Ads and Paid Subscriptions
The game is filled with random ads that pop up, constant requests for you to watch ads, and is intentionally painful to open cases manually to incentive you to pay for the “premium” version which is THIRTY FIVE (35) US DOLLARS. Genuinely insane behavior and I can only assume this is to bait little kids who have watched case openings into spending $35 on their mom’s credit card. Make it $5 and I wouldn’t complain, I’d buy it myself. It’s just so annoying and greedy for some slop game that has 100 copies out there

I’ve played the game for a few weeks now and genuinely enjoy opening an rare item but have been running into a glitch with the watch an ad for a re-open to where my screen goes black and stays that way until I close the game and upon re opening it the cases are gone money is gone and no skins in the inventory.

After opening my first box was hooked and found out that this game allows you to earn coins with a tap of a finger not to mention very well designed and highly developed efforrrt behind into the settings and options to make your gameplay more enjoyable thank you
To slow
You shouldn’t have to buy anything to open 5 cases at once, it’s stupid. Why do I have to also wait 3 seconds after a case opening for a second chance, I don’t want a second chance I want to get out of the screen. Don’t download this game it’s corny and a money grab. I miss the original 2016 cases clicker it was perfect.

Lost account
This game said it saved my could progress yet when I reinstalled it set me back at level 1 with non of my progress saved and cloud data not available, not enjoyable to restart from the beginning with I had almost max level and millions of coins

I love this game but i hate how i can spend 50 000 coins just to lose over 40 000 coins when i sell everything its next to impossible to make progression because it just keeps you bankrupt so you have to buy stuff like coins with real money

Good time killer but not a fan that paying $6 for No Ads doesn’t apply to the rewards, I don’t see any other use for No Ads other then that.
Fun app, ads are insufferable.
I enjoy the game but the ads are out of control. I would like to pay for no ads. But 24.99 is insane for no ads. There’s should be a cheaper package for no ads with no ads ons(gold, dollars, cases) just for people who enjoy the game but don’t wanna pay 24.99.

Terrible admin team
I have played this game for years. I had a lot of fun on it and really enjoyed playing it. Not too long ago I was having some small issues with the game not running properly and bugging out on me. I reached out to the admins in the discord for the game and instead of getting help, I instantly received nothing but negativity. They started saying racist profanities towards me, calling me names and even went to the extent of taking over my account, speaking unacceptable things in chats under my name and deleted my entire profile, resetting me back to level 1 with nothing in my inventory. When reached back out asking why this happened, they again came at me with racism and negativity. They then told me to get lost and to “just leave the discord and forget about it”. Keep in mind all of this happened right after I spent the $20 for premium ad well. Would not recommend this game if that’s how they run it. Not much “help” over there.
Collection challenge
Love the game, but would love to be able to get my skins back from the collection challenge, even if I do lose progress in the challenge

Was really enjoying the game spend a total of £50 on the game after playing it for a week or so then my account was hacked or somthing I’m not sure but all my skins and money was gone and nothing to show for my money or time not impressed

I’ve noticed odds are worse than in previous games of pulling anything good. Incentives you to blow all your money on the app.
This games great.
I actually really like this game, (not paid promotion btw) the cases are somewhat accurate, the ratings for skins adds to the simulation and being able to sell and add stickers to skins is also a cool feature, the ads aren’t too much for a free game maybe one every 15-20 mins and even then you can just close app and load back in to pass the ad. There are however a few flaws in the game. The free spin wheel stats stay if you close the game and reopen it before spinning again, causing players to exploit spins without having to watch ads again. Other then that maybe adjust the animations of cases and pulls and add more variety to the mini games and upgrades other then that a really solid game to pass time and enjoy.
Very disappointing
I used to play this game as a kid about 8 years ago. Being able to open cases and collect skins was very fun as a kid who had no money for those things. I have recently picked this game back up. When I first logged on I was surprised to see none of my skins were there and i had no money, it sucked but i could get over it. I still had my xp and was still on the leaderboard lol. Now that im playing on this recently I notice it’s much harder to get anything good… Not sure if there’s a new development team or developer but whatever’s happening is horrible. I know what you are doing.

Crits for cases gone
This game is great but they took away the critical chance for tapping cases. You can still upgrade crit chance but now getting cases through tapping is insanely slow.

I loved this game for the first couple months and I think it’s really good but I would like if u can give more rewards for the higher the level you are and to add more pins so I don’t get bored over time I also love the updates you bring but hope u can do this in the future

Overall the game is fun but I did pay to have no ads and yet I still get them from time to time. Typically this is no big deal but I do feel that I got cheated in some respect since I paid specifically to not deal with ads.

I would play this at work as it required no wi-fi or data and got pretty far. everything was fine for around a week with all my progress saving. However randomly today I went on and a log of my progress had reverted making me lose all upgrades, knives, cases and everything. lot of time wasted because of this! restarting phone turning data on . nothing seems to work to make my progress go back to how it was

We really do need a prestige or reset button so we can start again. I have completed the game and have all the skins in the game and it would be really cool if we could start again but keep all of our irl money upgrades or something along those lines but the game is really fun and a good way to pass some time
