App takes your money but the service isn't provided
Huge scam. A hotel uses this for laundry payments. Tried to use the machines, one worked the other didn't. Each time I hit start the machine dinged my debit card another 4.00 until about $24 had been rung up for a single wash and dry. When I requested a refund it only gave me money in the app, not back to debit card. When you try to look at terms and conditions the screen times out. I'm never going back to this hotel, I should get actual money back not a credit in the app.
Add more time
It’s a good app but it should allow you to add more time on the dryer.
Designed to overcharge you
I'm staying at a hotel whose only way to do laundry is through this app. I have to create an account now to wash socks. Better yet, each load (wash or dry) is $3, but the app only lets you load your account in $5 increments, meaning you will overpay for what you actually need. They have the audacity to charge a service fee on top of that. This billing practice is dirtier than my laundry is. Shame on you.

Terrible service
Almost every time I go to open the laundry when it’s finished, the lid is locked so I have to pay for an additional load just to get my stuff out. I reached out to customer service multiple times, nothing. No solutions. No one’s come to look at the machine. No refunds for loads I didn’t even use. The only time I heard back they refunded me 3 dollars just for me to spend again to open the washer. Overall a terrible company. I kiss coins and the laundromat.
Easy to use
I’ve used other laundry apps at other RV parks. Some don’t work as easily as this app. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the user fees. A user fee to load money and a user fee each time is ridiculous. Other apps you don’t pay per load. Just a fee to use the app when loading money. If I had a choice at this RV park I’d use a different app for the lower cost. It’s already pricey to do laundry in a RV park so the extra fees are an annoyance no matter how easy the app is to use.
won’t refund any funds
we were forced to download this app by Princess Cruise Lineson a recent trip to Alaska in order to do our laundry while on vacation. It was difficult to maneuver through the app and add funds most likely due to the Wi-Fi/location. When I contacted ShinePay requesting a fund because there was a credit on our account, they said they do not return or refund any additional money to the original form of payment

Took funds
I added a card in preparation for a trip we are on, but did not make a deposit. Soon after I received an email that I had deposited funds with a link to click if I had not deposited money. When I clicked the link and informed them of the error, they said the money was non refundable , but that I could remove my card and transfer the account to another person. While I did remove my card after this, they took my money without my consent and no satisfactory resolution.

Impossible to pay for other cycles.
- Impossible to pay for cycles other than the single one programmed in (e.g you can’t pay for a 3.75 cycle, it’ll only let you pay 3.50). - No Apply Pay and egregious fees (almost a dollar on a 15 dollar top up).

My only wish is if the app could remind me when my washer or dryer are finished.

ShinePay is efficient and reliable. I’ve never had a problem with this app. It is set up to be very convenient.
Doesn’t work
Machines don’t work. Took me about 20 times to connect to the washer. Never connected to the dryer. So now I have a pile of wet clothes. Won’t refund your money as well. Don’t use the machines and go somewhere else.

I need to download this app to use it for laundry. However, on the sign-up page, there’s some sort of glitch and no matter how hard I try I can’t sign up. Please help.

Can’t access account!
I tried to log in on a new phone with my email and what I thought was the correct password. Instead this created a new account but won’t let me verify the email because it’s already in use. I deleted the new duplicate account which seems to also have deleted my original account. Now any attempts to log in or sign up are met with an error. I CAN’T DO MY LAUNDRY!! Please fix this, this is beyond frustrating! You also can’t be logged in on more than one device so I can’t even use my partner’s account, and the laundry room in our complex no longer takes coins. This has rendered the washer and dryer completely useless, services which I pay to have access to and maintain!
