Menü Ansicht lädt zu langsam
Salt wird zu langsam geladen , besonders die Menüansicht . Bitte aktualisieren . Danke
mysalt app anstatt salt tv app
Auf meinem neuen iPhone17 kommt immer die mysalt App. Ich kann gar nicht mehr auf die Salt TV App zugreifen. Habe alles deinstalliert und neu probiert. Eine Supportmeldung kann man offenbar nicht machen. Ärgerlich, das gehört zur Dienstleistung!
Problème avec la dernière version
Suite à mon dernier avis, le problème a été corrigé, merci, mais il est réapparu avec une nouvelle mise à jour. Pour rappel: l’application fonctionne, mais il y a un bug avec les enregistrements de séries: elles n’apparaissent plus toutes sur l’onglet Séries (seulement quelques-unes sur l’ensemble de celles suivies). Il faut aller sur l’onglet Tout, mais les options de tri sont faibles, peu nombreuses et oblige à scroller et dans une longue liste. Serait-il possible de corriger cela? Merci
Application fonctionne au top
J’ai eu un problème avec un beug qui m’annonçait bon retour parmi nous et après seulement 2 échanges les développeurs de salt ont résolu le problème. Merci

Ich werde mein SALT TV-Abo zu 100 % kündigen und danach keine TV-App mehr nutzen. Die neue Startseite mit dieser riesigen Galerie ist einfach völlig unübersichtlich. Noch schlimmer ist die Favoritenliste: Wenn ich in der Favoritenliste einen TV-Sender auswähle und danach zum nächsten Sender wechsle, wird nicht mehr der nächste Sender aus meiner Favoritenliste angezeigt. Stattdessen springt die App zu einem anderen Sender. Für mich ist das eine deutliche Verschlechterung der Bedienung der SALT TV App auf Apple TV. So macht Fernsehen keinen Spass mehr.
Rating für Filme (z.B.IMDb) fehlt
Allgemein gut. Bei den Filmen wäre ein Rating (z.B. IMDb, Internet Movie Database) sehr willkommen

My favorite channels keep disappearing from the app, it’s most annoying, please fix this asap
Schwer, anstrengend lesbar
Weshalb sind den die kommenden Sendungen im TV Guide in dunklem Weiss und nicht wie bei den Jetzt und vergangenen Sendungen in hellem gut lesbaren Weiss? Ich finde es super anstrengend, wenn ich das TV Program durch gehen will. Ich wünsche mir das ganze heller und damit besser lesbar. Und kann ich eine Aufnahme die ich versehentlich gelöscht habe wieder herstellen?

Funktioniert wie erwartet
Ich habe keine Probleme. Aufnahme funktioniert problemlos dass Live TV hat eine gute Qualität, könnte aber besser sein. Für den Preis bin ich voll und ganz zufrieden.
Terrible customer service and app doesn’t work
Can login to account on the app, but cannot access the app. You pay the money, but they have deadend customer service with an AI app then tell you to fill in a form or call but no one there to help. The focus is clearly on margins not customers. Used to be best in class in Switzerland. They’ve fallen a long way.
Login funktioniert nicht
Ich komme nicht in die App. Das Passwort der Salt Seite funktioniert in der App nicht. Ich habe es schon mehrfach geändert.

Pourquoi payer un abonnement chez vous si on a des pubs même dans les replay???? Maintenant on est obligé de se taper les pubs…Autant aller sur des site gratuit comme zattoo
Mangelnde Funktionen
Ehrlich, hätte ich zuvor die App gesehen ich wäre nicht von Swisscom gewechselt. Da zahle ich lieber mehr und alles ist tip top. Zuallererst : Werbung überspringen funktioniert fast nie und wenn dann muss man mehrere Tasten drücken. So gehts nicht dafür dass man extra bezahlt. Filme suchen eine Qual. Fernbedienung völlig verkehrt. Wichtige Tasten sind ergonomisch deplatziert. Verstehe ich echt nicht. Werde bei nächster Gelegenheit zurück zu Swisscom wechseln. Schade.

Toujours aucune possibilité d’utiliser les raccourcis clavier par exemple barre d’espace pause lecture, flèche directionnelle pour avance rapide. Revenir en arrière, F pour plein écran…
Nur Probleme
Ich hatte noch nie einen TV Anbieter, welcher mehr Probleme machte, als Salt. Gefühlt jeden zweiten Tag gibt es Bugs und Probleme

Never seen in my entire life a company so incapable of writing software.
Can’t access my recordings
It says I do have 500 recordings which is true but I cannot see them / delete them Or do anything with them
Funktion App auf dem Apple TV
App vom Apple TV funktioniert auch nach dem neusten update nicht richtig, der guide wird nicht richtig oder gar nicht geladen, manchmal beim einschalten schwarzes Bild, des Öfteren stürzt die App ab, die App sollte komplett neu gemacht und vor dem Rollout getestet werden. Bin am überlegen zu Sunrise zu wechseln.

Schrott App, braucht teils bis 6-8min bis alle Sender geladen sind oder wenn man replay schauen will bis 12min Geduld. Sauerei so eine miese App

Kein Zugriff im Ausland. Kann ich punkto Wiedergabe wegen der Urheberrechte noch verstehen, aber man kann nicht mal Aufnahmen programmieren?!?!?
