Poor
The maps are more reliable on the forge map rather than the GroundCloud app. Please fix this.
Love it except..
Love this app but the black triangles for express stops are very difficult to see. They should be bright and possibly flashing.

Leaves a lot to be desired there should be multiple options in the optimization feature you should be able to reverse optimize or a person should be able to see multiple optimization routes it doesn’t optimize based off of how your truck may load it for that day which is a big drawback And there should be a feature where a driver should be able to see their route before getting into work route they have so they can plan their route out before work and then still have to have the pre-workout option at work to do their inspections on their vehicle it will save time and a lot of money
Break timer
Timer goes out of wack and doesn’t count down the time right.
Needs 1 more feature.
Every profile thats connected to a single contractor should beable to draw on the map to cross out roads that don’t actually go through and such. Or even keep it on the profile side at least.
Please stop with the bad updates
Been using GC for 3 years now. There’s been some good changes, but now it looks like a dang Twister board. Also, why does it completely crash anytime I want to update parking location or modify notes? I have to open and close the app three or four times, and sometimes, restart the iPad.
Filters
Can you add default station filters to GC. We have multiple contracts and would to assigned Managers to a certain contract location and only that station
Too many features
I have been using GC since it came around in 2018. Way tooooooo many unnecessary features have now been added. Stop trying to automate it. Need to keep it simple. All these new features add confusion for a new driver that’s just started.
It’s okay
Need to update the streets more. It will have you driving down non-existent roads, dirt roads. Use it for work, glad I know my route! The new update sucks. Lock screen
Making it hard to see other dots
They made a update where the business icon is floating outside the dot and is covering up other stops and gets worse when it has multiple stops
Add
Should add total stops for week on the Dashboard. Just like it accumulates the miles per week.
Package route
I like some of the features yal offer but since yal bought out package route I’m having to transition over, yal need to take some advice from their app. Their map and green dots is far superior. The whole app was so much more driver friendly. The dark mode was actually dark/black ground cloud version is like a blueish color

Why I deleted this app every time I finished my route or go home!.. because your manager or the owner of this app will track you where you are!.. one time I went on vacation and my manager said hey!?? Are you in California?? And I said how to you know and he said we can track you with that ground cloud app. Since then I just I always remind myself to delete this app after get off work

The past updates have completely screwed the drivers over. They can no longer reorder their stops they have to go with what GC thinks is best. Please fix this and let the driver be able reorder the stops.

The latest update has been terrible. Instead of improving the app, your recent updates are actually making it worse. I really don’t understand why the bar showing the address and package number is now so small and placed at the bottom. It makes the information much harder to see and the app much less convenient to use. The previous design was much better. Hopefully, you’ll listen to user feedback and fix these changes instead of continuing to make the app worse with every update.

Lates update-
The GroundCloud app layout needs improvement. The text for the SID and package count is far too small to read comfortably. I have good vision, but this interface would easily force someone to use reading glasses. Additionally, the navigation logic is flawed; it frequently routes drivers through alleys and suggests U-turns, both of which are unsafe and impractical.
New update
I don’t know what this new update is but now it just makes my job harder
Uh oh
The new developer is ruining the apps features. Might have to use AI to reverse engineer the code to fix what they break.
Worse Every Update!
How are yall making GroundCloud worse and worse? The freezing while routing never got fixed. All priority stops are now brown and blend in with the environment and Optimize Route STILL DOES NOT RESPECT TIME COMMITS
