Bugs in payment menu
QR payment doesn’t work on mobile app since you can’t scan, why give such a payment option on the mobile app? Even worse, the app doesn’t go to an alternative payment screen and is stuck there. What kind of UAT was done if you couldn’t get these basic things right before launching? Or was the app developed by college students?

Hello KSRTC Team, This app I’m using past four years. Whatever booking, cancellations, Refund and customer services they improved well. Now after new update I noticed the bug. While we booking after select the source and destination then below days “shows same” after two days. Like, Now the day is TODAY, THU, “MON, MON, MON”. NOTE: Looping this: “MON, MON, MON” Thanks, Vinoth G.

Worst service you have no other choice and you booked in ksrtc and u are waiting for the bus at busstand suddenly you’ll get a message like your ticket got cancelled and then bhoom you’ll have to figure it out your journey

Upi ticket money refund
Dear Travellers, be prepared to carry extra money in online or cash while travelling in KSRTC. Sometimes after upi payment if ticket is not generated due to KSRTC technical issues then conductor will say he is helpless and need to pay by cash again to buy ticket. So your online money got debited may take 3-4 days to refund as per conductor and depo incharge says.

It violates the rights of persons with disability The seat selection window during Booking will not read the status of seat whether it is available or booked by a woman or booked. Without this. A person with visual impairment cannot book tickets independently. Please rectify this. Thank you.
