Good idea, misleading execution
It’s not a quick app to use if you just need to pay for a spot you have to plug-in a whole bunch of information and register which seems is unnecessary to just pay for a spot for an hour. Also, we held a spot for two cars and it when we renewed it ended up, adding our funds twice to one car and resulted in us getting a ticket. We explained this to the person collecting. There is nothing they could do about it. So just be cautious when you re-up because it always tells you you don’t have time even if you do have time when adding more time.
We need the municipality of Heredia and also Alajuela
These two municipalities are very big, they need to be included, Heredia and Alajuela

Better off finding the meter/kiosk
I don’t know how some people considered this app user-friendly for English speakers, but this app is not functional. I attempted to add my vehicle 3 times in a row(required translator app to decipher vehicle types), wash time being told it was successful. Was never able to successfully chose a spot through the app because it kept saying I had no vehicles added. Attempted 3 uses over 13 days and none were successful. You’re way better off just looking for the parking meter/kiosk on the street corners and paying there. It’s also in Spanish, but at least it doesn’t rely on a bogus app. I work in computer science industry, so this is not user error.

Es una buena App y una buena opción, pero la echaron a perder, quitaron la opción de guardar tiempo! Pierdo una hora por un par de minutos!!!

What happened? I couldn't find the previously available UNPARK option. Therefore it did NOT allow me to save unused time.

Muy útil y fácil de usar pero deberían de apartar carros de motos, es decir, las motos están pagando lo mismo que los carros pero ocupando tres veces menos espacio, no es posible.

No se puede pasar de la generación de pin en la pantalla “Crea PIN Contraseña”, el error que da es “Error al registrar sus datos, por favor vuelva a intentarlo”

Al app esta super bien diseñada para que cualquier usuario la use sin ningún problema. Inclusive te indica cuales parqueos están disponibles en casos de búsqueda rápida. La recomiendo!
Worthless
Trying to set up account. Wouldn’t accept the PIN number but apparently set up account anyway. But doesn’t recognize my PIN and the Forgot my Pin says the system generated PIN isn’t linked to my email even they though it is sent to my email. No way to look at the account to see what’s wrong. Poorly designed not functional

PIN no sirve
Cada vez que intento entrar me dice que el PIN no coincide con mi cuenta. Solicito un nuevo PIN a mi correo, y lo intento usar para ingresar y me dice el mismo error. No hay manera en la que pueda entrar a mi cuenta.
tiempo no gastado
El tiempo sobrante solo se puede usar una vez, o sea si parqueo por 1 hora me guarda esos 15 min, pero si utilizo esos 15 y solo utilizo 10, los 5 restantes los pierdo
