way to receive North American support
I bought a 1 month subscription on April 1st 2026, and when I opened the app on April 2 2026 (the next day) I got a pop up saying that I canceled my subscription, which isn’t true at all. Even if it was true, I should still have subscription capabilities until May 1. When I try to subscribe again Apple gives me a pop up that I have an active subscription until May 1, 2026. I tried to go through the support channel but I need to make an account to actually contact support and there is no Canada or USA when you’re selecting your country… so I cannot even create an account to notify Bandai. I have a screen shot of trying to purchase a subscription and the Apple pop up that says I already have one. Please help as I’m really enjoying this game and would like to support you all…

Fairly new to the game but quite enjoy it. Only note I have if maybe make this available to add into a widget on iPhone, woukd be very helpful to keep updated with the pets.
Needs update
Hasn’t been updated for years, still the same things in the garden eg the pond things are the same, the garden patch etc. Nothing new at all, same old same old
Was fun until my account erased
I spent a lot of time on this app, didn’t touch it for a few months and now all my data is wiped… really disappointed. I’m guessing it was during one of the updates.

Downloaded the game to play with my daughters, it kept loading for such long time. We restart the app again and again, was able to see my login at Apple Game Center. That’s how far we get, loading never ends. Is there a crush or what? Anyone has the same problem?
