Excellent app
Every now and then, the city does something properly. This is one of those examples!
Doesn’t work on iPad
Splash screen displayed for 30+ seconds then wasn’t able to search for anything successfully
Terrible app
This app can’t find my address. The old app worked great but not this one. It really is garbage! Now, April/ 2025 it’s working!
No working properly
The app suddenly today stays on the startup page for more than 3 min , very slow and keeps lagging .
Notifications late
Good app, although the notifications are poorly timed. I get notified at 3 PM, on the day of my Pickup. Essentially after garbage has already been picked up. It would be nice if it happened the day before pickup day.
Collection App
Very useful.
Slow and unresponsive
App is slow and unresponsive. Trying to put in an address and it keeps getting stuck loading for nothing. Then proceeds to select the wrong address. 0/10
About taken stuff off my Lawn
Which they would watch what they take that is not near the garbage at all
New home
New to area awesome service 👍
Broken after new update
Ever since I updated the app, it opens to a blank screen after the splash page (where the Ottawa logo is noticeably bad resolution). Not sure what bugs you fixed… Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, it doesn’t work at all.
Blu , BLK and garbage bins always damaged
The men always bang on the bins or throw the bins so hard on the ground, all the bins were damaged cracked at the corner, also they not empty garbage properly and leave garbage and the mess behind. We understand the jobs is not easy but at least when working on the jobs please taking it easy, relax and happy on the work day. Please happy make the days going easy.
Good reminder
We need it to remember what we need to recycle or if there is a pick up delay
App not loading
App stopped loading…
Great
Please add the location locator into the app.
Broken
Just updated the app and now my address doesn’t exist
Useful
Handy having the collection app on my phone. Thought I’d miss the paper schedule bit I don’t
Crashes
This was a great app until recently. Now it just crashes anytime you want to look something up in the app.
👍

Great app
Especially love the notifications about collection delays due to stat holidays : )
It just works
Excellent interface for the job that it does.
