So if this app works for you the. Great. But know this. The monthly fee is $14.99. But if you cancel you’ll get a $4.99/mo option Both plans are identical. Just one is $10/mo cheaper cause eff you that’s why. So cancel. Resub at $4.99.
Inaccurate 52 week high
I have brought this to your attention but there remains to be inaccuracies in the data shown, including the 52 week high numbers. This should be very easy to fix. I am still finding errors in the information you provide as of June 8, 2025
Missing stocks
This app looked promising but crashes or freezes very often and seems not to be able to find some stocks on Nasdaq or NYSE. Needs fixing.
Needs Updates
It works pretty well, but there are huge issues. KVUE and GEV have been public for over a year with no way to add them to a portfolio.

Very good app for tracking stocks. I wish I could add mutual funds to the portfolio.
Impossible to delete and invasive
This is a very bad app. I have tried to delete this app for years. There isn’t even an option for delete on the iPhone.

⭐️ Beware - Deleting
Paid for “NO ADS”, but still opens up to an add to upgrade. I do not recommend and the Apple stock app is better at this point. The apps ratings are a carryover from when the app use to be owned by another company. I don’t trust MapleMedia with my data.
General Motors
Trying to GM to the watch list and the symbol comes up as GM-b and doesn’t add to stock list. The correct symbol is GM. Please correct so it will add to the list
Seen recent improvements but only achieved half of my requirements
I have been using this app for 4 to 5 years. I was happy with it when owned by the old owners. Then I saw lots of strange problems with incorrect currencies and stock prices. Problems have been reported to support via the app and lots of screenshots were sent via email. I think the issues are still there. Other improvements were seen in slow responses, crashes and frozen screens but one important feature that I need was dropped. I have TSX stocks, as many as stocks in exchanges north of the border. Will this app support TSX stocks in the near future? Please let me know. I hope it will.

It really is a great app
It’s a very colorful app when it counts and as well as plain black and white when needed. My major issue with the app is 1 the price for such a service is basically the price of Investing.com IOS premium platform .. the benefit with INV.com is its name for one but 5$3 other is its stock selection . Untill the Stock roster sees a significant boost I can’t see myself paying this much for an app I can really only get Bluechip stock views . Anyone who doesn’t mind this go nuts but I think even tradeviews free platform covers what y’all have here and yes I think their premium is steep for what I get vs free but I get a lot more for free from trade view sorry guys add too it and I’ll give ya the 5
Stocks disappearing
The past few days my watchlist has my stocks disappearing. Goog, BLK, Adobe…? Have to re-enter multiple times. Happening in all portfolios. What gives?

Doesn’t work any more
Used to be very reliable, for the last six months, it just doesn’t work. For example, none of my stocks that have risen show as such, just shown a £0 price and a 0% gain. Will sadly have to stop using this.
Stay away, specialy canadians
The one thing that type of software HAS TO DO is to display the right stock price. Unfortunately, a lot of times, it will convert the value of a canadian stock by applying a currency factor like if it was a american stock or vice versa. Plus, on a I-Pad, it will switch the data, while you ar looking a a stock, with the values of a stock you previously looked at. It leads to frustration and bad decisions. I have reported that problem over a year ago ! The new owners are more interested in proposing new chargeable options than fixing the app.
Loved but cancelled
I absolutely loved this app. However, it is now over 8 months since ARM went live and it isn’t available to add to my portfolio.

Currency
Overall I really like the app. My main criticism is that I was asked to pick a currency and now ALL of my stocks are now in that currency regardless of where they are based. All my USD stocks are reflected in CDN $ which makes it difficult to get a feel where prices are on a day to day basis.
Constantly inaccurate
Despite all the ads you expect an app to work so you’ll buy the full version. Sadly the quotes are often wrong and some of the charts don’t even match the prices. The ads are annoying but who buys this on the strength of the free version is a fool.
Recently The App Has Been Losing Data
It simply erases positions of certain stocks for no reason at all. The data is either compromised or the app has been hacked and is useless.
Mutual funds not found
This application does not have all the mutual funds it use to have?
Automatically delete data
They delete your stock data if you're a free member
Overall good
Convenient interface, but sometimes doesn't refresh the prices in watchlists. Otherwise nicer app.
Worked fine but now frozen
After the app froze, I uploaded the latest version (just now). Still completely frozen.

The app has serious stability issues over the past few months
Update on 5/5/23: I’ve updated my stats to 5 stars. The developer reached out and the latest update has hopefully fixed my issue. I love the simplicity of being able to track my stocks, including my # of shares and cost basis. Super easy and I haven’t found another that does so with such simplicity. Looks like a few usability issues were also addressed - such as adding my holdings. Much easier now. I used to love this app. I liked that you can add your stock basis as well as number of shares and see daily and total gains. However, the app has been randomly deleting my stocks. It progressively has gotten worse. I guess it’s time to find a new one - but I’ll use the simplicity of this one. I gave two stars because if it didn’t randomly delete stocks, it does exactly what I want it to do :(
Used to be great
This app was always dependable and extremely accurate but the last 2 weeks it has barely worked. Today I deleted app and was reassured that my info would be saved in my cloud but it wasn’t. It will not let me re-add my stock info as it keeps giving me an error message. Very frustrating
New version not good
Old version was more friendly user. New version has bugs. Canadian stocks listed on TSX, for example, HOLDINGS are calculated in USD for a few of them.
Recent Updates??
This app worked fine for the last couple of years but now it doesn’t work at all on my iPhone12 and is messing up my watch lists on my iPad. It drops lists, adds and removes stocks from lists at will. If you are tracking multiple stocks and lists you may want to keep a list elsewhere as there is a probability it will disappear!
Interesting potential but not great
There’s a big lag between the actual stock price and the price showing up on the App In addition, a lot of stocks sold on TSE are not available to follow. A real pity. I do like the alerts though. Very useful
Poor Update
I’ve used this app for a few years now and generally everything functioned normally. A recent update to the app has caused all my stock and market indexes to be lost and I can’t reload the symbols to keep up to date. Reached out to the developer and was told to open then close the app or delete then reload the app and all should be fixed. It didn’t work. It seems the developer has never heard the old saying “if it’s not broke don’t fix it”. Very disappointed since I paid for a subscription.

The app is good except it flips out of the portfolio I’m looking at every time a notification comes up. Fine to let me know but please leave me in the portfolio I want to be in!
Update and accuracy failures
Recently, numerous errors and data errors occurring. Issues with currency and stocks that are not listed. Response from contact has proven unsuccessful as they say there is nothing they can do to solve the problems. Used to be a great app, but not so now.

Latest update only accessed US stocks eliminating most of my saved portfolio . This app has gone from very useful to useless over the past updates. Why would you pay for something that doesn’t work . Time to say goodbye and delete.

What a ripoff
Has become unstable
I have used this app for years and have always liked it. When I first got it I paid for the ad free version and have enjoyed no ads all along. Now all of a sudden I have an abundance of ads. I have emailed support about the issue but have no reply. Also lately it is unstable. For example today all my stocks on the TSX are not updating. Have emailed support once again. Guess I will look for a new app.
Poor customer support
I love this app. Even paid a monthly subscription. After getting rid of my old iPhone for a new iPhone this app won’t send me alerts but my old phone still gets alerts. Can’t restore purchases even though my apple account says my subscription is still active. I emailed customer support but no response. I would like to hear from you guys.
It’s really good but could be better!
With the increasing popularity of ETFs it would be beneficial to investors to see the MER associated with an ETF. This truly is needed!
