User friendly
I have recently started using this app after a colleague recommended a similar platform. So far, I have found it to be a very useful tool. I have already generated a report, which I was able to export as a PDF, email, and print in preparation for an upcoming progress meeting. I am looking forward to exploring and making full use of the additional functionalities it has to offer.
Pictures
Why would you update the software to a revision where the pictures don’t show on the excel sheet
Issues with app can’t access camera directly from the app
Cannot access my camera directly from The app
Ok but ..
I the last update the app irritatingly now asks for location with every photo that I take. Location consumes a lot of battery with my iPad and I can’t disable this in the app settings. Developers can you remove this because we should be able to choose to add geo location when applicable.
Mal function while loading information. Have to resent during the process
H
Excellent! A must.
This is just an absolute necessity for anyone carrying out inspections and snagging. Ease of formatting, multiple options for presentation styles, editable inputs and personalisation of terminology. Plus their after care is first class. Thoroughly recommend.
Stopped Working
The app freezes after iOS latest updates on image page. No latest updates.
order
i cant put in order from 1-500 its random tried all options
Free On Google Play
Wanted to use it on my IOS device but not paying for the pro version when it’s free on google play store :(
iPad app
Nice app. Working very well on my phone. But on my iPad because I’m using keyboard and iPad in horizontal position. I can’t get the app in full screen as in vertical position.
Amazing App
This app is amazing and efficient in my daily site report. Very easy to use and create allowance for more pictures on an issue. Love it!!!
AWFUL DO NOT USE
I use this app on a daily basis for my job and I’ll tell you it’s the bane of my existence, it deletes reports, produces errors and so much more except the actual job it’s intended for, don’t waste your money or time
Residential
This is a great app. I am only getting use to it now or I’d probably give it a 5 star review. A very friendly and easy to use app. Good job guys!
Lost inputs
Sadly on first job used the app would delete info input after hitting done then. This occured multiple times when using the comments section. Also stalls and buffering not allowing input for inexceas of 30 minutes even when on wifi. If this was safe and stable it would such a great help to our business
Equipment audit
A lot of our refurb projects require existing equipment to be documented for planning into the new facility. This app has the potential to be ideal for that (good reports + excel export) if it had a specificity report for that / allowed customising & addition of fields. App looks good for snagging - will try it out.
Site report pro
Agree with other users . Easy to use ,clear and informative as you go. I have tried other apps and couldn’t get along with them . Would recommend to others.
Disaster
I am terribly sorry- This application is a disaster- As a front end developer myself my opinion is that it is too complicated the idea is to simplify the field work- It is much easier to drag all photos to xactimate and doit from my desk- Best Regatds
Very good but
The app is very good and simple to use However it seems that the new IOS update has stopped this app being used in landscape which is a little annoying Support said there will be an update in January to fix this. So fingers crossed
Not bad but wasn’t for me.
The construction punch list app has an okay usability, but its dated interface and limited functionality, especially with font and arrow sizes when annotating photos, left much to be desired. The absence of a preview feature before exporting is inconvenient, making it challenging to review and adjust before finalizing. Unfortunately, these shortcomings resulted in a less-than-optimal experience, and the app did not meet my expectations.
Too many fields
To much info to fill out, needs to be simplified to:- Project Date Auditor Auditor Company Issue/observed/snag Location Assigned to Description
Awesome
Only just getting to grips with this app. Purchased 15 mins ago and it’s so easy to use, can’t see any glitches yet. Within the past 15 mins I’ve created, logged everything I’ve needed to log, and generated my first PDF so send. Must have in most industries.
So difficult to use
It’s nearly impossible to use.
Functional
Whilst this is a great app for getting notes down, there is room for improvement * cloud sync across devices for reports * report preview * ability to enlarge secondary images on each issue * customise colours and fonts
It is not user friendly
The program is not as user friendly as I would like.
Apple pencils
Will not let you draw with Apple Pencil which I find frustrating
Great app for Site Reports
Projects, items, statuses, photos, & moveable markup, plus highly configurable PDF reports. Very comprehensive set of functionality and features, yet easy to use. Five stars.
Sorry, but should be simplified
Too tedious for me, compared to other apps on the market. Also, do not like that defaults are not changed on existing project by regenerating them, but only on new projects. It takes ages to achieve what you actually like and lots of “dry” runs. Do not recommend it
Missing iCloud support
Great app so far testing out. Would like to see iCloud support added for seamless integration between my iPhone and iPad if possible.
Bugs
Comments box in the issues section doesn’t work when you go into the ‘edit details’ section . The keyboard doesn’t come up to type anything in when you tap on the comments box Please fix
Font
Just started to used this app. I like it unable to make larger font. You want all people to be able to read it…
Incredible App
This app is amazing and really well thought out, I rely on it for all my reports in the Gas Industry and have been using it for 2 years. No extra chargers or sneaky subscriptions, very genuine and a brilliant app.
It’s too complicated and laborious.
If I want to write up a quick SOW this app is too laborious. Waste of money. It’s much easier to take measurements and bullet points on site and write up on a word document on my laptop. I thought this app would save me time, it adds time. Ideally I want a word type document where I can quickly type in the information and add photos. I currently manage 37 projects so time is important.
Easy and intuitive to use
Easily tracks all my projects with the right meta data. Suggestion, after selecting PROJECT>ISSUE 1, can you add a swipe left/right feature to get to ISSUE 2? It’s a bit cumbersome to go back to the issues list screen to select the next issue
Not working properly, cannot send reports to my email?
Will not send attachment to my email.
Chris Smith Construction Manager UK
Have been using various reports and punch lists for years. This is the best I have tried with good reports in pdf and excel
Not to bad
Nice little app. ABSOLUTELY need to be able to customize the reports. Need to be able to add or delete unnecessary fields from the report. We don’t need all the fields it prints and our site guys don’t fill in the fields we don’t use but those fields get printed to the report any way. Other than that... nice little app. Perhaps custom fields will make it to the next upgrade. All the “canned” reports are nice looking. The only negative we have are customizable fields.
Good to use
I have had this for a year which I purchased and use on my work phone. I prefer to use my I pad but as that is on my personal account I couldn’t down load it unless I paid again 🙄
Perfect for site Audits
Great, easy to use site reporting and auditing app. Perfect for anyone who wants or needs to record progress and development. Only request is for more Tag colours please!
Good App
This is a good app, wish it had the capability to sign in and use on both iPhone and iPad but overall I enjoy the new functions that provided
Vs site audit Pro
This has more options, but less useful functions. The font is far too small when trying to read, can’t alter text size, or bold etc, no option for larger pictures, so when printed report the small thumbnails are hardly worth having. Only any good when viewed on a tablet or similar. Going back to site Audit until sorted,
Cleverley builders
Works really well customers love how it looks use it all the time now
Great potential
Working with the free version which is very limited but overall it’s an awesome app. I would definitely use this regularly if it was cross platform but many of my colleagues use laptops and androids. Would like to see a few more filters added to the report section like assigned to or reviewer and maybe location. Unsure how this syncs if at all if using between iPhone and iPads. I’ve used Wunderlist in past for this type of lists and the syncing allows for many people to work on the projects. If a few more features were added this would be well worth a higher subscription or onetime price. Hopefully the developer keeps this project ongoing I’ve noticed not many updates of late which concerns to commit to this app for a larger group. Again nice work keep it up and improving. Love to beta test other platforms if needed.
Not very comprehensive
The app is quite good but lacks 2 very important features there needs to be a way of including good practice. Also there should be a way of entering a summary and other information.
